| Academy Jutsu - Transformation:
Name: Transformation Technique (変化の術 ~ Henge no Jutsu) Canon/Custom: Canon. Rank: E. Type: Supplementary. Element: None. Range: Self. Specialty: Ninjutsu. Duration: -5 every other post. Cooldown: Duration +1 post. Description: Given all the missions ninja are assigned to--battle, intelligence gathering, diversions--this is a priceless ninjutsu. It is typically used to change into people other than oneself, but one also has the ability to change into animals, plants, and even inanimate objects like weapons; however, the object can be no smaller than 1 foot long in at least one dimension. Despite this, this technique has an abundance of uses. The transformation of a master of this technique (which is generally an Academy graduation requirement) makes the user physically and visually the same as the transformed person or object in question, giving the user the exact mass and physical qualities of whatever they transformed into. This is one of the most basic ninjutsu, as such most shinobi know how to perform it. This technique does not give a ninja the abilities or jutsu of a person they transform into, nor can give the user the damaging ability of a weapon (however, this can be used as a bluff). Sensory techniques can easily pick out someone transformed using this jutsu: the user's chakra would be active, as well as the fact that their biological functions and scent are not masked by this jutsu. Costs 5 chakra on activation, and an additional 5 chakra every other post after that.
- Clone:
Name: Doppelganger Technique (影分身の術 ~ Bunshin no Jutsu) Canon/Custom: Canon. Rank: E. Type: Supplementary. Element: None. Range: Clones can go up to 15 meters away from the user before dispersing. Specialty: Ninjutsu. Duration: Clones last until dissipated or cancelled. Cooldown: Five posts after all clones are dispersed. Description: Using this technique, the user can create up to five intangible clones that appear physically identical to the user; these are created within 3 meters of the caster. The clones do not disturb the area around them, don't have shadows or body heat, and as such, in applicable situations, ninja can pick them out with varying difficulty. The clone has no physical form, and as such cannot attack. When any foreign presence passes through the clone, be it physical (a fist, a rock, a sword) or an opponent's jutsu, the clone will dissipate. It's mainly used to help mask the user, helping them attack an opponent who is superior at dodging. It costs 5 chakra to create clones.
- Substitution:
Name: Substitution Technique (変わり身の術 ~ Kawarimi no Jutsu) Canon/Custom: Canon. Rank: E. Type: Supplementary. Element: None. Range: One prepared item in the user's clear line of sight. Speciality: Ninjutsu. Duration: 1 post preparation. Infinite postponement, Instant activation. Cooldown: 6 posts after activation. Description: The Substitution Technique is an age-old skill which enables the user to evade the effects of an attack by switching with an item in the area. (The item---or substantial clone---used for a Substitute must be as large as the user's torso, and must be prepared at least 1 post in advance by infusing it with 5 chakra.) Activating this jutsu for another 5 chakra, the ninja moves at untraceable speed for just a moment, and the item does so as well to take the user's place; the ninja leaves behind a flickering after-image for a second, which, if damaged, releases the chakra which holds it in place in a small smoke cloud, revealing the nature of the technique and the item they have switched with. Higher-rank ninjas' afterimages are able to show some of the signs of natural impact as if it were an actual human, if only for a very short period, before 'poofing'. The user coming out of the technique creates a similar audio and visual cue with a small cloud of translucent smoke and a 'poofing' sound on appearance in the location of the item they Substituted with. This technique causes the user to move at speeds untraceable to human perception, and therefore even the user cannot coordinate attacks during the Kawarimi, or activate any other jutsu. They, however, can maneuver near someone and then attack them after the fast-movement is finished.
