Name: Kanashibari no Jutsu (Temporary Paralysis Technique) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: 20 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: Maximum of 5 posts Cooldown: Duration + 2 posts Description: A technique that physically restrains an opponent, as if the opponent had been tied in invisible steel ropes. It debilitates the victim for a short period of time, which allows the user to either strike again, or take the target into custody. This is a D-rank ninjutsu where the intensity will vary greatly according to the user's level of skill. This jutsu will only work on people who are your rank or lower. If used on someone of your rank, there is only a 50% chance of the jutsu succeeding. The jutsu can be cast on a maximum of 3 targets at once.

Name: Lightning Release: Discharge (Raiton: Hōden - 雷: 放電) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C-A Type: Offensive Element: Raiton Range: 5-30 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 2-4 posts Description: The user concentrates Lightning Release chakra around the body before releasing it towards their opponent. The amount of chakra used determines the range, damage, and cooldown of the jutsu.
C-rank: 5 meters || 2 post cooldown || 1st degree flash burns. Moderate shock. B-rank: 15 meters || 3 posts cooldown || 2nd degree flash burns. Severe shock. A-rank: 30 meters || 4 posts cooldown || 2nd and 3rd degree flash burns. 1 post stun.
Name: Lightning Release: Uprising (雷遁・反乱 - Raiton: Hanran) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Type: Offensive Element: Raiton Range: 10 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 4 posts Description: The user much place the palms of their hands on a solid surface and force Raiton chakra into the area below them. Once the appropriate amount of chakra has been channeled, it erupts up and outwards into a shockwave that will race outwards in all directions for 10 meters before dispersing. Anything caught by the shockwave will take C-rank Raiton damage; 1st and 2nd degree flash burns on unprotected flesh, severe pain, and 1 post of stun.
Name: Frog Conversion Technique (Kaeru Kaeru no Jutsu - 蛙変えるの術) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: Touch Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 3 Posts Cooldown: 8 posts || Once per Target per Thread Description: By touching the forehead of a target and then, according to a mental image the user forms, the target changes into a frog. This is mainly used for interrogating several prisoners of war. Seeing their comrades changed into a frog before their eyes, the prisoners of war will cave in, becoming what could be described as a "frog chorus", sonorously chanting information. This terrifying technique will, without a doubt, make an "information leak" open up.
Name: Katon: Hosenka no Jutsu [Fire Release: Phoenix Sage Fire Technique] Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Offensive Element: Katon Range: 10 meters Speciality: Ninjutsu Duration: / Cooldown: 4 posts Description: After forming the necessary hand seals, the user can create up to ten fireballs that are each six inches in diameter. These fireballs are produced from the users mouth, and fire wildly towards the enemy. These flames are individually controlled by the user, so avoiding them all is difficult. Shuriken can be hidden within the flames, creating an unexpected secondary surprise attack. Like the flames, the shuriken can be controlled with chakra. For the most part, however, this technique is used as a distraction, and can cause up to second degree burns on contact with skin.
Name: Katon: Ryuka no Jutsu [Fire Release: Dragon Fire Technique] Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Offensive Element: Katon Range: 50 meters Speciality: Ninjutsu Duration: -10 chakra per post Cooldown: Duration + 3 Description: After forming the necessary Hand seals, the user breathes fire along the surface of wire or some form of cord, which rushes forwards along the surface of the wire. The flames are meant to target, and assault the enemy's upper body just like a projectile weapon. Can cause third degree burns after 3 posts of direct contact, and second degree burns within six inches of the flame. The flame travels at 60 mph, making it extremely effective at close range. Requires wire or fire-resistant chakra rope as a conduit.

Name: Shadow Clone Technique Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B-rank Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: / Specialty: / Duration: Until the clone is destroyed, dispersed, or runs out of chakra Cooldown: Three posts after the last clone is destroyed. Description: Similar to the Clone Technique, this technique creates clones of the user. However, these clones are actual copies, not illusions. The clones are capable of performing techniques on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after one or two solid blows. They can also disperse on their own. The clones will be created in roughly the same condition as the original. Shadow clones can't be distinguished from the actual person even by the Byakugan because the clones have the exact same amount of chakra and aren't made from any other substance.
