Name: Vectors: Creation Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D-A Type: Supplementary Element: N/A Range: D: 5, C: 15, B: 30, A: 50 meters (Dependent on frequency output) Specialty: Ninjutsu || Medical Ninjutsu Duration: -x per post, where x represents the rank level being used Cooldown: Duration. + 5 posts Description: Forming the hand signs Horse, Bird, Dragon, and Serpent, Shin produces 2 chakra arms that move up to the designated range depending upon the chakra output formed when activating this jutsu. This jutsu only creates the arms and sets their length. The vectors's abilities vary at various frequencies, this being it's lowest, and weakest stage (pure creation, nothing else). At this stage, they aren't able to defend or attack, and at such low chakra frequency (power-wise) they are invisible to all but those with doujutsu that can visualize chakra. The arms after creation aren't able to grab onto anything, needing more chakra to add what they can influence. Note that upon creation, these 'arms' are only at the lowest frequency and no matter the range, again upon sole creation, these arms can neither defend nor attack. Note for all Vector's jutsu:
- Low frequency = Invisible to all except chakra-seeing doujutsu/techs. Can go through objects without causing physical interference.
- Medium frequency = Still invisible to all except chakra-seeing doujutsu/techs. Can lift objects and throw them, as well as disrupt blood vessels.
- High frequency = Now visible, the arms look like a subtle gray matter that is slightly translucent. Can slash through wood, flesh, bone and rock.
- Extremely high frequency = Highly visible and gain elemental properties (which add to the reason it is highly visible.
- Delicate Touch:
Name: Vectors: Delicate Touch Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D Type: Offensive || Supplementary Element: N/A Range: Dependent on Vectors: Creation Specialty: Ninjutsu || Medical Ninjutsu Duration: 2 posts Cooldown: 4 posts Description: Adding on to Vectors: Creation, this modifies the vectors now existing. This jutsu allows Shin to add extra intensity on a specific area of his vectors, usually being the tips of the vector's 'fingers' but can be a piece of the arm (only up to 3 inches upon vectors can be influenced). Things that can be done with this jutsu: use the vectors to push/pull/grab on to things by the hands, or bludgeoning attacks with the intensified area of the arms (can batter, bruise, and cause minor 1 inch cuts to unprotected flesh). At this stage, the vector's would be at medium frequency, but still rather weak. Note for all Vector's jutsu:

Name: Body Flicker Technique (瞬身の術 ~ Shunshin no Jutsu) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Type: Supplementary Element: None Range: All Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 3 posts Description: Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. The ninja will appear and disappear in an instant, allowing them to retreat or attack suddenly. To facilitate the movement, the ninja will often use nearby elements such as mist, sand or leaves to mask their appearance or disappearance. This jutsu cannot be used in combat; only as a way to escape from a fight or thread.
- Hovering Hands:
Name: Hovering Hands (ホバリング手 ~ Hobaringu-te) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: D-Rank Type: Supplementary Element: N/A Range: Contact Specialty: Medical Ninjutsu Duration: Up to 4 posts (-5 chakra per post) Cooldown: 4 posts Description: The user envelopes their hands in medicinal chakra, and holds it an inch or two over a wound. It will regenerate one sq. inch of skin per post, and heal cuts up to 3/4 inches deep, minor bruises, and first degree burns within this area. Muscle tissue and second degree burns will take 2 posts to heal instead of one, and this technique can only be used for up to 4 posts.

- Light Raiton Onesie!:
Name: Light Raiton Onesie Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Type: Defensive Element: Raiton Range: Self Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 3 posts Cooldown: 5 posts Description: Shin wraps his chakra around him, using the raiton element to add to the techniques defenses (only pertaining against Doton). The chakra coating his body isn't visible to the average human eye, that is to say, only being visible to those with chakra-seeing abilities such as Doujutsu eyes (Sharingan, Byakugan, etc.) until an attack is struck, which makes a spark of electricity as the Raiton energy moves to block the incoming attack. This jutsu is able to deflect all small projectiles (Senbon, Shuriken, etc) and up to 5 equal or lower rank jutsu not of the Fuuton variety. Piercing Fuuton jutsu go right through the Raiton chakra with no resistance at all.