- Kai:
Name: Genjutsu Dissipation (幻術解 ~ Genjutsu Kai) Canon/Custom: Canon. Rank: E. Type: Defensive/Supplementary. Element: None. Range: Self. Specialty: Genjutsu. Duration: Instantaneous. Cooldown: 4 posts. Description:A technique taught at the Ninja Academy requiring chakra control. By using Kai, a ninja disrupts their own flow of chakra, then starts it again. This allows a ninja to escape from illusions, provided he or she has figured out that a Genjutsu is active. Ninja can use this ability on their comrades to save them from genjutsu, and possibly other techniques that invade their chakra system. It is possible for this technique to fail, if the user misjudges the power of the genjutsu and does not put in enough chakra to stop their chakra flow. This is an E-ranked technique, but has variable chakra costs.
- Genin: 20 chakra for a D-ranked Genjutsu, 40 for C. Genin cannot dispel B-ranked Genjutsu.
- Chuunin: 30 chakra for a C-ranked Genjutsu, 50 for B. Chuunin cannot dispel A-ranked Genjutsu.
- Special Jounin: 40 chakra for a B-ranked Genjutsu, 60 for A. Toku-Jou cannot dispel S-ranked Genjutsu.
- Jounin: 50 chakra for an A-ranked Genjutsu, 70 for S. Jounin cannot dispel SS-ranked Genjutsu.
- Sannin/Kage: 60 chakra for an S-ranked Genjutsu, 90 for SS. Only Genjutsu that specifically say that they cannot be Dissipated (such as Tsukuyomi) are the exception.
~Kai can dispel multiple genjutsu at once, but only on the user or another person, not both. The highest-rank genjutsu costs the normal amount to Dissipate, then the second costs the normal amount -5, the third -10, and so on. So, if a genin was caught under a C-rank and two D-rank genjutsu, it would cost 40 chakra to dispel the C-rank jutsu, 15 to dispel the first D-rank, and 10 to dispel the second D-rank.
- Supernatural Walking Practice:
Name: Supernatural Walking Practice (Shūgyō'shikachō ~ 修業歩然超) Canon/Custom: Canon. Rank: E. Type: Supplementary. Element: None. Range: Self. Specialty: Taijutsu (Chakra Flow). Duration: -5 chakra every 3 posts (every 2 posts if using on water). Cooldown: None. Description: Supernatural Walking Practice is a basic ninja technique. It involves using chakra flow to channel chakra to one's hands or feet, allowing him/her to walk on, or cling to, surfaces that normally do not allow it. This includes, but is not limited to, walls/ceilings, trees, and even water. Should the flow of chakra stop for any reason, the user will immediately fall off of the surface they are walking on, or plunge underwater.
- Generic Sealing:
Name: Generic Sealing Technique (Han'yō Fūin no Jutsu ~ 汎用封印の術) Canon/Custom: Canon. Rank: E. Type: Supplementary. Element: None. Range: Direct contact. Specialty: Fūinjutsu. Duration: Instantaneous. Cooldown: None. Description: This technique is a standard ninja skill which allows a ninja to summon an assortment of items that have been stored using fūinjutsu. Scrolls are the most common choice for item storage. When needed, the owner will activate the seals releasing their item or weapon of choice, either on the ground or in-hand. The jutsu can be used to either store an item in something or to summon it from something, but it can’t do both. This jutsu can only seal the user's items, or items that were stolen from a target for more than 3 posts, or items stolen from a KO'd or killed character. This jutsu has a variable chakra cost depending on the item summoned from the scroll/other item.

- Item Reinforcing:
Name: Item Reinforcing Technique (Hokyō'in no Jutsu ~ 補強品の術) Canon/Custom: Custom. Rank: E. Type: Supplementary. Element: None. Range: Self. Specialty: Bukijutsu (Chakra Flow). Duration: One post. Cooldown: Five posts. Description: The ninja uses their chakra to coat an item, weapon, or armor in their possession with a sheath of energy. This protects the chosen item from interactions with jutsu and allows it to withstand impact from a technique and not break, though it will still offer no protection from damage, other than what it normally would. The chakra cost for this jutsu is dependent on the rank of the item being reinforced.

