Unlock Requirements: The user must have Ice Release at S rank or higher before they will be capable of learning Demonic Ice. They must also be a native of Umigakure to be capable of learning this advanced element.

Name: Absolute Defense

Description: Due to Haikyo being sealed within Umiko, Umiko has been granted an Absolute Defense. Haikyo, the Chakra Beast, will protect Umiko at all costs and uses her ability to harness Demonic Ice (and the elements that make it up) to protect Umiko. This Absolute Defense works as a shield in most cases, and can only be penetrated by jutsu or attacks of a full rank higher then the user (SS rank). This “defense” moves at SS-0 speed/reaction. Haikyo has SS-0 base Perception, allowing her to predict and defend Umiko against most attacks. Only abilities capable of damaging Demonic Ice are able to get through this barrier.

Description: The user is capable of generating mass amounts of additional water  to use for the purpose of jutsu (up to 150 gallons of water per post), or even using the beasts own water-based body to add to their own supply for their own usage (when done this way the user is capable of creating more than 300 pounds of water per post). This water generation is not locked to simply water either; the user is fully capable of turning this water at their will into ice, or demonic ice.

Description: The user is capable of freely manipulating not only their own water (that within their gourd which has been infused with their chakra) but also the sand granted to them by Haikyo: this is done with the simplest of gestures and costs no chakra due to the water being so infused with chakra that it is capable of acting of its own free will, or the users will without question, especially when it comes to defending the host the beast is sealed within). This water manipulation can even stretch to the manipulation of water present in the environment. This manipulation is not simply locked to just water either; they're fully capable of manipulating ice or demonic ice in this method.

Description: The users of this power are able to form a sacred and powerful union between user and companion both telepathic and empathatic, and they can fight with a harmonized flow of energy. The user can also just rely on their companion to fight.
Both are linked both emapathically and telepathically at all times.
In some cases if the user is in danger, there can be a fusion between user and companion to achieve a more powerful form.
This bond also let's host Haikyo is sealed in to have access to all of Haikyo's techniques without having to train the jutsu herself.

Description: With chakra, the user connects an eye made of water to their optic nerve, which enables them to know what happens in the artificial eye's field of vision, this is genuinely a third eye for its user. The user can control the size of the eye depending on its use. Its main purpose is spying, since it can form and disperse in any location on command. It also allows those who are using their jutsu to see what is happening outside of the protective dome of their Absolute Defense. In order to use it however the user must keep one of their eyes closed for the duration of the technique.

Description: After wrapping the opponent in water the user will cause the water to implode and crush whatever is within. When used to kill a person the death is so quick that there isn't even time for the victim to feel any pain. The pressure also produces a sizeable fountain of blood. This attack, depending on the pressure that is used, can either break bones or completely liquefy an opponent.

Description: This technique is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of demonice ice. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This technique requires a sufficient amount of Demonic Ice, which can be provided by expelling it from one's mouth or from various other creation methods. Once trapped the target is unable to move while within it due to the heaviness of the frozen state of the demonic ice. Due to it being made out of Demonic Ice this sphere is unmeltable by Katon; only abilities such as Amateratsu or chakra damaging weapons/abilities are capable of breaking this prison. The person trapped within this sphere will die within three posts of oxygen deprivation if they are not freed.

Description: A water variation of the Seismic Sense technique, this jutsu allows the user to thread thier chakra into the water around them (including the moisture within the air) and allow them to 'feel' out their surroundings. It allows for a 360 degree field of "vision", outside of normal line-of-sight. To operate, the user needs direct contact with the water (or moisture in the air) around them, preferably without something like clothes in between. This technique is not without its limitations. The practitioner must always be in direct contact with water to use the sense at all and the ability only detects things if they are in contact with the same mass of water the user is contacting [I.e., if someone is in a sealed off room, the user cannot sense them unless a door or window is opened, allowing moisture infused air to circulate within and escape. Although allowing the user to detect their surroundings in detail, the sub-skill does not allow for perception of facial features or written characters. In basic conditions, the user is able to 'see' up to a quarter mile [roughly 400 meters] away. This technique is passive, not costing chakra to use.

Because of the way this technique works, the user is easily picked up by chakra sensing techniques, as their chakra signature is essentially everywhere when one is within the range of the technique.

Description: A calabash-shaped gourd covered in designs and filled with chakra-infused water which can be freely manipulated by the user or Haikyo (chakra beast sealed within the user) to preform a variety of  jutsu as well as acting as the water for the user's Absolute Defense SC. The gourd itself is also made of frozen water that can be broken down and used to preform techniques as well. There is a long bit of cloth, blue colored, that wraps around the gourd and then the users waist and chest like a sash to keep it steady on the user. The gourd itself is three feet tall, and two and a half feet around at its broadest point. There is a four inch round hole at the top with a ice cork in it to keep the water from escaping. This gourd holds roughly thirty gallons of water.
Enhancements: None, it's simply an instrument to hold extra water to be manipulated by the user for jutsu and for her Absolute Defense SC.
