Description: This is the big brother so to speak to False Immortality. This jutsu works very much like the same as its little brother in that it heals the target of all sorts of wounds, burns, loss of limbs, and poisons.  However, instead of having to maintain a constant connect the medic places an active ball of healing chakra into the chest cavity of the target that remains there until it has been used up and then more must be added. This ball of chakra is equivalent of the amount of chakra the Medic stores within them, though the base cost of the jutsu MUST be paid.
As injuries, poisons, ect, effect the target it will begin to use portions of this ball to heal.
5 Chakra: Heals minor burns, scraps, scratches.
10 Chakra: Heals fractured bones, severe burns, and severe cuts.
15 Chakra: Heals broken bones, minor damage to organs, cures poisoning.
20 Chakra: Regrows severed limbs, heals all other not-mentioned injuries and aliments.
After the ball of chakra is placed into a target then it will remain until it’s used, even if the target leaves a thread and joins another. The chakra replenishes itself each thread unless ALL of it is used.

Description: This jutsu is exactly as the name suggests; it is the ability to remove an ailment from someone. This jutsu works roughly the same way as the Delicate Illness Extraction Technique does. However, this jutsu must be performed over several posts.
The user hovers their hands over the chest of the target and their hands will glow a white color as they fill with highly concentrated healing charka. This chakra they send spreading throughout the targets entire body (Post 1).
After the targets entire body has been filled with this healing chakra it begins to attach itself to all of the ailment; safely extracting it from every bit of the user’s body without causing damage; as well as healing any damage that might have been caused due to this ailment. After it has done this the user then removes the chakra by lifting their hand from the spot on the targets chest. (Post 2).
The user may store this ailment for later use in poisons. The user may also use this jutsu on themselves.

Description:  By utilising soil in the local ground, the user can revive the fallen in one of two ways. The first version allows the user to seemingly continuously resurrects a large number of slain people as zombies, but with some of their rationality, physical prowess, and technique at their disposal. They are difficult to destroy, requiring several hits before the zombie will return to the water it was born from. If the technique is deactivated either by the user or if the user is killed, the zombies will immediately turn to dust.
The second version allows the user to bring a person back as a perfect resurrection, able to use all its skills from when alive, along with complete consciousness of who they were before they died, thoughts, memories, ect. This method requires a large amount of energy (i.e. electricity). Because this technique brings someone back from the dead permanently it takes 90% of the user's chakra to accomplish, leaving little to no chakra left for anything but keeping the caster alive.

Description: This jutsu is quite complicated and yet simple at the same time. It is the dream of any medic to never see their comrade fall and with this jutsu it allows the medic – at least for a period of time – to ensure that such a thing cannot happen.
This jutsu takes Mystical Palm Technique to the extreme. The Medic must make physical contact with the target for the briefest of moments which starts the connection. This allows the Medic, no matter where their target goes, to continue to pump them full of healing chakra. This healing chakra is capable of not only healing all forms of burns, cuts, abrasions, and broken bones, but to also grow back limbs and cure of all poisons. However, this jutsu costs chakra to maintain, even if the target is not injured, causing the medic to only be able to use it for so long before they must stop. When this jutsu stops so do the effects of it, making the target capable of taking damage without healing again. This jutsu does not work if the target is decapitated.

Description:The user coats his or her arm in a very large amount of condensed water, and forms it into the shape of a rapidly spinning drill. The user then proceeds to slam the drill into the target and force them to the ground, causing severe injuries to the area that the drill lands on. If it lands on a limb, it is capable of severing it completely. If it lands on the torso, it causes severe damage to the opponent’s organs and potentially pierce completely through their body, if not protected by A-rank or higher armor or the target is 2 ranks below the user. The drill pins the target to the ground for 1 post while the base damage is done; before exploding outwards in a tsunami wave that covers up to a 30 meter radius. The wave carries a force similar to Exploding Colliding Water Wave; and can potentially drown anything caught by it. If the user so choses, they can swing the drill arm around much like a club or mace, causing slashing and crush damage to anything it comes in contact with. 3in deep gashes and broken bones are guarenteed when used this way.