A characteristic that is unique to the Shadow Clone Technique is that any experience the clones gain during their existence is transferred to the user once they are dispersed. This makes the technique ideal for spying, since the user can simply send a clone to spy on a target, then have the clone disperse itself without returning to pass the information back to the user.
(When making a Shadow Clone the user must spend 20 of their chakra per clone, however they may if they so choose give their clone more chakra. Example: If you want your clone to have 50 chakra then you must spend 20 chakra to make the clone and an additional 30 on top of that for the extra 30 chakra. Each clone otherwise will have 20 chakra unless given more - when the chakra is used up the clone will disappear.)
Name: Barrier: Canopy Method Formation (Kekkai: Tengai Hōjin - 結界・天蓋法陣) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: 10 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: -20 chakra per post Cooldown: Duration + 5 Description: This technique creates a spherical detection barrier with the user at the centre. At the user's command, the detection barrier can expand, grasping everything in the room. The user is able to detect anything that moves inside the barrier space with their own "sense". The user may also move, the barrier will follow them as they move.
Name: Fire Release: Great Dragon Fire Technique Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B-rank Type: Offensive Element: Katon Range: All ranges Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 3 posts Cooldown: 6 posts Description: The user compresses a large amount of chakra built up inside their body and changes it into a dragon head-shaped fireball. The user then skilfully manipulates that great fire, and attacks their opponent. Even outside of the attack range, its power and reliability are stressed. The flames have a high temperature, as they can create an upward movement of air currents which in turn can give rise to thunder clouds. A master of this technique can fire off several flames in succession and anyone caught in the technique could potentially be reduced to ashes.
Name: Katon: Haisekisho no Jutsu [Fire Release: Ash Pile Burning] Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B Type: Offensive Element: Katon Range: Short(0-5m), Medium(5-10m) Speciality: Ninjutsu Duration: 3 posts Cooldown: 6 posts Hand Seals: Tiger Description: The user spews a stream of chakra infused gun-powder from their mouth up to 11 feet from them which surrounds the region. As the gunpowder is composed entirely of ash, it stays in the air around the victim like a cloud, which can be used like a smokescreen, hindering sight up to 60%. The gunpowder cloud is moderately large as it is being 15-20 feet from the target at all points. After surrounding the enemy with the ash, the user can ignite it with a flint placed on their teeth beforehand to create a spark, resulting in a violent explosion, burning the enemy. The technique lasts 3 posts before the wind blows it away from the battle; of course unless the user ignites the gun powder. If the target is caught in the middle of the explosion there is a small chance of death, but most likely they will sustain major burns and several wounds all around their body. Any wind style jutsu involving manipulating the air can counter this technique easily. The gun-powder from this technique can also be set off via any Fire jutsu, or simply by the user clicking their teeth together. Costs 20 chakra.
Name: Lightning Release: False Darkness Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B Type: Offensive Element: Lightning Range: 20 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 5 posts Description: The user charges Raiton chakra to their mouth and throat, emitting lightning in the shape of a spear from their mouth. Its destructive power is great enough to even pierce several inches of rock. The user can increase the number of spears to attack multiple enemies, with each additional spear costing 10 chakra to create; with a maximum of 3 additional spears allowed before the jutsu is forced into cooldown. The spears move with speed equal to that of a Special Jounin, making them extremely hard to dodge at close ranges.

Name: Lightning Release: Raiton Bullets Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: A Type: Offensive Element: Lightning Range: 50 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: -10 chakra per bullet Cooldown: / Description: By focusing Raiton chakra into the shape of bullets,the user is able to enhance and improve the damage capability of the attack significantly.Each bullet is capable of piercing through several inches of solid steel, over a foot of solid rock, and veryeasily through the body of a human. Each bullet is roughly 2in3 and impacts with damage similar to TNT detonating. The bullet will easily peirce through the body unless protected by armor with Raiton resistance of equal or higher rank; leaving behind a gaping wound and significant 3rd degree electrical burns radiating outward 6in from the entry point. 2nd degree burns radiate out an additional 6 inches from the edge of the 3rd degree burns.
