Description: This aged, second hand spear has seen better days. However, the spearhead still holds its edge and can cut and pierce one inch into flesh. This spearhead cannot cut through nor can it pierce bone, even when it is exposed. This spear requires Bukijutsu (Sōjutsu) to wield properly.
Appearance: The spearhead of this Yari spans 36cm from point to base and the shaft is 3.3 feet in length. The spearhead, although aged, was clearly forged from superior iron and in its day clearly made a superb weapon. However, time takes its toll on all things and the spearhead is now rusted over due to a lack of maintenance, the hardwood shaft is dried and cracked, and its lacquered bamboo grip has begun to have a persistent and pungent odour.
