A Successful Kidnapping [Konran, Michie][Kiri -> Konoha]

They made it out of Kirigakure without being stopped. The whole world was open in front of them – well, other than the two villages they had already caused trouble in. Demitria had still not heard a whisper about her father or sister, and even though they hadn’t stayed more than a few minutes in Kirigakure she was damn positive that had he been there there would have been whispers about him. No, it was time to move on – though now they were a group of three instead of two. The young child’s kidnapping had gone over without being prevented, so now the girl was with them and in Demi’s care. She had no intentions of causing harm to the child, or allowing harm to be caused, and yet she knew that voicing such things wouldn’t really do – no, she would have to prove it through her actions.

She would do this as they traveled: ensuring the child was warm, fed when she was hungry, and hydrated when it was needed. Even on the move she would ensure the child was comfortable and rested – though this would mainly consist of carrying the child on her back when needed so that they didn’t have to stop. She wanted to get away from Kirigakure as quickly as possible after all and had little to no intentions of going back to the place unless something came up.

All in all, even with her due diligence toward the child, they would still make fairly good timing to their next destination: Konohagakure. The change in landscape and weather marked their arrival, and sure enough a new set of village gates came into view… they had arrived.

Silence. What could he say that would get into that crazy head of hers? That she would actually listen to? Nothing... So Konran remained silent, even though he thought this was a bad idea. What was Demi going to do with this girl? She was unpredictable... Would she kill the girl? Or was she going to be her plaything? Would he have to stop her?....

Maybe it was the green that had Konran thinking way too hard on things. They'd all left Kirigakure, and no one tried to stop them. No one was coming after them. They traveled the lands with no resistance or anything of the sort. Kiri was soon far behind them, and ahead appeared a vast forest. There was cool air and animal sounds. He'd heard this place was called... Konohagakure.

The 3rd village... the last 2, people had died. Konran wondered what was in store here...

Michie still wasn’t sure what this woman wanted with her – or who she and the other guy with her were for that matter. No introductions had been made in the haste to leave Kirigakure and Michie wouldn’t break her silence just yet: she feared setting one of both of them off and dying. She was no fool, she could never stand her own ground if it came to a fight against these two and she had no intention of trying.

However, the woman wasn’t cruel or nasty to her. In fact, she was taking rather good care of her minus having kidnapped her. When she was thirsty she was given something to drink, when she was hungry she was given food. When she was too tired to walk – or unable to keep up with their fast pace for that matter – she was carried as if she weren’t a burden at all. It was definitely odd: a victim of kidnapping and yet treated like a china doll all at the same time. But, she preferred it to whatever horrible things could happen to someone in her position.

Soon enough it became apparent where they were going; the forest took over where the lakes and natural water sources had left off. Konohagakure, the forest village. Michie wondered what they were doing here, but she didn’t ask. Instead she found herself wondering once more why she was taken in the first place…?