- Chakra Strings:
Name: Puppet Technique (Kugutsu no Jutsu ~ 傀儡の術) Canon/Custom: Canon. Rank: E. Type: Supplementary. Element: None. Range: 50m. Specialty: Kugutsu. Duration: -5 per post. Cooldown: Duration +1 post. Description: This jutsu generates long, fibrous, malleable chakra strings from each of the user's fingers. They are partially intangible to prevent tangling; this jutsu cannot be used to bind people. The condensed chakra takes a hue of variable color depending on the user. Use of this technique on puppets is only available to those with the Kugutsu specialty. However, people without skill in Puppetry can still generate chakra strings to control weapons they have the specializations to wield, within 30m. This consists of whipping them around like a flail or yo-yo, or controlling their path of travel when thrown. This technique cannot control living people; it can only control corpses, or Human Puppets currently in the user's locker. The user pays a certain amount of chakra upon activation to determine the strings' durability; if severed the strings can be reattached to the same target for 15 chakra. 5 chakra = D-rank jutsu that cause blunt-force, cutting, or piercing damage can break the strings. 10 chakra = C-rank jutsu that cause blunt-force, cutting, or piercing damage can break the strings. 15 chakra = B-rank jutsu that cause blunt-force, cutting, or piercing damage can break the strings. 20 chakra = A-rank jutsu that cause blunt-force, cutting, or piercing damage can break the strings. 25 chakra = S-rank jutsu that cause blunt-force, cutting, or piercing damage can break the strings. - 3 Types of Strings:
The following applies not to the rank of the jutsu, but rather the rank and the skill level of the user.
Multiple control: The chakra strings at this rank are more tailored to controlling the base functions of many puppets as opposed to putting an astounding amount of effort into the control of few. Using this technique depending on the user's rank they are able to control up to 10 puppets, though the trade off is each of them operate at the user's speed and reaction time, -1 rank. (Stat increases from items and jutsu do not count towards this. However, those from clans do.)
E rank = 2 puppets D rank = 3 C rank = 4 B rank = 6 A rank = 8 S rank = 9 SS rank = 10
Balanced Control: Using more focused control on the puppets the user wields they are able to focus more into their puppets movement, and therefore they no longer receive the negative influence to their speed that the mass control strings had. However, the puppets still receive -1 to reaction time and less puppets are able to operate at this capacity per rank. E-C rank = Max of 2 puppets B-A rank 4 S-SS rank = 5
Focused control: The user, with these strings, is able to literally control their puppets with such mastery as if they were basically human themselves. The concentration at this level requires they dedicate themselves into only one or two puppets, but they operate without any negatives what so ever, and move at the user's speed and reaction times. E-C rank = 1 Puppet max B-SS rank = 2
Medical Ninjutsu E-Rank - Blood Scab:
Name: 血液黒星病 (Ketsueki Kurohoshibyō ~ Blood Scab) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: E Type: Supplementary Element: N/A Range: Contact Specialty: Medical Ninjustu Duration: / Cooldown: 3 post Description: This jutsu allows the user to stop the bleeding of a wound. This is caused by drying up the blood, so it will become a scab. Can close wounds up to an 1/4 inches deep, minor burns, and bruises, but does not regenerate chunks of missing flesh. Nor does this jutsu heal and cut/ruptured arteries.
D-Rank - Zenchi Te no Jutsu:
Name: 全治 手 の 術 (Zenchi-Te no Jutsu - The Art of the Hand Heal) Canon/Custom: custom Rank: D Type: supplementary Element: / Range: close Specialty: Medical Ninjustu Duration: -10 per post for up to 5 posts Cooldown: 5 posts after healing is done Description: The user focuses a small to medium amount of chakra to their hands allowing them to heal someones wound when they touch it. This technique only works for surface wounds and non-serious injuries such as 1/2 inch. cuts, bruises, etc. The user may also heal themselves just as they would someone else but again can only heal surface wounds. This jutsu takes time to heal and the larger the wound the longer it takes to heal, if the wound is large this technique can be used to partially heal it and make it small. It costs D-rank chakra to activate and then D-rank chakra for each post the medic continues to heal someone. Minor injuries take a total of two turns to heal.