- Silhouette Technique:
Name: Silhouette Technique (影法師の術 ~ Kagebōshi no Jutsu) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Supplementary Element: None Range: 1m or less Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: -5 chakra per post Cooldown: Duration +3 posts Description: The Silhouette Technique is a jutsu that makes the user's body as flat as possible. It allows the user to hide in another's shadow, enabling them to get into restricted areas unnoticed. In addition, it allows the user to perform sneak attacks on unwitting enemies. To use this technique, the user must stand in the shadow in question and form the Boar, then the Hare hand seal. They will then flatten out and conceal themselves inside the shadow, leaving no trace of themselves behind. Ninja cannot use this jutsu if there are no shadows to hide in; if shadows are for some reason radically stretched or eliminated (such as by a bright attack like a fireball), the user would be expelled from the shadow. Attacks that hit the shadow the user is hiding in will still affect them.
- Tail of Scorpio:
Name: Tail of Scorpio Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Type: Defensive/Supplementary Element: N/A Range: Length of tail (3 meters) Specialty: Ninjutsu, Medical Ninjutsu Duration: Maintainable (5 chakra per turn) Cooldown: Duration +2 posts Description: After the performance of the hand seals ram, snake, and bird, Shin grows a large tail similar to that of a scorpion's. The tail itself is shielded in an exoskeleton-like shell which can shield Shin from 3 techniques of its own rank, or 4 techniques of 1 rank lower. This jutsu also acts as a foundation for follow-up jutsu which add more to what the tail can do. When used to keep opponents away, the tail only gives them negligible bruises to the body, being minimal when used to hit.
- Thorn of Scorpio:
Name: Thorn of Scorpio Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Type: Offensive Element: N/A Range: 30 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu, Medical Ninjutsu Duration: 3 posts Cooldown: 5 posts Description: This jutsu requires Tail of Scorpio to be in effect in order to be used. Once activated, a stinger will protrude out from the tip of Shin's scorpion tail. This stinger has the ability to be shot out at a speed of 20 m/s and dealing 1.5 inch cuts. This jutsu is able to shoot 2 stingers per post with a catch, if in one post only 1 stinger is shot, then the stingers won't be refilled to have 2 more shots in the next post (aka, 1 stinger in 1st post means only 1 stinger can be shot in 2nd post, with 3rd post replenishing to have 2 shots available). This can also be ended sooner if Tail of Scorpio is exhausted before the 3 posts of this jutsu.
- Precision:
Name: Precision Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Type: Offensive Element: N/A Range: 12 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 4 posts Description: User focuses their chakra to fire off projectiles at deadly precision in a small to medium range of distance. Deadly precision because of the chakra coating these projectiles that allows the user to adjust its flight path and flight speed. The real kick of this jutsu is that when activated, the projectiles don’t have to be held by the user’s hands only, but can also be used by focusing chakra up to 6 inches away from any part of their body to be thrown by chakra alone. Jutsu provides a set speed for the thrown projectiles of 15 m/s.

- Dead Soul Technique:
Name: Dead Soul Technique [死魂の術 - Shikon no Jutsu] Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: B Type: Supplementary Element: N/A Range: 1 meter to start. 40 meters for reanimated clone Specialty: Medical Ninjutsu Duration: 1 post prep. Maintainable (-15 chakra per post) 6 posts max Cooldown: Duration +4 Description: Using this technique, a user can temporarily reanimate a corpse, creating the illusion of a living person, and manoeuvre it at will with chakra. This is achieved by causing the heart to beat once more. The reanimated corpse can serve as either a short-time ally or an effective decoy. The said corpse can also use techniques they once possessed. The traces of surgery can also be erased with chakra, because of which there's no difference, at first glance, with a live person. The user can add plastic surgery to this, altering the corpse's face, and go even further by erasing its bodily odour, so that the smell doesn't give him away, thus creating an effective body double for himself.
