Minimum Rank: Special Jounin (B)
Description: The user combines their vast amount of knowledge of both water and earth to make vast amounts of water. The Water is not just any ordinary water, but it is infused with salt. Thus, making it salt water which is completely unaffected by all forms of freezing. This release is all about making large amounts of salt water, then manipulating it with separate jutsu that can be either water release or ocean release. They can use water release jutsu to manipulate the salt water, but can do larger scale attacks with ocean release jutsu. The hydrification technique can be used with ocean release the same as it is used with water release.
Unlock Requirements: Suiton to S-Rank, Doton to A rank. 3000 words additional training to unlock to D-Rank.
Special Training Requirements: Ocean Release jutsu begin at A-Rank. Each rank of Ocean Release requires an additional 1000 words to train.

| This is actually not bad. MY only issue is that a Kekkei Tota requires three elements; so you need to either double up the Suiton requirement or add Yin release to boost the base power. Otherwise, this is quite well done. | |

| Oh, that wasn't what I meant. This has to be a Tota for the sheer power of it; it's on par with Thunderstorm, Blizzard, Nova, etc. xD Just double up the Suiton requirement, or add Yin, that's what I was saying. | |