Name: Fire Release: Burning Fortress (Katon: Nenshou Joukaku - 火遁•燃焼城郭廓) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: A Type: Supplementary Element: Katon Range: 35 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: -25 chakra per post Cooldown: Duration + 5 Description: The user channels Katon chakra to their hands and slams them to the ground. From around the opponent, walls of flame erupt and then join, entrapping the opponent in a dome of burning fire. The flames do not radiate heat, meaning the temperature of the area within the walls will not rise significantly; however the flames themselves are extremely hot and will cause 3rd degree burns upon contact.
Name: Fire Style: Searing Napalm (Katon: Nenshou Napaamu - 火遁・燃焼ナパーム Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: A Type: Offensive Element: Katon Range: 50 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 5 posts Description: The user first converts their chakra into a flammable liquid and and shoots it at their target. The user then exhales a steady stream of fire from their nose to ignite the liquid. This jutsu works one of three ways. The first way is to shoot all of the flammable liquid at once, which is powerful, but unfocused and doesn't last long. The second way is to shoot the flammable liquid in a continuous stream, which is slightly weaker, but is easier to control and lasts longer. The third way is to shoot the flammable liquid in multiple smaller blasts. The third way is the weakest, but enables the user to hit multiple targets. This technique is highly beneficial because the flammable liquid sticks to whatever it hits, causing it to burn longer. The napalm liquid will stick to any surface for a maximum of 2 posts before vaporizing harmlessly and becoming inert.
Name: Explosion Release: Landmine Fist Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Type: Offensive Element: Bakuton Range: 10 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 Post Cooldown: 6 posts Description:After establishing direct contact with their opponent through a simple punch, the user utilizes Explosion Release to subsequently generate an enormous explosion from the initial point of physical contact. This explosion is powerful enough to completely obliterate an opponent far larger than the user. Due to the directional of the blast, the user minimizes any potential repercussions, such as being struck by resultant debris and even recoil appears to be completely negated
Name: Bringer of Darkeness Technique Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: Short to Mid (0-25 Meters) Specialty: Genjutsu Duration: -25 chakra per post Cooldown: Once per thread Description: This technique exerts an hallucinatory effect upon the eyesight, effectively blinding the opponent. No matter how skilled an opponent may be, they are forced to wait helpless in this world of darkness, as this technique allows the user to attack unseen. Although it negates sight, it does not stop the other senses. S-rank ninja or those with S-rank Doujutsu are able to negate this jutsu after 2 posts.
Name: Body Elimination Technique Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: / Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: / Cooldown: / Description: Knowing full well that a shinobi's corpse is essentially a treasure trove of information, this technique is used by ANBU to completely destroy a body if caught or on the verge of death. This technique leaves no trace of the target's body behind whatsoever. [This ability cannot be used in combat.]

Name: Raikiri (雷切) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: S Type: Offensive Element: Lightning Range: 15 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 10 posts Description:The Lightning Cutter is an enhanced and concentrated form of the Chidori with the same effects and drawbacks. Because the Chidori is already powerful on its own, the Lightning Cutter requires better chakra control, which is exemplified in its appearance. The Chidori appears as simply a mass of white electrical chakra in the user's hand, while the Lightning Cutter is more focused. Because of this, it is able to cause far more damage, easily able to pierce entirely through the body with or without armor (up to S-rank); and leave instant third degree electrical burns the radiate outwards along the nervous, vascular, and lympathic systems for roughly 6 inches away from the point of impact. Without significant (A-rank or better) medical treatment being recieved within 10 posts, there is a very real chance (>50%) of death occuring.