Description: A stronger version of Futon: Shinkugyoku [Wind Release: Vacuum Sphere], the user instead compresses the entirety of an inhaled breath into a single, massive sphere of chakra. This heavily compressed sphere is full of thousands of individual sections of razor sharp air tumbling over each other. The user can then fire it at a target, causing it to rapidly rocket towards the target, tearing through anything it hits with an impressive combination of cutting power and knock back force. The impact is more than enough to kill a man, as being devoured by the sphere would carve someone into thousands of tiny chunks. 5in gashes are common, and this ball of wind can easily cut through a ninja of B-rank or lower, and the body of the target can be thrown back a maximum of 20 feet.

Description:The Lightning Cutter is an enhanced and concentrated form of the Chidori with the same effects and drawbacks. Because the Chidori is already powerful on its own, the Lightning Cutter requires better chakra control, which is exemplified in its appearance. The Chidori appears as simply a mass of white electrical chakra in the user's hand, while the Lightning Cutter is more focused. Because of this, it is able to cause far more damage, easily able to pierce entirely through the body with or without armor (up to S-rank); and leave instant third degree electrical burns the radiate outwards along the nervous, vascular, and lympathic systems for roughly 6 inches away from the point of impact. Without significant (A-rank or better) medical treatment being recieved within 10 posts, there is a very real chance (>50%) of death occuring.

Description: This jutsu is much the opposite of Mystical Palm Technique. The user concentrates corrupted ‘healing’ charka into their hands which glow a deep eerie green color. Whatever the user makes contact with then begins to rot and decay over three posts; which each post becoming worse until the third which results in death unless medical attention is received of A-Rank or higher to stop the spreading rot of decaying flesh and organs.
Post 1: Decayed flesh within a six inches of the spot touched that penetrates a half inch deep.
Post 2: The decaying continues to spread now consuming an area that is eighteen inches wide in all directions from the point of initial contact and two inches deep; at this point the blood begins to become tainted and the opponent will no longer have use of the area infected as muscles have deteriorated.
Post 3: Death. At this point the vital organs themselves have begun to decay to the point of not being able to be healed or regenerated, resulting in death if medical attention has not been received by this point.
Post 4: At this point if nothing has been done to stop the decaying process the body will break down into nothing; leaving nothing behind of the opponent and hindering any ability to bring the opponent back to life through any medical ninjutsu technique.

It is vital to match the amount of chakra used to the severity of the affliction or injury. This requires a great amount of chakra control, because of this only a few highly skilled Medical-Nin are able to use this technique.
By sending an excess amount of chakra into the patient's brain the user can overload the patients normal circulation, trapping them in a comotose state.

Description: This medical technique forms one's chakra into a small, sharp blade. This can then be used for highly accurate incisions necessary for surgeries and anatomical dissections. Unlike regular scalpels, the chakra scalpel can actually make cuts inside the body without actually creating an open wound, limiting the risks of an infection.
The chakra scalpel can also be used offensively, although it requires great precision to be effective. Because of this requirement, using the chakra scalpel offensively is highly unusual. In heated combat, even the greatest medical-nin won't be able to exert the precision needed to make fatal cuts, but it can still effectively cut muscle tissues and tendons, rendering the target immobile. Adding to the technique's blade like quality, it also appears to give the user an increased level of durability over their chakra clad hands. (25 Chakra)

As soon as a strike of the hand lands, electricity is poured into the enemy's nervous system, severing the signals and deranging their body control. Users gain a +2 to reaction times, speed, sensory, it invigorates the body.. Ninjutsu users gain a +1 in attack and power. This comes at the cost of the initial chakra cost and an added +10 for every person this jutsu boosts.This is done due to an adrenaline boost due to the Medical Ninjutsu.
This jutsu cannot be used on the user themselves, as they must remain in one place, unmoving, during the time this jutsu is raised. The user is unable to use any other jutsu during the time that this jutsu is active.

Perceiving the user's position is possible only for ninja who are astute enough to observe minute variations within their surrounding environment, such as distortions of air currents in the immediate vicinity or distinguishing sounds, i.e. footsteps etc. The usefulness of this ability can be entirely negated by those with special vision or sensory skills, except for particularly adept users, who can completely erase even their chakra signature with it.