C-Rank - Rejuvenating Water:
Name: 癒す水道 {Iyasu Suidou ~ Rejuvenating Water} Canon/Custom: Custom||Zen Rank: C Type: Supplementary Element: Suiton Range: Close Specialty: Medical Ninjutsu Duration: 2 posts. Cooldown: 4 posts. Description: The user needs at least 3 quarts of water to use this jutsu. Channeling their chakra through the water, the user gives it healing properties. By ingesting it, the target can be healed of malaise, such as minor internal bleeding. Also, this water may be manipulated by the user, and can be held on top of a wound to heal moderate damage, such as 1 & 1/2 inch cuts and major external bruising. If used on a healthy person, the water may be ingested to slightly begin healing before a wound is inflicted. This heals the taken damage, effectively reducing the amount caused in the first place; the next technique (B-Rank or below) deals 1 rank less damage
B-Rank - Longevity:
Name: Healing Aura: Longevity (Reiki no Saiki: Enmei ~ 治癒霊気・延命) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: B Type: Supplementary Element: None Range: Short-range Specialty: Medical Ninjutsu Duration: 3 posts (-10 chakra per post) Cooldown: 8 posts Description: Requires a half-tiger seal. The user converts a moderate portion of their chakra to medical chakra, which channels throughout their body and heals any moderate wounds, such as 2nd degree burns, cuts of 3 inches and under, bruises, muscle and bone wounds that exist at the time of the technique's activation or any that may be suffered in the duration afterwards. During this time, the user will have a noticeably strong green-tinted aura around them. In addition, users may transfer the allocated chakra to an ally through physical touch in order to replicate the same effect, though it requires an extra 10 chakra to do so.
A Rank - Scalpel:
Name: Chakra Scalpel (チャクラのメス ~ Chakura no Mesu) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Type: Offensive | Supplementary Element: None Range: Self Specialty: Medical Ninjutsu Duration: Maintainable for up to 6 posts (-10 chakra per post) Cooldown: 6 posts from end of duration Description: Easily one of the most versatile techniques in a medic-nin's arsenal and notorious for the damage it can bring in combat. After making the tiger, horse, and rat seals respectively, the user channels a 3-inch aura around the hands, sharpening the aura to the point where it can easily slice through materials like wood and flesh. In turn, the user can use this technique for highly accurate incisions necessary for surgeries and anatomical dissections. Unlike regular scalpels, the chakra scalpel can make more precise cuts that reduce the risk of infection during surgery. The chakra scalpel can also be used offensively. Lethal cuts are difficult to manage due to the relative chaos of battle (although it is still capable of cutting into bone), so it is often used to effectively cut muscle tissues and tendons; muscles cut more than once with the scalpel will be rendered useless for one post afterward, and if tendons in the leg are successfully cut, the opponent will be immobile for one post. Fatal cuts are only possible if the user aims for a vital area, such as the neck. In addition, the technique also gives the user an increased level of durability over their chakra clad hands, able to endure three hits of an A-Rank or lower non-elemental blade before receiving damage.
- Advanced Recovery:
Name: Advanced Recovery Method (高度回収法 ~ Kōdo Kaishū-Hō) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: A Type: Supplementary Element: N/A Range: 5 meters Specialty: Medical Ninjutsu Duration: Maintainable (-10 chakra per post) Cooldown: 10 posts Description: Advanced Recovery Method is the epitome of traditional healing techniques. The user creates a Ram hand seal and transmits their chakra throughout their own body or the body of an ally up to five meters away. The chakra will envelope the target, granting a radiant glow that's color varies with each user. Each post this move is maintained, it will heal four inches of torn, shredded or severed muscle tissue, and all burns. Broken bones and damage to major organs will take three posts to heal completely. This cannot heal deeper than five and a half inches, and it cannot regenerate severed limbs or removed organs. Cooldown begins once the technique is deactivated.
