Description: This seal set is very simple, and has only one purpose. The user tags a target with a Kyuushu seal, which acts as a homing beacon for anything that has been tagged by the Ikakeru seal. The seals may be attached to a weapon, person, or surface; which for 1 post will allow for the homing effect. The homing is only moderately strong, and still rather easy to work around. The homing is only effective within a range of 5 meters or less. A jutsu or projectile will slowly adjust to hit the Kyuushu seal; but it cannot cause highly specialized adjustments. For example, a projectile will not move over obstacles or around walls, nor would jutsu. They would be drawn to impact the wall, blocked before they could make contact.

Description: A technique used similar to the Body Flicker Technique. When using this technique, the body appears like it's being swirled away by flower petals, disappearing from view slowly.  This jutsu cannot be used in combat; only as a way to escape from a thread, or a fight (by moving far away enough that the attacker would not follow).

Description: This is a simple, if specialized seal. There is no base, and the seal is created with a single hand. The user creates a fist, with two fingers extended outward, and charges the fingertips with chakra. They then write the symbol of the element they wish to harness, which creates the seal of the jutsu. They then either smack, punch, or slice the seal with a blade to release the chakra. The effects are as follows:

Non-Elemental: The seal breaks, releasing a burst of very bright light and a sharp, high pitched note for several seconds that causes a 1 post stun and blinding effect to anyone that both sees and hears the seal break. If only the tone is heard, the affected is deafened for 1 post.

Wind: The seal explodes with a directed burst of air, that has enough power to knockback an enemy from point blank range up to 10 feet.

Water: Fires a low power bullet of water, equal to a gallon of water flying at roughly 20 mph. Useful for countering weak Katon or creating openings.

Fire: Creates a small ball of flame that flies forward from the seal at a rate of 20 mph. The flames are hot enough to cause a first degree flash burn, but little else. Can be used as an ignition source for other jutsu.

Earth: Fires several dozen small rocks with the power of a thrown senbon. The rocks cause little more then a small amount of pain and light bruising. Best as a distraction. If the seal is placed upon the ground, it causes the earth to buckle and rise upward 2 inches for a 15 foot diameter around the user. Effective for breaking balance or interrupting sprints.

Lightning: A single bolt of lightning is fired from the seal. Causes a 1 post stun and 1st degree burn for a half inch radius around the point of impact.

Description: The user sets up a sealing trap on the ground which, when stepped on by an enemy, explodes, causing severe damage. A maximum of 3 seal traps can be active at any time; each lasting 3 posts before becoming inactive and fading unless triggered. For each seal placed, the user must wait a minimum of three posts to place more. The seal explodes with the force of an average explosion tag.

Description: This technique creates a barrier around a place by placing four "forbidden" (禁, kin) tags in different locations surrounding the place to be protected, a fifth tag on the location to be protected. The tags are placed on flat surfaces, and are connected with the user's chakra. This technique turns the entire range surrounded by the tags into a barrier space, and inside the space, the material's destruction is "forbidden". Using any kind of physical attack to try and destroy something in the barrier is folly, as it will only lead to injury. To cancel this, it is necessary to search for the four tags and tear them off simultaneously. Meaning there must be at least five people on a team to cancel it.

Even if the tags are removed, there is a final obstacle. The user can add a trap that will create perfect copies of those who have removed the seal, preventing them from returning immediately.

Description: This technique summons a flock of countless crows, dazzling the enemy. The user can freely manipulate the crows by emitting chakra from his fingertips and altering it into high frequency waves. Since the crows continuously clone themselves, the target becomes completely surrounded, obscuring their field of vision. When no longer needed, the crows will simply disappear in a puff of smoke.

Description: This technique is a standard ninja skill which allows a ninja to summon an assortment of items that have been stored using fūinjutsu. Scrolls are the most common choice for item storage. When needed, the owner will activate the seals releasing their item or weapon of choice. Scrolls can also be used as ammunition for other weapons or have other seals inside of them, which expand the number of potential tricks a shinobi can use. Any ninja with a chakra specialty (Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, etc) is able to use the D-rank seal/unseal of this jutsu; in order to use items such as Portable Water Scroll and the like. C-rank seal/unseal and above is locked to Fuuinjutsu users.

Description: This technique allows Hanako to grow a medium-size Rafflesia flower by making a one-handed seal (thumb bent inward with four fingers straightened, split between middle and ring). This flower lets out a vile smelling (and tasting) odor that hinders anyone within a 20m radius, decreasing their speed by 1 rank. Hanako has a natural grown immunity to this flower's effect, to the point where she can barely smell it at all. This flower can be destroyed by 1 A rank or higher ninjutsu, 2 B rank jutsu, or 4 C rank jutsu. If multiple flowers are out at once, their effects stack.

Description: This defensive technique creates a wall of water around the user. Enemy attacks are completely intercepted by a fence of water blown out from the mouth, and is raised from below with tremendous might. The water is blown out in the form of a circle around the user, and it makes for a defense without openings. It is also possible for the user to control the amount of water and duration at will. The wall's strength and resistance change following the quantity of chakra poured down into the water, so a skillful shinobi will be able to build a sturdy one. Furthermore, because the field of vision is maintained even while defending one can easily go on to the next move, which is a great advantage. The wall can also be formed from a pre-existing water source.

