Once it's covered in the frost it can be shattered by any blunt force, which can break all but the hardest bones in the body. Contact with this ice causes 1st degree frostbite burns, which penetrate no more than 1/4th of an inch into the skin

Description: Similar to Zabuza Momochi's Hidden Mist Technique, this jutsu envelops the surrounding area in a dense mist. However, the vapor itself acts as a toxin to the target's eyes, blinding them. It can also constantly burn the target's throat, disabling their ability to speak as well. This technique is mostly useful for separating teams of shinobi, effectively cutting off communication between them. The effects last as long as the mist is in place. Those caught within the mist that are of B-rank or higher are unaffected.

Description: This jutsu requires no hand signs; instead the user raises their hands so that fingers are spread wide and the palm is flattened and facing inward, the tips of the middle and ring fingers touching the user's temple and face. The user then channels a burst of chakra to the hands, releasing it instantaneously as a blinding flash of light. The flash is bright enough to stun for 1 post and blind for 2 more post anyone standing within a fan shaped radius of 10 meters in front of the user.

Description: The user flash creates a barrage of shuriken made of aerodynamic ice from the palm of their hands. Due to how quickly the shuriken are created, the shuriken being launched at all directions and their speed makes them nearly impossible to evade without getting hit which can cause serious damage. Despite the shuriken being made of ice, they are extremely fire resistant. The user is able to create 30 shuriken via this jutsu, each of which deals damage comperable to a normal shuriken, with an additional 1/4th inch of pierce/cutting power.

Description: This is a basic Ice Release technique. After gathering ice chakra within their finger/s, or hand/s, the user gives their target a simple tap or touch. The ice chakra races through their body and freezes them in an instant. However, this technique will not kill them, rather it will merely slow down some vital organs and dodge others altogether. Instead, due to this, the target is forced to "sleep" in a cryostatis-like state. However, unless the ambient temperature is below freezing, this state lasts on 1 post before the target defrosts naturally.

Description: The user makes their leg drop to intensly cold tempetures, then kicks the target with it. That part of the body will quickly become covered in frost. Once it's covered in the frost it is numb, and the user has little to no control over it. The kick itself does major external bruising, and can knock a person off their feet. The numbing goes away after 2 posts.

Name: Ice Release: Blizzard Chopper

Description: The user forms a big wad of ice in their hands then hold it out away from them. The ice quickly spins, and becomes a 1 inch thick, circular blade that has a radius of one meter. This blade floats under their palm, and is still spinning. They then make a throwing motion with their hand, and the blade goes flying out at the speed of a running special jounin. The projectile can then be controlled with the users hand. The projectile can do sharp u-turns, and the user has a very good handle over it. The projectile, however, is limited in some ways. It can't move up or down directly. It can only move up and down at angles. These angles can't be over 60 degrees upward or downward. This projectile takes up one hand to control, and the user is unable to use that hand for anything except weaving hand signs. When they weave hand signs they cant control the direct of the disc like projectile. The projectile can cut 6 inches deep into unprotected flesh. Every turn the user must pay a chakra cost of 20 chakra for each additional post after paying a 25 chakra activation cost.