- Pathway Derangement:
Name: Body Pathway Derangement (乱身衝 ~ Ranshinshō) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Type: Offensive Element: N/A Range: Contact Specialty: Medical Ninjutsu Duration: 2 posts Cooldown: 6 posts Description: The user utilizes their chakra system to manipulate their body's natural nerve impulses into an electric field. Touching the target while this electric field is active will disrupt their nervous system by reprogramming the connections between their brain, nerves, and body for a set period of time. While the connections are broken, the target will find it impossible to run, strike, or even walk, as when they attempt to move a certain part of their body, another part responds instead, resulting in random spasms and jerking motions rather than cohesive movement. Targets of A-Rank or higher or targets with Medical Ninjutsu of A-Rank or higher will relearn the connections faster, making this effect only last one post. This jutsu cannot be defended against with armor or other jutsu, but may still be dodged. The effects of the jutsu may alternatively be negated with a large burst of chakra; using an S-Rank Kai will fix the connections in the nervous system immediately.
- Wound Destruction:
Name: Yin Healing Wound Destruction (陰癒傷滅 ~ In'yu Shōmetsu) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Type: Defensive | Supplementary Element: None Range: Short-range Specialty: Medical Ninjutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 5 posts Description: One post preparation is optional, but the user will be unable to move during the preparation. By reading their opponent's body movements and gauging the potential power behind an attack, the user anticipates where an attack will strike and preemptively applies medical treatment to the area. The chakra channeled to the area in question stimulates and hastens the cell recreation process even before the attack strikes, essentially over-healing the area and in turn increasing the user's endurance stat by 2 tiers in that particular area (or 3 tiers, if the one post preparation was taken). This technique is useful in the fact that the user can use it to persevere through an attack that otherwise might have incapacitated them, surprising the opponent and leaving them open to counterattack. Any leftover wound suffered, in addition, will heal slowly over the course of the following three posts.
S-Rank - Creation Rebirth:
Name: Creation Rebirth (創造再生 ~ Sōzō Saisei) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: S Type: Supplementary Element: N/A Range: Self Specialty: Medical Ninjutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: Once per Thread Description: The user forms a Tiger hand seal and releases the limits put on their chakra system, before focusing all of their chakra and energy on speeding the division of new cells in their body. Using this method, they can completely regenerate any wounds on their body in a short period of time. The only injuries that can't be healed this way are severed limbs/appendages and removed organs. The user cannot move or use any other jutsu while this is active, and it requires one full post to heal the body completely. Jutsu that were already active are not cancelled, however, and will continue unhindered. Due to the large need for chakra in this technique, it costs 100 chakra to activate. Another important note is that users of this technique are accelerating their aging process because the human body's cells may only divide a set number of times before death; each use of this technique irreversibly shortens natural lifespan by one year.
Ninjutsu Kekkei Genkai - Demonic Ice Crystal Mirrors:
Name: 氷遁・魔鏡氷晶 [Hyōton: Makyō Hyōshō - Ice Release: Demonic Ice Crystal Mirrors] Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Type: Defensive/ Supplementary Element: Hyouton. Range: 10m Specialty: KKG Duration: 3 Cool down: 6 Description: The Aisu Clan member performs a half dozen hand seals before holding their final one, at will they are able to activate this jutsu through projecting their chakra out of their body and into the air in the area, consolodating the air and cooling it to form inch thick sheets of chakra enhanced mirror smooth permafrost. Each of the mirrors formed by this technique are 3.5 meters high by 1.5 meters wide and can absorb basic attacks and take an amount of punishment based on how many mirrors are created by the user. Additionally, at the additional cost of -20 chakra, and only if multiple mirrors are created/ remain intact, a ninja, by touching one mirror can become incorporeal, and travel between 2 mirrors at a speed of 35mp/s; faster than the eye can see without S rank perception. (and even then are only a blur) Though a Ninja using a Doujutsu which can see chakra or a Sensory technique of B rank or higher which can see chakra is able to discern their travel route, and to which mirror they are moving to. This allows an Aisu to escape capture, but the mirrors must be facing each other so that they can each be seen by each other.
