| Arena Settings:
The arena is roughly circular in shape, with extremely high walls and a special seal that acts as a ceiling to protect the audience and any proctors outside of the arena during the fight. The arena floor is set up in a plains type field; with general flat earth and only a few (5) small trees spread at random across the arena. A small pond roughly 10m3 by 2m deep sits near the far west wall; which will refill in it's entirety every 5 posts. Entrances to the arena sit in the north and south; Durama will enter from the north, Yasu from the south. In the exact center of the arena is a small chest containing the items that the combatants are allowed to use. Set at random across the arena and at 3m, 9m, and 15m up the walls are secondary containers with more items and weapons that can be used if reached.
Match Restrictions:
8 "No items" 13 "No Weapons"
No items or weapons of ANY type may be used in this match. This includes clan based items. The only exception to this rule is in the case of clans such as the Anemone where the 'item' is literally fused to, and a part of, the user's body. Doujutsu do not count as items unless transplanted, in which case it will be understood that the user with the transplanted eye will treat said eye as a normal, non-doujutsu eye.
Re-rolled:
1 "No elements" 13 "No Weapons"
No elements of ANY type may be used in this match. This includes basics, advanced, KKG, and KKT elements. No weapons of ANY type may be used in this match. Armor will be allowed in this match.
Items Allowed:
Scroll x 5 Smoke Bomb x 15 Makabishi x 150 Explosive tags x 10 Flash Bomb x 10 Wire x 6 bundles of 100ft Barrier Tag x 12 Explosive Tag Bomb x 4
Additional available weaponry and items:
-----
These items will be scattered across the field in the various chests and hidden caches within the arena. A central chest will be available for both players to access at the beginning of the match, which will give each player access to:
Explosive tag x 6 Wire x 2 bundles of 50ft Explosive Tag bomb x 2 Smoke bomb x 6
Jutsu Allowed:
Participants may choose a total of 10 jutsu that will be used for the duration of this match. Users MUST declare what these jutsu will be in their first post. User's are all to choose any jutsu up to A-rank that exists within their jutsu list, or a canon library that they have access to. Clan jutsu are allowed, so long as they do not violate the restrictions for the match. However, jutsu that scale ranks (EX: a jutsu that scales from D-S rank) will take up ONE slot for EACH rank it covers. Therefore, a jutsu that scales from C-A will take 4 jutsu slots. Be careful what you choose, these will be your only options for jutsu.

| Yasu smirked as he listened to the roars of the crowd, lots and lots of viewers who had made their way towards the arena to witness a surely top-level clash. The perfect chance to look good. Slowly, he unsheathed his sword and prepared to enter through the South gate, planning on making an entrance surely worthy of remembrance. Yet, as he was about to do so, he was approached by one of the staff members. " The special rules of the match have just been stated... both of you are to fight without your weapons." The man said, before extending both hands. The swordsman merely arched an eyebrow, before asking, " I am to fight without my blade?" at which a nod was replied with, " Yours, and any." With a sigh, Yasu placed the sword in the man's hands, almost cracking a chuckle as he witnessed him almost falling due to the weapon's unexpected weight. With no further ado, he proceeded to enter through the South gate. Here, he raised both hands and eagerly accepted the cheers of the crowd, grinning as if praised as a God. He appeared as if entirely distracted by his showoff actions, yet this was far from the truth; Yasu was constantly paying close attention to his opponent, and should the latter attempt to initiate any type of battle-oriented movement, he would instantly be greeted by an overwhelming flock of crows, ever attacking at him and consequently ruining whatever actions he was performing or about to. Further more, this illusion required no handseals nor any preparation of the sort; meaning that Yasu's opponent would be literally placed inside it in an instant and with no warning, and his only way out being to dissipate the Genjutsu. With this in mind, Yasu now walked towards the chest in the center of the arena with a smirk. He would open it and grab the - following items:
Smoke Bomb x 15 Makabishi x 150 Explosive tags x 10 Flash Bomb x 10 Explosive Tag Bomb x 4
Afterwards, he would grin, and address the opponent with a cocky, yet laidback tone. His enemy appeared to be nothing more than a kid, yet the Jounin knew better than to underestimate him. If this young boy had been chosen to fight him, then surely he was as skillful as a grown man. " Greetings, little guy. It's been a while since I've fought someone this young. All I ask, is an entertaining battle." The last sentence would feel more like a taunt than a polite request. Nevertheless, should the opponent walk towards the chest and gather his items, Yasu would allow it. If not, then he would not wait until then to, without any anticipation or warning at all, begin his offensive. " You know what, you don't look too mobile right now. If this is to last before it's even started, you should do a warm-up." Again, he'd taunt. " This... is not a request, though." All of a sudden, Yasu would trap the kid in the same illusion that was earlier mentioned. An immense flock of crows would surround him, attack at him, obscuring and distracting most of his senses and preventing him from doing much to do any direct effects on the battle at all. At this, however, the swordsman would merely grin, and taunt at the boy who struggled against imaginary birds. - Jutsu:
Name: Bringer of Darkeness Technique Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: Short to Mid (0-25 Meters) Specialty: Genjutsu Duration: -25 chakra per post Cooldown: Once per thread Description: This technique exerts an hallucinatory effect upon the eyesight, effectively blinding the opponent. No matter how skilled an opponent may be, they are forced to wait helpless in this world of darkness, as this technique allows the user to attack unseen. Although it negates sight, it does not stop the other senses. S-rank ninja or those with S-rank Doujutsu are able to negate this jutsu after 2 posts.
