Cooldown: 2 Posts. Description: Upon activation of this technique, it allows the users Water Release Techniques to carry a D-Rank Electrical Charge. Naturally, since water is a natural conductor for electricity, this causes the Water techniques to shock and momentarily disable once an enemy has been hit by them, or if they touch the water produced with this charge. This technique can be canceled at any time by the user. The charge produced by the electrical current does not affect the user.
Name: Medical Ninjutsu Study: Truthful Facade Techique Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D (1/5) Type: Supplementary Element: N/A Range: Self, Enemy Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: Immediate post. Cooldown: 2 Posts. Description: Once activated, it allows the user of the technique to virtually 'scan' the targets face, paying very close and meticulous detail to the emotional stress imposed by the target, wrinkle marks, and other various signatures of facial expressions that give them away. Using this, they can detect whether or not someone is lying or being dishonest in general.
Name: Water Release: Hiding in Water Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: Water Range: / Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 5 post, -10 chakra per post after initial 5 Cooldown: 10 posts Description: Using this jutsu, a ninja is able to be concealed within water itself. The user may submerge in a body of water as small and shallow as a puddle. While submerged, the ninja is perfectly hidden, detectable only by sensors of 1 rank higher or more from the user; or a normal ninja of 2 ranks higher.
Name: Hidden Mist Jutsu Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: Water Range: 20 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: -5 chakra per post Cooldown: duration + 5 posts Description: This displacement technique is a specialty of the ninja from areas with large sources of water nearby, where one causes a mist to spring forth by lifting up some water from either a per-existing source or expelled from their mouth, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. Any Doujutsu with the ability to 'See' chakra can easily defeat the mists; as well as a sensor ninja of 2 ranks above the user.
Name: Cell Activation Technique Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D (5/5) Type: Supplementary Element: N/A Range: Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: Cooldown: Description: Used only in the most dire of surgical procedures to increase the patient's survival rate if even by a single percentage, this technique employs a great level of refined chakra control to simultaneously activate all the cells in a person's body. This is done in order to cause the body to be able to repair itself even while the medical-nin is operating, restoring damaged tissues, and bone structures while healing the target during more invasive and delicate procedures.

Name: Water Release: Stormy Blockade Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C (1/5) Type: Offensive & Defensive Element: Water Range: Within 6 meters of the user. Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: Immediate post. Cooldown: Three posts. Description: This technique allows the user to summon a massive amount of water from the sky, crashing it onto the opponent. If needed, the user can cancel the technique in an instant. This covers an area of up to 20 feet around the user, and the water can be used in conjugation methods to use a follow-up technique. The water, since falling from above, has an increased velocity and falls extremely fast, having a higher speed ratio and damage level than that of a normal attack. In comparison, the opponent would feel as though they have entered some of the worlds most powerful rapids. If an opponent were to be hit by this technique, it would cause them to have a sudden shortness of breath, and momentarily stun them. The remaining water this technique spawns is comparable to a 30x30x9'D pool, is constant, and usable with other techniques.
Name: Water Prison Jutsu (Suirō no Jutsu - 水牢の術) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Supplementary, Defensive Element: Suiton Range: Touch Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: -10 chakra per post Cooldown: Duration + 3 Description: This technique is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This technique requires a sufficient amount of water, which can be provided by expelling it from one's mouth. Once trapped the target is unable to move while within it due to the heaviness of the water. Because of the density of the water it can be used, to a limited extent, for defensive purposes if performed on oneself. If used defensively, the prison can deflect up to 3 jutsu of lower rank before breaking. Any jutsu of equal or higher rank will instantly disperse the water. Any Raiton or electrified attacks would do damage equal to one rank higher then normal because of the excellent conductive nature of water itself, and the users wet skin. Of course this means the user himself would be shocked as well, and take damage equal to the rank of the jutsu itself. Because of the heavy nature of the water; the user's reflexes (dodge and movement speed) are reduced by 1 rank for the duration of the jutsu.
Name: Suiton Bushin No Jutsu Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Supplementary Element: Water Range: 60-meters from the user Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 3 posts Cooldown: 6 posts after last clone dissipates Description: The Water Clone Technique is similar to the Shadow Clone Technique except it creates clones out of water that have one-tenth of the original person's power. Like other solid clone techniques, the clones can be used to perform tasks the user is unable or unwilling to do for themselves. The range of the clone is limited however, as it can not travel very far from the original body without losing control. Like other clone techniques, if the water clones are injured enough they will revert back to normal water. The clones also cannot use any technique outside of the water element. Also after using a technique they will dissipate as they are only made of 10% of the users chakra. The maximum amount of clones that can be created at once is 5.