Description: This technique channels a large amount of lightning chakra to the user's hand. The amount of chakra is so great that it becomes visible. The high concentration of electricity produces a sound reminiscent of many birds chirping, hence the name. Once the technique is completed, the user charges forward and thrusts the Chidori into the target. Extremely effective in piercing through flesh and bone, Chidori can easily amputate limbs if impact is recieved at a joint or the bone is shattered. It's not unusual to see Chidori wounds that show true pierce-through even at the thickest part of the abdomin; and every wound show evidence of severe burning at the points of impact; with instant second degree electrical burns and cauterization of flesh in the wounds.

Description: This technique extends water over a large scale, surges and rises up to several dozen metres high. Then it streams down to the ground in one big cascade, much like a gigantic waterfall. In doing so, it resembles a huge wave, with tremendous power that can hollow out the ground. What remains after that technique's utilisation is reminiscent of no less than the aftermath of a natural disaster. It is very possible for this jutsu to be lethal, whether through drowning the enemy, the debris swirling in the water with them, or the sheer force of the water crashing upon them. If the victim is lucky enough to survive the initial attack, they can expect everything from internal bruising to broken bones, as well as a moderate to severe concussion if the water impacts the head. The sheer size of this jutsu makes it extremely difficult to escape; as they would be caught in the wave of desctruction even if they manage to avoid the initial impact of the crashing wave.

This blade, while having a very limited range is incredibly fast, combining that with the fact that it is invisible makes it hard to avoid.

Due to the properties of this technique, the expelled blasts are capable of piercing into and potentially through an opponent's flesh when they collide, in a similar manner to how bullets function; up to 4in deep. The closer the enemy to the user, the higher the chance of full penetration; with someone within 3 meters being the most susceptible to this effect. Baring a strong enough body armour, a hit could prove fatal if taken near (Within 2 inches) of a vital organ or major artery.

Name: Delicate illness Extraction Technique

Description: When a person has been afflicted by a pathogen or toxin, this medical ninjutsu can be used to draw out the agent and heal the damage. The cause of the illness is first determined by perceiving disturbances in the patient's chakra. Then, using a chakra scalpel, (Post 1) an incision is made near the affected part. Using their chakra, the medical-nin pushes a large volume of a medicinal fluid through the incision. (Post 2) The fluid then draws the poison out of the affected part(s) and serves as a medium through which the poison is suspended and then forced out of the person's body. This technique thus removes the poison, while simultaneously repairing the damage caused by the poison. After the agent is drawn out, it can be used to create an antidote or medicine after it has been analyzed. This can then be given to the patient to ensure a complete recovery. This technique requires the utmost care and ability in diagnosis, incising and unmatched chakra control. Therefore, it is considered an extremely difficult technique, even among medical ninjutsu. Description: An adrenaline rush is the fight or flight response of the adrenal gland, in which it releases epinephrine. When releasing adrenaline one's body releases dopamine which can act as a natural pain killer. An adrenaline rush causes the muscles to preform respiration at an increase speed, which increases the individuals strength and speed. What this jutsu does is force the body into an a high adrenaline state, greater than a normal adrenaline rush; which increases the user's speed by 50% due to the increased speed with added strength. Because of this, it can have a high impact on the body, therefore the user must have Taijutsu else their muscles will be ripped to shreds in the process of moving at such an alarmingly fast pace.

Description: The user spews a stream of chakra infused gun-powder from their mouth up to 11 feet from them which surrounds the region. As the gunpowder is composed entirely of ash, it stays in the air around the victim like a cloud, which can be used like a smokescreen, hindering sight up to 60%. The gunpowder cloud is moderately large as it is being 15-20 feet from the target at all points. After surrounding the enemy with the ash, the user can ignite it with a flint placed on their teeth beforehand to create a spark, resulting in a violent explosion, burning the enemy. The technique lasts 3 posts before the wind blows it away from the battle; of course unless the user ignites the gun powder. If the target is caught in the middle of the explosion there is a small chance of death, but most likely they will sustain major burns and several wounds all around their body. Any wind style jutsu involving manipulating the air can counter this technique easily. The gun-powder from this technique can also be set off via any Fire jutsu, or simply by the user clicking their teeth together. Costs 20 chakra.