Name: Dusk Crow Genjutsu Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: 10-15 meters in diameter Specialty: Genjutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 3 posts Description: This jutsu requires no handseals. This genjutsu can trap a victim in an illusion with no eye contact. Once the jutsu begins to start, the target will see the user beginning to lose parts of themselves which then turn into crows that fly off to the target. The genjutsu traps the victim in a torrent of crows, leaving them at the user's mercy, the enemy will feel like they are been attacked by crows as they flock around him or her, this jutsu can be used to distract enemy or even be used as a way of escape. The attacks of the crows leave no physical wounds; and any pain or solid sensation that is not born of this Genjutsu will instantly break the illusion.
Name: Demonic Illusion: Tree Binding Death Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: Short (0-5 Meters) Specialty: Genjutsu Duration: 3 Posts Cooldown: 5 Posts Description: This is one of the genjutsu techniques that have been passed down since ancient times of the Genjutsu art. The user first disappears from plain sight in a mist-like fashion in order to approach the target without being detected. Once close enough, the target will then be completely robbed of their mobility as they see the mirage of a fast-growing tree coiling itself around them. Given that the subject remains conscious, this technique proves extremely efficient for information-gathering. Once the target is immobile, the user can then attack the enemy, usually after emerging from the trunk of the tree.
Name: Pyramid Head Manifestation Genjutsu Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D-S Type: Offensive | Supplementary Element: / Range: Short to Mid (0-20 Meters) Specialty: Genjutsu Duration: 2D, 3C, 4B, 5A, 6S Cooldown: Duration + 2 Description: This jutsu is so similar to the Feline Manifestation Genjutsu that many believe it was a mere variation that Yasu created in his own image. However, the originated location, foe, and to an extent, effects, are changed. Much like the original illusion, it begins by making the victim's mind believe they have just suddenly been moved elsewhere; in this case, inside a claustrophobic, nightmarish decayed small, short room with four walls, and no visible doors or possible exits.. The room is very much like a steel "box", with no prominent features. Then, at the same time as this happens, an horrible, terrifying hellish humanoid creature with a big red pyramid head, and a long, heavy sword will be present, and will soon begin to engage and chase after the victim. The speed and aggressiveness of this varies with the rank used, but always, the creature will move at a chillingly slower than expected pace towards the victim as its blade scrapes along the floor. This creature cannot be destroyed or killed at all, no matter which attacks are used on it, and will relentlessly pursue its prey. Short range attacks will not do any visible effect on it, and the creature will attack with its sword as normal once close enough to the victim. However, it can be slowed down as it gets hit with long range attacks and more powerful jutsu. Further more, the victim will also feel an heavy, unexplainable urge to get "punished" by the creature, for whatever deepest regrets they have held for past actions, for a part of them will believe they deserve it and that is why they are where they are. With the higher rank used, the more debilitating this urge is, as well as the illumination of the place and the speed of the Pyramid Head. Lower levels do nothing but incapacitate and emotionally torture the target; however A-Rank and higher will cause the body to physically manifest the injuries received while in the trance; though in a diminished capacity.