Name: Scattering One-Thousand Crows Technique Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C (4/5) Type: Supplementary Element: Water Range: 60 meters. Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: Two posts, if needed. Cooldown: Two posts. Description: This technique summons a flock of countless crows, dazzling the enemy. The user can freely manipulate the crows by emitting chakra from his fingertips and altering it into high frequency waves. Since the crows continuously clone themselves, the target becomes completely surrounded, obscuring their field of vision. When no longer needed, the crows will simply disappear in a puff of smoke.
Name: Water Release: Gunshot Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Offensive Element: Suiton Range: Short (0-5m), Mid (5-15m), Far (15m+) Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 Post Cooldown: 3 Posts Description: The user kneads chakra, and converts it into water, and then spits it out in the form of condensed balls. The high-speed water ball attack possesses just as much power to kill as an actual gunshot. While this is a water release technique, it can still be employed someplace where no water is available, which is a great advantage. It is also possible to increase the power of destruction of the spheres themselves by building up the chakra inside of them. The maximum number of bullet that can be produced it 6. By taking advantage of gravity, the bullets can brutally increase in power. With a user the size of Gamabunta, the bullets can actually be more like cannonballs, making them much deadlier.

Name: Water Release: Water Encampment Wall Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B Type: Defensive Element: Water Range: / Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: -20 chakra per post Cooldown: 10 posts, three uses per thread. Description: This jutsu creates a defensive wall around the user, a fence of sorts. Attacks are blocked with near certainty; with only attacks of A-rank or higher having a chance of penetrating the wall; and even then with only a 25% chance at best. The water can either be blown out from the user, or raised from an existing water source; but as this jutsu takes an incredible amount of water to maintain, it is preferable to use near an existing source such as a river or lake. The wall's strength and resistance to attacks is dependent on the amount of chakra the user pours into the water. [/list]
Name: Henkanshi: Mizushiteki (Sensory Element: Water Identification) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: B (2/5) Type: Supplementary Element: Water Range: Up to 60 Meters in all directions. Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: Two posts. -15 Chakra per post. Cooldown: 4 Description: This allows the user to utilize their Water Element and previously launched Water Jutsu to track and pinpoint an enemies location within an immediate two-hundred foot range. By gathering and focusing chakra to their hands, the user of this technique can essentially 'see' anything a previously launched Water Jutsu is covering as long as the range within it remains within reach of this technique. The chakra is then released from the users hand, sending out a sudden burst of chakra-enhanced energy. As this pulse travels through the molecules of water, it sends a rippling-like effect as if someone were moving underwater, though it was very faint and hard to hear. This wavelength of energy is rebounded by things it touches, and through training, the user can distinguish what is what when the wave reaches back to them the following post. Essentially, this allows the user to track or pinpoint an enemies location by utilizing this technique as an energy detection jutsu. If one were to witness the application of this jutsu, they would think of a radar.
Name: Lightning Release: False Darkness Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B Type: Offensive Element: Lightning Range: 20 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 5 posts Description: The user charges Raiton chakra to their mouth and throat, emitting lightning in the shape of a spear from their mouth. Its destructive power is great enough to even pierce several inches of rock. The user can increase the number of spears to attack multiple enemies, with each additional spear costing 10 chakra to create; with a maximum of 3 additional spears allowed before the jutsu is forced into cooldown. The spears move with speed equal to that of a Special Jounin, making them extremely hard to dodge at close ranges.
Name: Combination Transformation Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B (4/5) Type: Offensive Element: N/A Range: Self/3 Feet Specialty: Taijutsu Duration: Until cancelled. -15 Chakra per post. Cooldown: 5 Description: An advanced form of the Transformation Technique, the Combination Transformation transforms two users into one being and also gains the physical abilities of transformed entity. In some cases, when one user is preocupied or cannot use hand seals, one may perform the necessary hand seals, while the other may provide the chakra. Naruto used this method with Gamabunta in their fight against Gaara's full Shukaku form to assume the appearance of a giant fox (Kurama in the anime) to get a good grip on Shukaku with claws. The Sound Four used this during the Chūnin Exam Arc to disguise themselves as the Fourth Kazekage's bodyguards (two in each). Kiba and Akamaru created their own variation of this technique with the Human Beast Combination Transformation: Double-Headed Wolf.