A head shot at this rate is an instant knockout to anyone of equal or lower rank; and a 2 post stun or anyone above; and can be fatal without b-rank or better medical treatement being administored within 5 posts. Beyond 10 meters the damage is less severe, but still significant; 1in deep gashes and instant 2 post stun to anyone hit in the head. Limb amputation is not likely beyond 10 meters.

Description: The user inhales deeply, condensing the air in their lungs while infusing it with wind chakra, before exhaling an extremely powerful stream of win from their mouth. The blast has significant range, but little on the way of width; as it is exhaled in a manner that focuses the force forward and reduces the fan-like dispersion effect most wind jutsu of this type suffer from. The blast is more then capable of severing limbs at close ranges, as well as causing a significant knock back effect; the knock back not to exceed a maximum of 40 feet when used at point blank range. A hit is guaranteed to cause significant damage in the form of lacerations of the skin and underlying tissue, sprains and possible dislocations of joints, as well as breaking of bones at extreme close ranges; as well as possible amputation if the blast impacts a joint such as the knee, elbow, or shoulder joints. The blast itself is extremely difficult to dodge at anything but the far maximum ranges, as it is released with such power and speed that it can create a small sonic boom effect; a testament to the speed with which this jutsu moves.

The force of the claws is enough to shatter rock and dent steel. A direct hit from the claw will disable the enemy for 2 posts, as well as causing severe pain and busing, as well as the high possibility of fractured or broken bones.

Description: This is basically a larger version of the water clone technique allowing the user to create a much larger amount of clones at the cost of more chakra, the clones are also some what weaker because of the increase in numbers. Instead of each of the clones being 10% of the users normal strength they are only 5% when summoned with this technique. Using this technique a person can create up to 15 clones. Just like the normal water clone jutsu the clones must stay within a certain range of the original. Once the clones are dispelled or broken, they explode with the force of an E-rank explosion pouch; not enough to damage, but enough to disorient and cause a small knock back (>10 feet) if more then 5 explode in close proximity. They leave behind large puddles of water that can be used for other jutsu when broken.

Description: This jutsu creates a defensive wall around the user, a fence of sorts. Attacks are blocked with near certainty; with only attacks of A-rank or higher having a chance of penetrating the wall; and even then with only a 25% chance at best. The water can either be blown out from the user, or raised from an existing water source; but as this jutsu takes an incredible amount of water to maintain, it is preferable to use near an existing source such as a river or lake. The wall's strength and resistance to attacks is dependent on the amount of chakra the user pours into the water.

Description: The user spits a very large, highly pressurized bullet of water from their mouth. The bullet ranges in size from roughly 2 inches to a maximum of 6 inches in diameter. The bullet moves at several dozen feet a second, making it difficult to dodge at close ranges. If preformed properly, the bullet exits the user's mouth with a spin like a bullet; hence the jutsu's name. This spin gives the bullet enhanced accuracy, much as the spin of a normal bullet would; enabling a sufficiently proficient user pinpoint accuracy and further decreasing the chances of evasion. The smaller the bullet fired; the greater the piercing power. A small bullet is meant to cause damage in a small area; punch through the body and take chunks of flesh with it in that way. A larger, thicker bullet however, is more lucky to cause crush injuries; breaking bones and causing major bruising and internal bleeding. The smallest bullets travel at 200 m/s; with the largest moving at a slower, but still impressive, 150 m/s.

Description: This technique shapes a large amount of water into a giant, powerful dragon, which hits the opponent with formidable might, dealing physical damage. The ideal place to use it is near a body of water, but if the user is able to create sufficient amounts of water themselves, it is possible to use it even in a place where there is none. The dragon itself will not exceed a maximum length of 50 feet, nor a maximum diameter of 5 feet. The dragon itself is rather bulky, leading to a distinct lack of accuracy control; something that must be trained to overcome. This leaves the chance for evasion, if the target is far enough away and is quick enough. The dragon itself travels as easily twice the comfortable running speed of the average C-Rank ninja, but given the lack of control it can still be evaded if you are able to dodge to the side far enough, fast enough. The power of this jutsu is the sheer concussive force of the blast; which can be enough to render some targets unconscious, as well as cause major injuries. Massive bruising and extreme pain are guaranteed, as well as a very high risk for broken bones and moderate internal injuries.

