Description: This is the signature jutsu that is used by all members of the Kaneko Clan. This jutsu is able to create plasma for the user to control for various purposes. The volume if plasma they can create depends upon their rank. D-Rank is able to create 10 cubic meters of plasma. Each rank above that can create 10 more cubic meters of plasma. (I.e. D:10, C:20, B:30, etc.) The plasma can move at a base speed of 20m/s and the speed increases by 5m/a for each rank up. (I.e. D:20, C:25, B:30, etc.) This plasma CANNOT be used for offensive or defensive purposes by solely using this jutsu. This jutsu's chakra cost depends on the rank as well. D:10, C:15, B:20, A:25, S:30.

Description: After performing the necessary hand seals, the user breathes out a flammable mist, that once it meets with an ignition source, explodes into a large fireball. The explosion is on par with an Explosion Tag, however over a far larger area. Can cause mild second degree burns and concussive bruising.

Description: The user forms the related hand seal, and breathes out a continuous stream of chakra. This stream forms into the shape of a dragon, and the user can manipulate it's movements to a degree to make it chase the target, though at this rank the user cannot finely manipulate the movement, limiting the manipulation they can perform. This stream must be sustained or it will quickly break off into nothingness. The dragon moves at roughly 30mph. The flames are intense, and can cause instant second degree burns over the affected area, with 3rd degree burns possible after 3 posts of maintained contact.

Description: The user much place the palms of their hands on a solid surface and force Raiton chakra into the area below them. Once the appropriate amount of chakra has been channeled, it erupts up and outwards into a shockwave that will race outwards in all directions for 10 meters before dispersing. Anything caught by the shockwave will take C-rank Raiton damage; 1st and 2nd degree flash burns on unprotected flesh, severe pain, and 1 post of stun.

Description: A technique that physically restrains an opponent, as if the opponent had been tied in invisible steel ropes. It debilitates the victim for a short period of time, which allows the user to either strike again, or take the target into custody. This is a D-rank ninjutsu where the intensity will vary greatly according to the user's level of skill. This jutsu will only work on people who are your rank or lower. If used on someone of your rank, there is only a 50% chance of the jutsu succeeding. The jutsu can be cast on a maximum of 3 targets at once.

Description: The user focuses a small to medium amount of chakra to their hands, allowing them to heal someones wound when they touch the area. This technique only works for surface wounds and non-serious injuries such as cuts, bruises, ect. The user may also heal themselves just as they would someone else, but again the jutsu can only heal surface wounds. This jutsu takes time to heal, and the larger the wound the longer it takes. If the wound is large then this technique can be used to partially heal it and make it smaller.