Name: Thousand Flying Water Needles of Death Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B (5/5) Type: Offensive Element: Water Range: Self, 1.5 Meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: Immediate post. Cooldown: 4 Description: Using this technique, Haku gathers some water from the air and surrounding environment into one thousand long needles. He then directs them to a specific target at high speed, leaping backwards before impact so he doesn't get caught in the crossfire. While the needles do surround a target from all sides, they don't appear above the target, creating an escape route. Haku is able to perform this jutsu with one-handed seals, allowing him to pin an opponent's arm and attack while they cannot use any techniques themselves.

Name: Limelight (雷夢雷人 - Raimu Raito) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: A Type: Offensive Element: Raiton Range: 45 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 Post Cooldown: 5 Post if used with partners || 10 Posts when used alone Description: Limelight is a lightning-based technique that is used when all four users take place in the cardinal directions. They will then join their lightning-chakra in the form of four connecting streams that shoot high into the sky above the target area. It will then create a massive ball of lightning powerful enough to incinerate everything within the area of the four users. If the user is willing and able to pay the additional chakra cost ( 80 chakra versus 20, must be stated during set up), the jutsu can be used alone by setting some sort of conductive metal (sword, kunai, metal rod, etc) at three of the cardinal direction points.
However, the victim can partially overcome the technique if they manage to relearn the connection between their brain and their limbs, as Kabuto Yakushi, being a medical-nin himself, demonstrates. This feat however is not an easy one and takes a high amount of concentration and intelligence.
Name: Lightning Release: Discharge (Raiton: Hōden - 雷: 放電) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C-A Type: Offensive Element: Raiton Range: 5-30 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 2-4 posts Description: The user concentrates Lightning Release chakra around the body before releasing it towards their opponent. The amount of chakra used determines the range, damage, and cooldown of the jutsu.
Name: Hiding with Camouflage Technique Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A (3/5) Type: Offensive Element: N/A Range: Self Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: Immediate post, until cancelled. -20 Chakra per post. Cooldown: 4 Description: This is a ninja escape technique that allows the user to control how light is reflected around their body with chakra inflections. The technique also erases the user's scent and shadow, and is usable on any terrain, making it ideal not only for covert manoeuvres but also offensive strikes. Perceiving the user's position is possible only for ninja who are astute enough to observe minute variations within their surrounding environment, such as distortions of air currents in the immediate vicinity or distinguishing sounds, i.e. footsteps etc. The usefulness of this ability can be entirely negated by those with special vision or sensory skills, except for particularly adept users, who can completely erase even their chakra signature with it. A-Rank and above shinobi can hide their chakra signature outright.
Name: Water Release: Great Waterfall Technique Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A (4/5) Type: Offensive Element: Water Range: 30 Meters angled at 180 degrees outward. Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: Immediate post, lingering water remains with no chakra deduction. Cooldown: 3 Description: This technique extends water over a large scale, surges and rises up to several dozens of metres high. Then it streams down to the ground in one big cascade, much like a gigantic waterfall. In doing so, it resembles a huge wave, with tremendous power that can hollow out the ground. What remains after that technique's utilisation is reminiscent of no less than the aftermath of a natural disaster. This is a considerably advanced ninjutsu, and activating this technique requires a fair amount of chakra. The water can also be produced from the mouth.
Name: Water Release: Water Dragon Bullet Technique Canon/Custom: Customized Canon Rank: A (5/5) Type: Offensive Element: Water Range: 33.5 Meters in any direction, sixty feet impact splash radius. Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: Immediate post, lingering water remains with no chakra deduction. Cooldown: 6 Description: The Water Release: Water Dragon Bullet Technique shapes a large amount of water into a giant, powerful dragon, which hits the opponent with formidable might, dealing physical damage. The ideal place to use it is near a body of water, but if the user's skill allows it, it is possible to use it even in a place where there is none. The amount of water used will be in proportion with the user's skill. Originally utilized at B-Rank, the A-Rank variation, invented by Sylvanas Kazesousha, is much larger and powerful than the original. A direct impact can cause bone breakage, thirty feet outward, anyone within the impact zone and that 30 foot radius is sucked under by powerful torrents of water in all directions. Sixty feet outward, anyone within the 30 foot radius and this outer zone are swept up in the mass of water with tremendous force.

Name: Water Mastery Technique: Mist of the Frozen Throne Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: S (1/2) Type: Offensive/Defensive Element: Water Range: 100 Meters. Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: Duration + 7 || Twice per Thread Cooldown: Seven posts after cancelled. Description: This technique can only be used once the Hidden Mist Technique has been activated. Once this technique is activated, it causes the Mist to drop in temperature to 37 °F. This causes the opponent to eventually become induced with a case of hypertension and hypothermia. In hypothermia, body temperature drops below that required for normal metabolism and bodily functions. In humans, this is usually due to excessive exposure to cold air or water, but it can be deliberately induced as a medical treatment. As the opponent remains within the mist, they fall victim to extreme chances of dying due to exposure. This also expands the radius of the normal Hidden Mist Technique by 50 additional feet (15.24 Meters). This technique does not affect the user. This technique can only be taught or learned by Sylvanas Kazesousha.