Description: This technique allows the user to make a shadow clone infused with lightning. Because it is a shadow clone, it is able to perform techniques and interact with the environment due to it having physical substance; and also evenly distributes the user's chakra to each clone. If the clone is injured, it will revert to its natural lightning-state, at the same time discharging the equivalent of a C-ranked shock. A maximum of 5 may be created at any given time.

Description: Similar to the Clone Technique, this technique creates clones of the user. However, these clones are actual copies, not illusions. The clones are capable of performing techniques on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after one or two solid blows. They can also disperse on their own. The clones will be created in roughly the same condition as the original. Shadow clones can't be distinguished from the actual person even by the Byakugan because the clones have the exact same amount of chakra and aren't made from any other substance.
A characteristic that is unique to the Shadow Clone Technique is that any experience the clones gain during their existence is transferred to the user once they are dispersed. This makes the technique ideal for spying, since the user can simply send a clone to spy on a target, then have the clone disperse itself without returning to pass the information back to the user.
(When making a Shadow Clone the user must spend 20 of their chakra per clone, however they may if they so choose give their clone more chakra. Example: If you want your clone to have 50 chakra then you must spend 20 chakra to make the clone and an additional 30 on top of that for the extra 30 chakra. Each clone otherwise will have 20 chakra unless given more - when the chakra is used up the clone will disappear.)

Description: In a normal brain there are millions of specialized nerve cells called neurons that transmit elecrical impulses. They communicate with the brain and serve in everyday functions of life. When these impulses misfire a seizure occurs. These seizures can range in severity from an almost catatonic like state to violent tremors that involve severe stiffness and jerking. This jutsu is very specific, and higher ranking because of how percise the user must be to complete it, and how much medical expertise is needed to ensure it's done right.
The user places theri hands on their intended victims head, sending small pulses of Raiton into the victim's brain, targeting the nuerons and causing an imbalance in the electrical impulses that the neurons are sending out. The more Raiton that is used the more violent the seizure that occurs and the longer it lasts. This jutsu cannot be used, however, to kill the victim, though at A rank and higher it can cause mild to moderate brain damage.
This jutsu requires 10 chakra per post to keep it going.
B Rank: 2 Post Duration. Violent Tremor Seizure with Stiffness.
A Rank: 3 Post Duration. Catatonic like state. Mild brain damage can occur (speech problems, slight functioning issues with the body such as random twitches).

This will almost instantly cause the side effects of quadriplegia (Post 1), followed by bleeding from the head's orifices (ears, nose, mouth, eyes)(Post 2), and then finally causing a very painful death due to a brain aneurysm if no medical help is given beforehand. (Post 3).

Description: This jutsu has two parts to it. The first, and most important part is the fact that it is a group heal. By combining Medical Ninjutsu and Ninjutsu the user is capable of healing multiple people at once (up to three people), of the users choosing, continuously.  This will heal anything from paper cuts to gashes and slices. Even bruises are healed through this technique.
While this healing is going on there is also part two of this jutsu: a shield that blocks 50% worth of damage towards those within the Regeneration Aura's sphere by cushioning them in the chakra that makes up and fills the sphere. This causes those within the sphere to take half of the damage they normally would against both physical moves and ninjutsu used against them.
This jutsu costs the initial cost to start the jutsu, and then costs an additional 5 chakra per person being healed within the sphere per post. The user is unable to move during this time, and has to remain on one place while this jutsu is up. If the user moves the jutsu will stop.