- 1 Mirror: Can block a single technique of one rank higher, 2 of equal rank and 3 of one rank lower.
(This variant cannot be used to travel, as there is only 1 mirror.]
- 2 Mirrors: Can each block a single technique of equal rank or 2 of one rank lower.
- 3 Mirrors: Can each block a single technique of 1 rank lower or 2 of 2 ranks lower.
- 4 Mirrors: Can each block one technique of 2 ranks lower or 2 of 3 ranks lower.
- Hailstorm Tech:
Name: 氷遁・雹嵐の術 [Hyōton: Hyōran no Jutsu - Ice Release: Hailstorm Technique] Canon/Custom: Custom. Rank: A. Type: Supplementary. Element: Hyouton. Range: 20m. Specialty: KKG Duration: 4 posts. Cool down: 10 posts. Description: Hyōran no Jutsu is a general skill of the Aisu; the user releases his/her naturally Hyōton-aligned chakra into the surrounding area through intense concentration. This chakra travels upward into the air, causing ice crystals to form and fall around them potentially distracting lower ranking ninja, like it's hailing. Because of the abundance of ice crystals in the air, an Aisu spends less effort creating their own ice, upon activation, this decreases all hyouton cooldowns by 2 and continues to decrease their cool-downs by 1 for each round the ninja is in the range of this technique. (cool-downs passively decrease twice as fast while in the area of this technique.)
- Polar Cap Flow:
Name: Ice Release: Glacial Flow [Hyōton: Hikamikawa - 氷遁・氷上河] Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: B. Type: Offensive Element: Hyouton Range: 25m Specialty: Ninjutsu. Duration: 3 posts. Cool down: 9 posts. Twice per topic. Description: The Aisu uses Suiton to draw groundwater from below as well as from the air. This massive amount of water,( over 30 cubic meters,) is frozen and compacted into a sort of snow-ice. It's sent at the target in avalanche fashion with the aim of burying them at a speed of 20mp/s. The intense cold is able to cause hypothermia within 2 posts causing the victim to shake uncontrollably potentially dulling sword skill, and the weight of the snow (if totally buried) can break bones as soon as a target is caught under it. Victims will suffocate while being trapped under the snow (using the basic suffocation rules). When under the influence of the Hailstorm Technique This jutsu's range is increased by 1.5x, and being caught in the avalanche shatters bones.
D-Rank - Tile Shuriken:
Name: Ninja Art: Tile Shuriken (忍法・瓦手裏剣 ~ Ninpō: Kawara Shuriken) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Type: Offensive Element: None Range: Can make shuriken from any point 4m from the user. Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: Instant Cooldown: 2 posts Description: By making a string of hand seals (Dragon → Rat → Horse → Tiger), the user extends their chakra to nearby objects; they can be flat, such as tiles for shuriken, or longer items can be used as kunai. These are then compressed, sharpened, and levitated all at the same time; then, they are launched at the target. While the user cannot control them beyond this point, the utility of this technique being able to weaponize the surroundings is a very handy tool. The objects used can pierce up to 3/4 inch into the target; up to 10 objects can be turned into weapons.
- Hidden Mist Jutsu:
Name: Water Release: Hidden Mist Technique (水遁・霧隠れの術 ~ Suiton: Kirigakure no Jutsu) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D-Rank Type: Supplementary Element: Suiton/Water Range: 10m radius Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 6 posts Cooldown: 7 posts Description: The user releases a thick mist from his or her mouth or uses a water source around him or her to create the mist. This effectively acts as a cover for the user. Doujutsu such as the sharingan are incapable of seeing through it, since the mist is kneaded with the user's chakra. The byakugan, however, can bypass this mist.