Post One: Shivering Post One Description: Shivering is a bodily function in response to early hypothermia or just feeling cold in warm-blooded animals. When the core body temperature drops, the shivering reflex is triggered to maintain homeostasis. Muscle groups around the vital organs begin to shake in small movements, creating warmth by expending energy. Shivering can also be a response to a fever, as a person may feel cold. During fever the hypothalamic set point for temperature is raised. The increased set point causes the body temperature to rise (pyrexia), but also makes the patient feel cold until the new set point is reached. Rigor occurs because the patient's body is effectively shivering in a physiological attempt to increase body temperature to the new set point.
Post Two: Delerium & Mental Confusion Post Two Description: to describe a pathological degree in which it usually refers to loss of orientation (ability to place oneself correctly in the world by time, location; and/or personal identity) and sometimes accompanied by disordered consciousness (loss of linear thinking) and loss of memory (the ability to correctly recall previous events or learn new material). Delirium represents an organically-caused decline from a previously attained baseline level of cognitive function. It is typified by fluctuating course, attentional deficits and generalized severe disorganization of behavior. It typically involves other cognitive deficits, changes in arousal (hyperactive, hypoactive, or mixed), perceptual deficits, altered sleep-wake cycle, and psychotic features such as hallucinations and delusions.
Post Three: Moderate Hypothermia Post Three Description: Low body temperature results in shivering becoming more violent. Muscle mis-coordination becomes apparent. Movements are slow and labored, accompanied by a stumbling pace and mild confusion, although the person may appear alert. Surface blood vessels contract further as the body focuses its remaining resources on keeping the vital organs warm. The subject becomes pale. Lips, ears, fingers, and toes may become blue. As the temperature decreases, further physiological systems falter and heart rate, respiratory rate, and blood pressure all decrease. This results in an expected heart rate in the 30s at a temperature of 82 °F.
Post Four: Severe Hypothermia Post Four Description: Difficulty speaking, sluggish thinking, and amnesia start to appear; inability to use hands and stumbling are also usually present. Cellular metabolic processes shut down. Below 30 °C (86 °F), the exposed skin becomes blue and puffy, muscle coordination very poor, and walking almost impossible, and the person exhibits incoherent/irrational behavior, including terminal burrowing, an apparent self-protective behavior known as TBR or hide-and-die syndrome, occurs in the final stages of hypothermia. The afflicted will enter small, enclosed spaces, such as underneath beds or behind wardrobes, even stupor. Pulse and respiration rates decrease significantly, but fast heart rates (ventricular tachycardia, atrial fibrillation) can also occur. Atrial fibrillation is not typically a concern in and of itself. Major organs fail and the subject may sieze.
Post Five: Severe Water Immersion & Cold Shock Post Five Description: In humans, cold shock response is perhaps the most common cause of death from immersion in very cold water, such as by falling through thin ice. The cold water can cause heart attack due to vasoconstriction, the heart has to work harder to pump the same volume of blood throughout the body. For people with heart disease, this additional workload can cause the heart to go into arrest and results from hyperventilation. However, in this instance, the mist in itself acts as a beacon for water immersion. As it soaks the clothes of the subject and seeps into their skin, it not only weighs them down, but throughout the technique, has been robbing them of their body heat due to the aforementioned shivering and hypertension. The subject suffers from cardiac arrest and experiences clinical death.
Name: Electrical Conductivity Nullification Technique Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: S (2/2) Type: Offensive/Defensive Element: N/A Range: Self, One's own jutsu. Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 8 Posts. -30 Chakra deduction every 2 posts until cancelled. Cooldown: 5 Posts after cancellation. Description: This technique was designed and created by Sylvanas Kazesousha. This technique allows the user to virtually 'nullify' their conductive nature to the element of Lightning. After activation, the skin of the shinobi using the jutsu turns into a spoiled gray color, similar to that of an oxidized rock. This 'layer' of skin acts as a shield and completely negates the conductive nature of an electrical charge, severing its capability to manipulate muscle pathway patterns through electromagnetic energy, and disengages the energy by throwing it back at the opponent in their last known location. In addition to this, this technique also nullifies the user's Water Techniques from having a conductive nature as well.