-D-Rank: The room is fairly illuminated, making it possible to see without restrictions unless the victim has a specific sight limitation. The Pyramid Head creature will move at the victim's normal walking pace. Even thrown Shuriken or other related items are capable of slowing him down to half speed, and long ranged jutsus of B-rank or above will almost stop his movements completely but temporarily. The urge for punishment is not hindering at all at this rank. -C-Rank: The room is much less illuminated, causing several complications at visibility levels. However, the creature will shine a dark red color and therefore will be visible for the most part. The Pyramid Head will now move at the victim's fast walking pace, and thrown minor items such as Shuriken or Kunai will not even affect his speed. Ninjutsus of C-rank or above are needed to slow him down; B-rank will slow him down to about half speed. A-rank will almost stop him completely but temporarily. Although the urge for punishment is notably bigger at this rank, it is still not hindering in any way. -B-Rank: The room is completely dark and visibility is impossible. However, the Pyramid Head will glow a dark red color and therefore the victim is able to see him; though not the walls or where he is going. Though, external sources of light derived from jutsus are possible to illuminate the room. At this point, the Pyramid Head will move at the victim's jog speed, and the urge for punishment will begin to hinder the victim, making them unable to jump or perform any sudden bursts of speed whatsoever. Ninjutsus of B-rank or above are needed to slow him down; A-rank will slow him down to about half speed. S-rank will almost stop him completely but temporarily. -A-Rank: The room is completely dark and the creature will not glow, and as such the other senses are needed to be relied on. External sources of light derived from jutsus will not work, with the exception of the Sharingan and the Byakugan. The Pyramid Head will now move at the victim's normal running speed, and the urge for punishment will further hinder the victim, making them slower by one rank and unable to jump or perform any sudden bursts of speed whatsoever. Ninjutsus of B-rank or above are needed to slow him down; S-rank will slow him down to about half speed. -S-Rank: The room is completely dark and the creature will not glow, and further more, it will be very difficult to predict where the source of the sounds it makes are coming from. Only S-ranked Doujutsu are able to see through the darkness, and the Pyramid Head will now nearly move at the victim's normal sprinting speed, with the urge for punishment further hindering the victim and making them slower by two ranks, as well as unable to jump or perform any sudden bursts of speed whatsoever. Ninjutsus of A-rank or above are needed to slow him down.
Name: Illusion: Time Shift Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: N/A Range: 20m Specialty: Genjutsu Duration: 1 posts Cooldown: 3 posts Description: This technique is very similar in effect to the Shunshin no Jutsu, although with a few differences. Basically, what it does is make the target stop dead in their tracks (or just move very, very slowly) and perceive the following few seconds of time at a much, much faster pace, allowing for the caster to retreat or dodge an incoming attack and appear as if he just had an outstanding burst of speed. Quite a simple technique, although it is not without its drawbacks. Firstly, this jutsu cannot be used with the objective of performing other jutsu, or simply any offensive reasons, given that the victim's subconscious would kick in and break the illusion off, and even allowing them to defend/counter-attack normally and as if no illusion had been cast. Secondly, this technique cannot be performed if there are multiple persons directly fighting against the victim, for their subconscious would realize how dangerous this illusion could prove and would not allow it; only if it is against a team of enemies, and if all of them fall under the illusion. Finally, this technique can only be pulled off if the victim is able to stop dead in their tracks, or reduce their movements to a very slow, almost stationary pace, be it if they are running, walking, punching, or performing handseals; as long as they can stop where they are, hold themselves like that, and resume afterwards, they can be put under the illusion. However, should they be in the middle of a jump, or falling back and about to hit the floor, or basically any other moment where they have no direct control over being able to stop or slow down their movements, then their body will not "believe" in the illusion.
Name: Enhanced Mist Servant Technique Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: B-Rank Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: Within Earshot Specialty: Genjutsu Duration: -10 chakra per post Cooldown: Duration + 2 Description: Just an enhanced version of the famous Mist Servant Genjutsu. Much like the original, it is triggered by creating any specific sound; after which everyone but the user begins to see 5 copies of him, with each splitting into two if struck. However, the difference here is that the copies will not slowly emerge as with the case of the original technique, and instead will be much faster in doing so, almost instantly, much like any Bunshin no Jutsu. Other than that, however, is the fact that the copies can now actually inflict pain on any given victim, making it harder to tell which one is the real one; though the pain cannot get past a point where it is enough for it to be severely debilitating. It is also still impossible for the copies to cause actual physical damage, though the victim will still see any seemingly inflicted wounds as real and visible.