- Water Trumpet:
Name: Water Release: Water Trumpet (水遁・水喇叭 ~ Suiton: Mizurappa) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: D Type: Offensive | Defensive Element: Suiton Range: 12 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: Instantaneous Cooldown: 3 posts Description: The user must raises their hand to their mouth, giving them the appearance of playing a trumpet, as they spew a jet of water from their mouth with power equivalent to an industrial fire hose. The jet can be targeted at an opponent to disorient them for a moment and deal minor bruises, but its primary use is to combat other jutsu. By aiming the jet of water at a Katon technique of C-Rank or lower, any incoming offensive jutsu of D-Rank, or E-Rank projectiles, they may easily nullify the attack by putting out its flames or knocking it off-course; the jet of water will also be nullified in the process, limiting this to defending against one jutsu per use. Raiton jutsu cannot be defended against with this.
- Ice Darts:

The needles pierce 3/4 inches into the skin, and the user can create up to a dozen at any given time.
C-Rank - Ice Disk:
Name: 氷遁・氷の円盤 (Hyōton: Kōri no Enban ~ Ice Release: Ice Disk) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Offensive/Defensive/Supplementary Element: Hyouton Range: Short-Long (0-30 Meters) Specialty: Aisu Clan Duration: 1-2 Cooldown: 3-4 Description: By using The moisture particles in the are the user can change it into a ice disk. This disk has many uses, it can be hurled with tremendous force at a target and hard to dodge as they are nearly completely transparent. This disk causes 1&1/2 inch cuts. They can be used as shields or disks to stand on for hovering in the air. If used for Defense, it takes 2 jutsu of C-Rank or 3 of D-Rank to break them. A B-Rank jutsu will break through the disk, but loose two ranks in power. They can also be strung together to spy on areas.
- Ice Spears:
Name: 氷遁・氷の槍 (Hyōton: Kōri no Yari ~ Ice Release: Ice Spears) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Offensive Element: Hyouton Range: Close (0-5m), Far (5-10m) Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 Cooldown: 3 Description: By molding Hyouton chakra into a nearby water source, the user is able to freeze and mold the water into stalagmites of ice. They can be used various ways, whether it is to serve as a defensive barrier to keep opponents or their jutsu away, or a very quick attack, aiming to impale an unsuspecting target (1 inch). Advanced users of this tech can form the stalagmites from the water vapor in the air. The size of the stalagmite depends on the amount of water used to create it. These spears take one attack of equal rank to break, and two of a lower rank. While it's nothing severe, multiple wounds of this level would cause one to eventually bleed out. If a spear is broken, the jutsu goes to cooldown. In addition, when this jutsu comes into contact with water, it will begin to freeze the water. This effect is not instantaneous, but it will happen over a course of three posts. Up to 3 spears can be created at one time.
- Water Clone:
Name: Water Release: Water Clone Technique (水遁・水分身の術 ~ Suiton: Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Supplementary Element: Suiton/Water Range: Clones cannot travel more than 30m away from the user. Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: Until clones are destroyed or cancelled Cooldown: 4 posts, +1 post for every clone created past one. Description: The Water Clone Jutsu is similar to the Shadow Clone Jutsu except it creates clones out of water that have one-tenth of the original person's chakra. Like other solid clone techniques, the clones can be used to perform tasks the user is unable or unwilling to do for themselves. The range of the clone is limited however, as it can not travel very far from the original body without losing control. Like other clone techniques, if the water clones are injured enough they will revert back to normal water. Water clones are capable of only using suiton jutsu provided they have enough chakra to cast it. A maximum of six clones may be created at any one time. The clone automatically disperses when it runs out of chakra, or when hit by any attack that can cause a noteworthy level of physical damage [second/third degree burns, broken bones, stab wounds, etc] or a C-rank/2 D-Rank offensive jutsu.
