Appearance! Height: 5'10” Weight: 178 lbs Hair Color: Reddish pink, long, but tied in the back to prevent any from getting in the way. It goes down to a little above her waist in this style. Eye Color:General Description: Kyoko is a girl, obviously, with medium height and a stronger build, considering her use of Taijutsu, but she's not a huge mass of walking muscle. She usually wears simple things, such as sweatpants, sweatshirts, loose jeans, tank tops, and other non-restricting clothing. She wouldn't want to be caught dead wearing a skirt or any other girly outfit, thus she sticks to more male clothing when she can. She also has an either black or white bow keeping her hair up, and sometimes she dresses up her clone with an opposite colored bow to be either ironic, or because she thinks that it's cool. Nobody's sure. Special Characteristics:About You! Personality: Kyoko, or, Arashi, as she likes to call herself when disguising her name, isn't a bad person at heart. She can be very kind, or, very helpful to others, but usually masks how she feels behind a wall of stoic emotion, because of her ideal that, as a Ronin, she shouldn't have any friends, or associate with other people. Anyone who sticks around long enough to break through her stoic wall of hatred can tell you that she is, indeed, a good, and sweet person. She can also be cruel, either when she's killling another shinobi or samurai, or fighting an enemy, she doesn't hold back, aiming to cripple them for as long as possible, and as quickly as possible. She's a bit insane, but in varying levels. She can sometimes be insane as in obsessing over a hot bun or another delicious treat, or, she can be insane as in torturing a crippled victim, and maiming them. It usually varies as of what happened beforehand, since she has a short temper, it's usually best to stay on her good side, lest she loses her hold on her rage and breaks your limbs. She's also very quiet when around new or different people, but not because she's shy, just because she's paranoid that there are spies watching her every move, trying to find out the easiest way to kill her before she kills them. Likes: Kyoko likes apples and pocky, plain and simple. This girl would almost kill for a taste of the delicious treat, and someone causing the food to get dirty or destroyed can quickly anger her, and have a taste for blood coated pocky. She also likes having friends, although she tries not to make any because of her 'alone is better' ideals. She does, however, let herself cheat sometimes, and socialize with others, and tell herself that they aren't her friend, just an acquaintance. Kyoko also likes to train, as exhausting as it may be, and she enjoys training her strength and speed, not usually jutsu. To her, using ninjutsu is only when her taijutsu isn't enough, which causes her to train even harder. Dislikes: Kyoko hates going by the name Ame, since that was what her parents named her, and to her, her parents were basically nonexistent to her, ever since she ran away. Since she goes by the name Kyoko, she also hates it when people mispronounce or misspell the name she gave herself, since it's hers, and they should respect it, lest they taste her wrath. She also dislikes Ronin who settle down in villages. She tells herself that they're stupid and go about the roaming ninja ways wrong, but in all honesty, she's jealous of them, and of how happy they seem with friends and a warm place to stay. Motivations: Kyoko is motivated by gaining respect, and by the promise of advancing in what she likes to do, such as things involving taijutsu or ninjutsu, or when she finds out a special trick that she can use with her Eizo clone. She's also motivated by anything that can help her receive any of her favorite foods, helping her get through long but well paying missions, and also lets her look forward to walking through her village every day, since she can pop in the store whenever she likes. She's also motivated by a chance to pull of either an amazing prank or to get noticed (in a bad way, of course) by officials of the village she's in. Fears: Although she likes to tell herself nothing scares her, Kyoko is afraid of things, to a large extent. Also, even though she would only blame someone else for this, she's afraid of dying because she wasn't strong enough, or letting a close friend die because of the very same reason. The fear isn't a weakness in itself, but can be used against her, such as taking a friend as hostage, or threatening her life. She's also afraid of staying in one village for too long of a time, since she's Ronin, she feels like everyone is out to attack her. History: - Early Life:
Kyoko didn't have an easy life, being hyperactive, curious, and overall loud. As a child, with her living place having all of her known family cramped into a house, she didn't fit in at all. While everybody was meditating, she wanted to go out and play, and while everybody was using their Eizo clones to do manual labor, she used hers as her only friend, playing games with it and doing things, which left her lonely, feeling as if she was her only friend. As she got older, she realized that she could cause mischief, and that's what she did. Using her clone as a helper, she spray painted the words 'Stormy Kyoko' on a huge, expensive rain machine thingy. She didn't know what it was, but hey, it was big and expensive, so why not vandalize it? Afterwards, she absorbed her clone, and as she ran away, she was caught by none other than her grandmother. Luckily, her grandmother wasn't as strict as her parents would have been, and made her wash it off, alone, but this was the first time that Kyoko started disliking her family, though that it was something as little as scolding her.
