Description:
The kekkai genkai jutsu of the Sakebi clan, Joufu's Houmon; dubbed Miwaku. This is the power of suggestion/persuasion. Innocently playing with the mind of the target, this genjutsu is cast through the voice of the user. Anyone caught by it is subjected to being manipulated by the caster. This jutsu grows with the the clan member; the higher ranked they are the more powerful this jutsu will be.
D rank: Simply for getting information or planting information in the target's head by suggesting it. Cannot influence actions or decisions, purely to ask questions and get answers; or give false answers and hope they're believed. (Up to 5 people can be affected at a time.)
C rank: Influencing basic actions such as movement, and pushing directional thoughts on the target. ("Don't you think you should be getting home, now?") ("C'mon, follow me~ It'll be fun, right?") Unable to implant nor multiply the intensity of emotions. (Up to 10 people can be affected at a time.)
B rank: ABLE to implant or multiply the intensity of emotions, subtly or otherwise. ("I can't believe he did that! God, I'd be pretty angry. What about you?") ("Look, we were scared before... But now I'm terrified out of my mind. I can't stop shaking. How are you holding up?") (Up to 10 people can be affected at a time.)
A rank: Full out manipulating the actions and thoughts of another person. Still can't force someone to do something they would never consider outside of the genjutsu. (Up to 15 people can be affected at a time.)
S Rank: Full out manipulation of someone else; including being able to talk them into anything and everything from killing themselves, harming someone they care for, or going on a full blown killing spree of friends and family. (Up to 15 people can be affected at a time).

Since these strings are constructs made from very concentrated chakra, they can be seen by people who are the same or a higher rank besides the user. The number of strings that can be used at one time is dependent on rank. Chakra strings can only be use on humans if it is voluntary and the string are of A-rank or higher strength; and only one person may be control per hand. The strings cannot be cut unless the cutting edge is charged with or made of chakra of some type, and equal or higher rank. D-rank: 1 Puppet per hand. 15 meters max C-rank: 2 Puppets per hand. 25 meters max B-rank: 3 Puppets per hand. 50 meters max A-rank: 4 Puppets per hand. 70 meter max. Name: Lightning Illusion: Flash of Lighting Pillar Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: Raiton Range: Short (0-5m) Specialty: Genjutsu Duration: Instant (One post) Cooldown: Three posts Description: This genjutsu blinds the enemy by releasing light from the user's body in a the form of a bright flash. Anyone close to and looking at the user while this jutsu takes effect is blinded for a whole post. Anyone farther away or not directly taking the flash has their vision impaired by fifty percent for a post. This has no effect if the light isn't seen. For a bonus effect, another genjutsu may be hidden within this one to do its work while the target is blinded. Name: Sly Mind Affect Technique - (Kori Shinchū no Jutsu - 狐狸心中の術) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: 15 meters in diameter Specialty: Genjutsu Duration: 2 posts Cooldown: 3 posts Description: This technique allows the user to change the enemies sense of direction as they see fit. When this technique is evoked, the enemy is forced to walk in the direction that the user has previously mapped out while the victim thinks that he/she is still making their way towards their target/destination. Name: Lollipop Seduction Illusion Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: Short (0-5m) Specialty: Genjutsu Duration: Four posts Cooldown: Six posts Description: A custom jutsu created by Cheshire for his amusement and the hope to diffuse the fights he starts. It starts off simply; locking eyes with the opponent, it appears as if a sucker appears in his hands out of thin air. In reality there's nothing there; but the genjutsu started the moment the target's and Chesh'a eyes met, and for four posts they're struck with a sense of adoration and attraction towards Cheshire. Depending on the person affected, this can give them sexual, romantic or friendly feelings in the direction of the user. Though this might not dissuade them from hurting the jutsu caster if they're dead set on such, it can easily calm down simmering anger or a fight that hasn't blown up full scale. If anything, this jutsu can easily be summarized- it causes contented and happy emotions, regardless of what those might be, in a target directed at the user. When the genjutsu ends the sucker crumbles to dust and sifts away. | |