- Medic's Touch:
Name: Vectors: Medic's Touch Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: B Type: Supplementary Element: N/A Range: Dependent on Vectors: Creation Specialty: Ninjutsu || Medical Ninjutsu Duration: 2 posts Cooldown: 5 posts Description: Using the vectors, Shin sends medical chakra to the 'hands' or ends of the vectors. This jutsu can heal shallow, 1 inch cuts and heavy bruises in one post, as well as deeper cuts of 2 inches and small fractures in 2 posts. Requires no movement of the vectors which must be used upon the wound(s) being healed throughout the duration to heal properly. This jutsu is best used to heal teammates as well as the user, himself. At this stage, the vectors are at Medium Frequency in order to heal and move intricately for basic surgery maneuvers. Note for all Vector's jutsu:
- Low frequency = Invisible to all except chakra-seeing doujutsu/techs. Can go through objects without causing physical interference.
- Medium frequency = Still invisible to all except chakra-seeing doujutsu/techs. Can lift objects and throw them, as well as disrupt blood vessels.

- Shocking Eyes:
Name: Shocking Eyes Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: B Type: Offensive Element: Raiton Range: 10 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: Instant Cooldown: 3 posts Description: The user charges Raiton chakra to their eyes, emitting lightning bolts from their gaze. Its destructive power is great enough to pierce several inches of rock. The user can increase the number of shots of lightning to attack multiple enemies, with each additional bolt fired costing 10 chakra to create; with a maximum of 3 additional lightning bolts to be shot from their eyes before the jutsu is forced into cooldown. The lightning bolts move with speed equal to that of a Special Jounin, making them extremely hard to dodge at close ranges.
- Passenger-Body Perception:
Name: Passenger-Body Perception Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: B Type: Supplementary Element: N/A Range: 20 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu || Medical Ninjutsu Duration: Maintainable (-15 chakra per post) Cooldown: Duration + 3 posts Description: The user makes a tiger hand sign followed by a special hand sign where the index and middle finger stick together as well as the ring and pinky fingers stick to themselves. The thumbs then touch at the tips, as well as the two groups of fingers together with space in between the palms. The user must aim this opening in the palms (aiming in between the gap of the thumbs and forefingers) at a target. The target for this jutsu must ONLY be a Player Character, or a staff-played NPC, but no others can be targets. Cannot be used on one person more than once within same thread.
Once aimed, the user then projects their spiritual self forward at the target and are inside the target's body. They do not take over the target's body at all, instead are basically 'riding shotgun' while the target is still free to move as usual. This jutsu's only purpose and ability is to allowing the user to perceive through the target's senses (i.e. what the target sees, smells, touches, hears, and tastes) as this jutsu is mainly for surveillance situations. The user cannot affect the target nor read the target's mind/thoughts during this technique, only understanding what the character perceives through the five senses. The user cannot communicate at all through the target or to the target's consciousness which because of these no overriding or interfering factors, allow the user to go unnoticed due to the fact that the user isn't impeding the target in any way.
CAUTION: While acting as a passenger inside another's body, the user's body is completely vulnerable. The user's body slumps down as it is an empty body. Being outside of the body for too long can also be deadly for the user. Leaving the body soulless for more than 8 posts can kill if the user doesn't return in the next two posts. 10 posts out from the body is certain death.

- Heavy Raiton Onesie!:
Name: Heavy Raiton Onesie Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: A Type: Defensive Element: Raiton Range: Self Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 3 posts Cooldown: 5 posts Description: Shin wraps his chakra around him, using the raiton element to add to the techniques defenses (only pertaining against Doton). The chakra coating his body is so dense that it can be seen as a bright electric blue glow that flickers and sparks around him. When an attack is struck, the chakra around him makes a spark of electricity as the Raiton energy moves to block the incoming attack. This jutsu is able to deflect all small projectiles (Senbon, Shuriken, etc). Attacks from weapons/items of C rank and below are completely stopped and can block up to 5 A or B rank attacks not of the Fuuton variety. Piercing Fuuton jutsu go right through the Raiton chakra with no resistance at all.
- Limelight:
Name: Limelight (雷夢雷人 - Raimu Raito) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: A Type: Offensive Element: Raiton Range: 45 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 Post Cooldown: 5 Post if used with partners || 10 Posts when used alone Description: Limelight is a lightning-based technique that is used when all four users take place in the cardinal directions. They will then join their lightning-chakra in the form of four connecting streams that shoot high into the sky above the target area. It will then create a massive ball of lightning powerful enough to incinerate everything within the area of the four users. If the user is willing and able to pay the additional chakra cost ( 80 chakra versus 20, must be stated during set up), the jutsu can be used alone by setting some sort of conductive metal (sword, kunai, metal rod, etc) at three of the cardinal direction points.