Name: Fire Release: Solar Storm Technique (Katon: Taiyou Boufuu no Jutsu - 火遁・太陽暴風の術 Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: S Type: Offensive Element: Katon Range: 100 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 15 posts || Twice per thread Description: After weaving the needed hand signals, the user creates a small sphere of fire in their hand and channels chakra into it. Then, the sphere gathers heat radiation from the sun until it glows white and emits bands of energy from it similar to solar flares in the sun. The user then hurls the sphere at their target and uses one final hand signal. The sphere explodes in gigantic blasts of fire that cover a large radius, capable of tearing a crater into the ground almost fifty feet deep and over a mile in diamater. The intense heat from the sphere can generate winds to throw the flames even further and toss away surrounding objects. Anything in the immediate area is instantly set on fire, so this technique is best used from a good distance. This jutsu costs base S-rank chakra plus an additional 70 chakra.
Name: Explosion Release: Volatile Meltdown Technique (Bakuton: Kihatsu-sei merutodaun no Jutsu ~ 爆遁・揮発性メルトダウンの術) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: S Type: Offensive Element: Bakuton Range: 60 metre bubble around Mazo Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: Three post charge time; can be held indefinitely once charged until released in one post. Note; while charging or holding this technique no other charge based Bakuton technique can be used. Cooldown: Twice per thread, 15 post cooldown, cooldown starts once released. Description: Explosion Release: Volatile Meltdown Technique is one of Mazo's most advanced expressions of Bakuton. It is a charged explosive technique designed to release a large amount of explosion element chakra from every Tenketsu, creating a massive blast in every direction, forming a perfect 360 degree sphere of destruction around Mazo. To perform this technique, it must first be charged. To do this, Mazo simply has to form a brief series of hand seals; Horse, Tiger, Dragon, Dog, Bird, Ox, Hare, Ram, Tiger, Dragon. As Mazo performs the hand seals, the skin on his hands begin to glow and pulse a mixture of red and orange, which intensifies with each hand seal. On the last seal, the glow will vanish immediately from his hands for a moment before intensifying suddenly, making his hands look as if they're on fire. This glow will then shoot down his arms and cover his entire body. Once the surface of his skin has been fully bathed in this glow, it will fade completely. This is the first post of preparation, and during this stage ten chakra is paid. During the second post of preparation, glowing patches identical to that seen above will appear randomly around his body and slowly snake it's way around under his skin before vanishing. No more hand seals are required, but during this post another ten chakra will be paid. During the third post, the glowing will become more visually intense, and will not fade and the whites of Mazo's eyes will begin to turn slightly orange from the intense chakra build up. Mazo will have to form another string of hand seals on this post; Ram, Hare, Monkey, Bird, Tiger, Ox, Horse, Rat, Snake, Tiger, Dragon. A final 40 chakra will be paid at this point. The attack can now be activated or held in the next post. If it is held, it has a 25 chakra a post cost. The glowing skin and stained orange eyes remain until the attack is activated, a side effect of the intense chakra build up in his system, which unfortunately acts as a warning for enemies.
When this technique is activated, the glowing spots will vanish, and then reappear with more intensity for a moment before vanishing once more. This will repeat itself for the next six seconds, and a visible steam will begin to rise from Mazo's skin as his body temperature sharply rises. Once these seconds past, Mazo's glow will intensify to the point where looking at him will blind them briefly, and then an explosion will release itself from the surface of his skin. This blast covers a full 360 degrees sphere around Mazo, including the ground beneath his feet. Individuals caught within the first 25 metres of the blast will be completely destroyed, with both their flesh and bones being destroyed so completely that no trace will be left. If anyone is caught between 25-30 metres, Third degree burns will be left, and the concussive force will shatter the victims bones, leaving them alive but crippled. While the explosion stops at 30 metres, the concussive force extends another thirty metres. Between 30-45 metres the concussive force is such that it will cause severe concussions, daze the victim for a post and cause countless tiny fractures along their skeleton and hit with enough force to throw them back over fourty metres. From 45-60 metres, the force will throw the victim back about ten metres, give them a mild concussion and disorientate them.
Sidenote: Obviously as this is an attack that originates from the surface of his skin directly outwards, it does have the unfortunately side effect of destroying his clothes and sending any equipment on his person that can survive the explosion flying a rather far distance.