Description: Hanako creates a large, five-petal flower from an existing seed (must be one of her items) by molding her chakra to grow the flower.  The flower's stem will wrap around one of her arms with the flower blooming over her shoulder upon creation so as to allow movement and be easy to reach.  The petals are about 8 inches wide and 11 inches long (similar to a sheet of notebook paper). Whenever Hanako grabs a petal, she immediately places an elemental seal upon the petal based on one of the five natural elements and can throw the petal at her target which will fly like a standard projectile at her opponent.  Upon the use of a one handed tiger seal the petal will burst into the elemental attack inscribed upon it.  Once one element has been used, the other petals cannot be transcribed with that element (meaning one element to one petal).

Fire: The petal will explode outwardly up to 3 meters in a ball of fire that will cause 3rd degree burns upon points of contact and set fire to any flammable objects or clothing.

Wind: The petal will explode outwardly up to 3 meters in all directions with fierce cutting winds that can sever unprotected limbs and make 2 inch deep cuts to unprotected torsos.

Lightning: The petal will explode outwardly up to 3 meters in a ball of lightning bolts that will cause 2nd degree burns and 2 inch deep cuts to points of contact.

Water: The petal will explode outwardly up to 3 meters in all directions in hundreds of 'droplets' with force enough to sever unprotected limbs and make 2 inch deep cuts to unprotected torsos.

Earth: The petal will explode outwardly up to 3 meters in all directions in hundreds of small 'chunks' of earth that can sever unprotected limbs and make 2 inch deep cuts to unprotected torsos.

Description: Similar to the Clone Technique, this technique creates clones of the user. However, these clones are actual copies, not illusions. The clones are capable of performing techniques on their own and can even bleed, but will usually disperse after one or two solid blows. They can also disperse on their own. The clones will be created in roughly the same condition as the original. Shadow clones can't be distinguished from the actual person even by the Byakugan because the clones have the exact same amount of chakra and aren't made from any other substance.

A characteristic that is unique to the Shadow Clone Technique is that any experience the clones gain during their existence is transferred to the user once they are dispersed. This makes the technique ideal for spying, since the user can simply send a clone to spy on a target, then have the clone disperse itself without returning to pass the information back to the user.

(When making a Shadow Clone the user must spend 20 of their chakra per clone, however they may if they so choose give their clone more chakra. Example: If you want your clone to have 50 chakra then you must spend 20 chakra to make the clone and an additional 30 on top of that for the extra 30 chakra. Each clone otherwise will have 20 chakra unless given more - when the chakra is used up the clone will disappear.)

Description: A technique that physically restrains an opponent, as if the opponent had been tied in invisible steel ropes. It debilitates the victim for a period of time, which allows the user to either strike again, or take the target into custody. The technique can also be cast on many target at once, dependent on the user's overall rank. B-Rank users may detain up to 5 people; A-Rank 10 people; S-Rank 15 or more. At S-rank you may pay an addition chakra cost of 10 chakra per 5 people beyond the normal limit of 15.

Description: This technique is similar to the Shadow Shuriken Clone jutsu.  Hanako throws out one explosive tag, controlling its flight to hover directly above her target(s) at 5 meters high.  While sending the tag to its destination, Hanako performs the hand signs: Boar, Monkey, Hare, Ram, Serpent, Monkey, Ram, Dog, Hare, and Ram.  Ten hand signs that (if executed by a skilled and experience ninja) can be executed in two seconds.  Each handsign represents 10 copies of the tag.  This technique can be halted sooner if need be, only upon the Ram hand signs (meaning when 40, 70, or all 100 tags have been created).  The tags are equally spaced out, keeping 1 foot of distance between them.

Compared to normal shadow clones, clones of material objects are said to be on a far higher level. There is no need for preparations beforehand, like stocking up on shuriken, yet since the shadow clones are real and not illusions, all the shadow blades that fly around are equally lethal. Because the clones form in just an instant, completely evading them is next to impossible.

Description: This is a ninja escape technique that allows the user to control how light is reflected around their body with chakra inflections. The technique also erases the user's scent and shadow, and is usable on any terrain, making it ideal not only for covert manoeuvres but also offensive strikes. Perceiving the user's position is possible only for ninja who are astute enough to observe minute variations within their surrounding environment, such as distortions of air currents in the immediate vicinity or distinguishing sounds, i.e. footsteps etc. The usefulness of this ability can be entirely negated by those with special vision or sensory skills, except for particularly adept users, who can completely erase even their chakra signature with it.

Description: Using this technique, Hanako covers herself in a compacted layer of flower petals that morph into her appearance.  This technique can block 3 attacks of equal rank, 5 of one rank lower, and 10 of two ranks below.  Attacks more than two ranks below will have no effect upon this defense.  Upon inflicting damage and weakening this technique, Hanako will appear to be peeling and cracking from the blows as if her skin and body are about to break up into tiny pieces.  Whenever a piece is completely broken off from the rest of the 'skin', it turns back into a petal.  If completely broken, her entire skin will seem to explode into a cloud of petals.

Description: The specialty of the Yota clan, this ability allows them to freely control and affect the ambient weather in such a way as to positively aide themselves in battle. Any sort of weather can be created, however the intensity of the weather created is highly determined by the rank of Manipulation used at that moment. D-rank manipulation will get you a gentle rainstorm, where as S-rank would be a raging hurricane.