- Punishment of Atlas:
Name: Wind Release: Punishment of Atlas (Fuuton: Keibatsu no Atorasu - 風遁: アトラスの罰) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: A Type: Offensive Element: Fuuton Range: 20 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: -30 chakra per post Cooldown: Duration + 6 Description: After weaving the needed hand signals, the user manipulates the air currents above them to amass and create an area of extremely high pressure. The user then drops the mass of air on their target at a high velocity. The air pressure reduces the target into the ground as if the gravity was increased. The extreme weight of the air makes it hard for the target to move a finger, let alone get up. The user, however, is unharmed by this and now has the advantage to subdue the opponent or kill them.
- Body Revival Technique:
Name: Body Revival Technique [Nikutai Kassei no Jutsu - 肉体活性の術 Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Type: Supplementary Element: N/A Range: Self Specialty: Medical Ninjutsu Duration: 5 posts Cooldown: Duration + 6 Description:The principles of this technique is to take advantage of the muscles' ability to grow stronger after repairing itself from damage. Understanding this theory, the Body Revival Technique can increase the strength of the user by manipulating the "Destruction and Rebirth" cycle of the muscles.
This technique allows the user to survive any otherwise normally fatal damage and instantly heal from the damage. A unique trait of this technique is that it can momentarily give the user the appearance of death, fooling even the most talented medical-nins.
Due to the high concentration of medical chakra needed for this technique, it comes with a drawback that for the following 2 posts after the jutsu is finished (no matter if run to the end of it's duration or if dissipated early) the user is one rank weaker to all attacks. This is also due to the body being put up to extreme levels of self-healing and must reset itself, so for attacks following this jutsu, the body is more susceptible to injury.
- Reciprocating Pain:
Name: Reciprocating Pain Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: A Type: Offensive/Defensive Element: N/A Range: Contact Specialty: Medical Ninjutsu Duration: 1 post prep. 1 post to transfer. 2 post duration. Cooldown: 5 posts Description: First, the user must prepare this jutsu before using it, focusing medical chakra onto his body. This will reflect outwardly as a thin blue coating around him only to those that can see chakra with their eyes. This process costs 5 chakra.
Next, the user must transfer his chakra coat by making physical contact with the target which will then transfer a piece of the user's chakra through the line of contact. Once the initial contact has been made, the chakra is transferred and no further contact is necessary. This process consumes another 5 chakra.
Upon activation, the recipient of this jutsu will then appear to be coated in blue medical chakra and will feel energized by it (this time the victim does not need chakra-seeing abilities to see the blue chakra coat). However, upon the medical chakra's transference to the victim, the victim of this jutsu can not harm the user without suffering identical damage in return for the next 2 posts! Any harm the victim inflicts on the user is also visited upon him. This does not mean the user doesn't get hurt by any attacks, as s/he does and will. The jutsu dissipates after either the attack has been reciprocated or the duration times out (can only reciprocate 1 attack). This jutsu can also only reciprocate damage of attack if the attack is of equal rank (e.g. at A rank, this jutsu can only reciprocate A rank attacks or lower). This third and final piece of the jutsu consumes the rest of the necessary chakra consumption rate according to its rank.

- Face Copying Technique:
Name: Face Copying Technique (Kao Utsushi no Jutsu - 顔映しの術) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D-S Type: Supplementary Element: / Range: Self Specialty: Ninjutsu || Kedōin Clan Duration: -x per post, where X is three times the normal chakra cost for the rank Cooldown: Duration + 5 Description: The user looks at a person to copy their appearance. It is a flawless Transformation Technique, the copied person's family would not tell the difference and ninken would not smell a different scent. Though the user copies the person's face and body, they can't use their techniques or unique abilities and they are also very weak to attack. In order to copy an appearance, the user needs to wear a special mask and stay close to the target for a long time. When the technique starts, the user's eyes start to glow. The transformation lasts for only a few days. This technique is unique to the Kedōin clan.