Moving on in life, she began doing bigger acts of mischief, and eventually was brought home by the ANBU when she tried to run out of the village wearing a huge duck costume. Upon returning home, her parents were interrupter in the middle of an intense meditation session, where they almost mastered a state of complete zen. Getting extremely angry at her, her entire family had something that was a cross between a roast and an intervention, telling her all the things she did wrong, while insulting her at the same time, regardless of how she felt. Although she knew she deserved it, this caused her to borderline hate her family, gritting her teeth and growling every time a parent came near. Although it seemed extreme, Kyoko was extreme, and kept grudges for long amounts of time. Thus, when she was older, around the age of 15, she decided that she didn't need her family anymore. Applying to become a wandering ninja with her Kage, through legal means and illegal means respectively, she simply packed some things and left. She didn't give a warning, she didn't say goodbye, she just packed all of her things into a backpack and left, the only thing left behind being a picture of her family, a few jutsu scrolls, and her sword that her parents insisted she trained with.
Swords suck, man.
- Genin:
As a genin, Kyoko wasn't much different than she was as a child, still very immature, and trying to prank and/or fight everyone that she crossed paths with, not really caring for appearance or how she came off, and she always went wandering from village to village, challenging random people, and occasionally getting kicked out by the villages Kage. She was almost killed once or twice, by miscalculating an enemy, or by simply challenging someone of importance that only seemed to be weak, having large amounts of other people assist them, and running her out. As she was a bit further in her genin days, she began to realize that she couldn't continue acting like a bratty child for her entire life. When she realized this, it was in the middle of one of her rare, unfrequented training of meditation, and her eizo clone was relaying all of her memories back to her, and, looking back, she realized that in every situation, she would either let her temper drive her to do idiotic things, or she would think she was invincible, and that wasn't a great idea if she wanted to live very long, or even survive past age 17. Starting on a new path in life, she began to settle down in villages for longer periods of time, beginning to rank herself up as a shinobi.
- Chunin:
As a Chunin, Kyoko began to get a harness on her emotions a bit more, though she was still as immature as usual when she was challenged, or someone annoyed her, or made any rude sexual jests on her. Becoming stronger, she didn't really realize that she could quite easily beat someone to death if she wasn't careful, so she began to be a bit more careful when fighting, stopping her reliance on pure strength, and trying to rely more on her movement speed, her speed that she could react to situations, among other things that could get her to stay focused. Meditating a bit more frequently at this point, Kyoko tried to grasp different elements, though to no avail at first. She had tried harnessing different chakra in her body, but nothing really happened, except for massive headaches, and wasted days. Later on, as she tried to advance toward special jounin, she realized that she relied on her Eizo for company much less, since she had finally made friends. RP Sample:Sighing, Kyoko looked at the sky as she walked towards the makeshift dirt arena where she was supposed to meet her training partner for the day. She'd heard about him before, but never met him in person. 'I guess there's a first time for everything...' she thought to herself. 'I wonder if he's as strong as they say...?' She rolled her shoulder, and with a dull crack, sighed with relief. Man, that felt good. Thinking, she thought of a giant man with huge, creepy muscles, that attacked on their own. Now, that would be a disgusting Kekkei Genkai. Muscle hitting. As soon as she walked up to the dirt arena, she saw the man looking across at her, and she smirked. Boom chicka pow. She was ready. Putting on her light armor, so as to not constrict her movement, Kyoko Soseiji cracked her knuckles, looking at the opponent that faced her. Smirking slightly, she bit the end off the pocky that was currently in her mouth, letting it drop into the dirt. The man straight across from her was cocky, and she could tell he though he was going to pound her into the ground, just because she was a woman. Well, not this time. He started charging at her, but not quickly. He seemed as if he did nothing other than lift weights, he was so bulky. As soon as he came close, she quickly split into her Eizo clone, halving her chakra, but making another Kyoko. The man was confused, but, quickly, the two red haired women ran at him, and with a quick punch to the left and right shoulder respectively, they could hear the synchronized pop of shoulders dislocating. As the man flailed on the ground from the pain, the two red haired girls stood over him, the real Kyoko putting another pocky in her mouth. "Don't call me weak again, please. Especially when your 'strength' training doesn't seem to be working too well." The man just growled at her, and got up, and she twisted his arm, popping it back into his socket for him, and he tried not to make a noise, but a quiet groan escaped. Suddenly, he twisted, and punched her Eizo in the face, knocking her down. Rolling her eyes, she quickly ignited her palm with lightning, and jabbed him in the back as hard as she could, sending him forward. Picking up her clone, she absorbs it, smirking. He just growls and gets up, once again. "Stop trying." She said, and stop trying he did. Handing him an apple, she smirks, and he bites into it, staring at her. "Maybe w' c'n ba'le la'er, laddy." He said, and she nodded happily. Fighting was much better than meditating, so she gladly accepted. Faceclaim: From photobucket, here!