Description: This is a simple, if specialized seal. There is no base, and the seal is created with a single hand. The user creates a fist, with two fingers extended outward, and charges the fingertips with chakra. They then write the symbol of the element they wish to harness, which creates the seal of the jutsu. They then either smack, punch, or slice the seal with a blade to release the chakra. The effects are as follows:
Non-Elemental: The seal breaks, releasing a burst of very bright light and a sharp, high pitched note for several seconds that causes a 1 post stun and blinding effect to anyone that both sees and hears the seal break. If only the tone is heard, the affected is deafened for 1 post.
Wind: The seal explodes with a directed burst of air, that has enough power to knockback an enemy from point blank range up to 10 feet.
Water: Fires a low power bullet of water, equal to a gallon of water flying at roughly 20 mph. Useful for countering weak Katon or creating openings.
Fire: Creates a small ball of flame that flies forward from the seal at a rate of 20 mph. The flames are hot enough to cause a first degree flash burn, but little else. Can be used as an ignition source for other jutsu.
Earth: Fires several dozen small rocks with the power of a thrown senbon. The rocks cause little more then a small amount of pain and light bruising. Best as a distraction. If the seal is placed upon the ground, it causes the earth to buckle and rise upward 2 inches for a 15 foot diameter around the user. Effective for breaking balance or interrupting sprints.
Lightning: A single bolt of lightning is fired from the seal. Causes a 1 post stun and 1st degree burn for a half inch radius around the point of impact.

The chakra itself is emitted from the both the user's hands and feet; requiring that they be either knelling upon the surface they wish to use the jutsu over; or using some form of a chakra medium. This means that the user cannot move without causing the jutsu to break; rendering them helpless to a degree. A ninja that has trained the jutsu sufficiently may be able to use the jutsu with just their feet (requires a n extra training post of 1000 words or more). The user is able to sense both the breaks in the line caused by someone walking over the web, as well as the faint bursts of electrical energy that the nervous system uses to communicate with the body. The web of chakra may be cast underground; at a loss of 50% of the total range, due to the resistance of the earth to the electrical nature of the jutsu. If the web is lain above ground; the lines of chakra are somewhat difficult to spot; as they are as thin as ninja wires; but do release a faint glowing; which can be seen in a sufficiently dark area. There is no effect to standing upon, or inside the web, as the electrical charge of the lines is too low for the average human to sense without coming in direct contact.

Description: This is a branch of the Lightning Release: Detection Web. While the fundamentals are the same; the user has trained enough to allow them to freely control the web itself, while increasing the amount of power they are able to apply to this jutsu. This
allows the user to create a solid web; through which they me trap an enemy, or use as a defensive shield of sorts. When laying flat; the web retains the size of the original jutsu; but when raised into the dome shaped barrier form, it constricts to a diameter of no more then 7 meters. When in dome form; the lines of chakra that form the web become as thick as ropes; with enough lightning chakra coursing through them to easily stun a ninja, and cause minor burns at the contact point. The “floor” of the web is burred in the ground to a dept
of half a foot; allowing anyone contained within to stand and move normally. Escape is difficult; it is possible to break free through sheer force; but the pain and damage caused would be intense. It would require a jutsu of equal rank or higher to the user, or else a resistance to Raiton that would allow the trapped person to tolerate the effects of the walls. The walls themselves are resistant to weaponry; they will stop or deflect up to 20 small projectiles at any time, while any that escape that are made of an electrical conducting substance are charged with the power of a D-rank shock. This can be both a blessing and a curse; depending on who is inside the barrier.

Description: The user is able to expand upon the usage of the constant Chakra Radar and scan much more of a distance. As the range increases, so do the details of the scan. A user can use a scent to track a specific person. Once found though scanning, the user can "zoom in" and even "lock-on" to the person or scent. People underground or using Doton Techniques to cover themselves are invisible to the scan. Being interrupted or startled while expanding the Chakra Radar can over-whelm all senses and stun the user for up to 3 posts.

D-Rank: The user is able to scan a small area, roughly the size of a yard. People and animals in the scan that are outside of this radius appear as intangible blobs, and it is almost impossible to distinguish between the two.

C-Rank: The user is able to scan a larger area the size of a city block. People and animals in the scan that are father away are becoming clearer and can be seen.

B-Rank: The user is able to scan an area the radius of about 5 city blocks. Chakra appears as colors in the scan. Male, Female and animals each have their own color and can be distinguished by such.

A-Rank: The user can scan an area the size of a village. The radar is so accurate at this state that the user can see clear details such as clothing, scars, tattoos and facial features.

S-Rank: The user is able to scan an area the size of a country. The radar allows the user to see places and other people in crystal clear detail, just as any average person would.
