Description: The kunai itself is actually rather large, the bladed part of it being 6" long, while the bridge-mid point is about 4" wide. The handle is smooth, but grated, so as to maintain a proper grip, and dismount, when throwing. The end of the handle has a moderately small hole, allowing the slender fingers of a woman to slip in and out of. The middle of the kunai bares a large blue gem, ornate in color and clarity, two others of smaller, varied sizes mark the middle of the blade toward the top.
Enhancements: The orbs previously mentioned store chakra, the biggest, middle orb, can hold up to 20 Chakra, the middle, smaller orb, can hold up to 5 Chakra, and the slightly larger orb above the smaller orb, can hold up to 10 Chakra. A combined total of 35 Chakra. The kunai must be charged at least one time before entering a topic, and holds its charge until used. This provides the user with a weapon for tactical and technical advantage. This kunai can also manifest the chakra it has been given, and turn into water freely at any time. Activating this portion of its abilities requires an S-Rank chakra release. The kunai can reform later on afterward. The kunai can then activate any jutsu in the users arsenal related to the Water Release element. After a technique has been used by the weapon however, any excess chakra is wasted, and it must be recharged by the wielder. The kunai also moves at an increased speed if thrown underwater, comparable to that of A-Rank shinobi.

.... Yeah no. I'm really iffy on this. We don't normally allow chakra storing devices; and I'm not gunna approve it unless Kuai is onboard as well; because that would constitute a system change.

This is why we don't normally allow chakra storing items. Replenishing normal chakra is not normally allowed in threads; the only exception being to Senjutsu chakra because you have to meditate to get that and it's self-nerfing.

You need to pick 3 of the listed abilities and ditch the rest, or else this is going to be boosted a rank.

Okay, if this had been an open-end fuinjutsu seal that you were able to close and re-produce a single jutsu that you knew -- that would be fine. That would also require fuinjutsu, which you do not have.

As for storing chakra into a crystal for later useage, we cannot allow -- at least, not this early in the site. That would require a brand new system to utilize, as well as clear restrictions on what can and cannot hold chakra. Otherwise, people would be apping clothes/headbands/ect that held chakra. Its something that the site just isnt ready for.