B-Rank - Ice Encampment Wall:
Name:氷遁・氷の野営壁 (Hyōton: Kōri no Yaei kabe ~ Ice Release: Ice Encampment Wall) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: B Type: Defensive Element: Hyouton Range: Short (5m) Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 2 Cooldown: 4 Description: The caster of this jutsu slams their hands down on the ground in front of them, causing a wall of ice to appear in front of them. It will be 15m in width and height. It is able to take two jutsu of equal rank or 3 jutsu of C-Rank before shattering. An jutsu of A-Rank will break through the wall, but loose 2 ranks in power.
A-Rank - Tearing Torrent:
Name: Water Release: Tearing Torrent Technique (Suiton: Hahonryū no Jutsu ~ 水遁・破奔流の術) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: A Type: Offensive Element: Suiton Range: 60 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 7 posts Description: The caster of this jutsu creates water in his hand, spinning it in the process. He compacts the water and launches it at his opponent. It moves in a large swirling current that has a five meter radius, and is ten meters in length, moving a maximum of 60 m at 40m/s. It can crush bones and major organs on impact, and can prove fatal if the opponent takes a direct hit in the head or torso. By spending 10 more chakra, the caster can expand the current rapidly on impact to an additional five meter radius, making something similar to an explosion of water. This gives the jutsu the ability to hit multiple targets within its extended range, although damage is decreased to major bruising and possible bone fractures on area of impact, as well as throw the other target(s) ten meters back.
- Blizzard of Blood:
Name: 氷遁・血吹雪 (Hyōton: Chi fubuki ~ Ice Release: Blizzard of Blood Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: A Type: Supplementary Element: Hyouton Range: Long (30m) Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 5 Cooldown: Once per thread Description: The caster of this jutsu must be standing still to perform this jutsu. Once the jutsu is activated, the user is then free to move. Little flakes of snow slowly fall to the ground around a 25 meter radius with Strafe as the center. This decreases the temperature in the air to the point that causes the speed and reaction timing of all people who are not Aisu members to drop by 1 tier (b-1 to b speed, etc.). This jutsu cost 10 chakra per post after the initial activation. The effects of this jutsu can be temporarily nullified if the area around the target is warmed up via Katon or Youton jutsu of at least A-Rank for two posts.
S-Rank - Flash Freeze:
Name: 氷遁・瞬間凍る (Hyōton: Shunkan Kōru ~ Ice Release: Flash Freeze) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: S Type: Offensive Element: Hyōton Range: 10 meters around the user Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 5 posts, -10 chakra per post Cooldown: 10 posts Description: The user makes a series of hand seals before chilling the air around them to -28°C. The user's outer body will be frozen in a coating of ice, making them resistant to jutsu below S-Rank for the duration, able to block any D-Rank and lower jutsu (C-Rank and lower if Katon, Raiton cannot be blocked) as well as E-Rank projectiles. They will still be able to move freely with no hindrance. Due to the air around them being cold, any opponents that enter come within three meters of the user will begin to freeze, causing stiffness for the first post (making it impossible to create hand seals or jump, although jutsu without use of hand seals may still be used), total immobilization and blisters as perniosis sets in on the second, and freezing on the third. Once frozen, opponents will be -1 tier in strength as they are very frail, and they will also be unable to move until the jutsu ends. Opponents that are outside of the three meter range will not be affected, but as long as they are within ten meters, they will still receive painful blisters
Bukijutsu (Bojutsu) C-Rank - Sternum Shatter:
Name: Sternum Shatter Jutsu Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Type: Offensive Element: N/A Range: N/A Specialty: Bukijutsu (Bojutsu) Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 4 posts Description: Strafe spins his staff around his body once to build momentum and plants it directly in the chest of his enemy. This causes them to loose their breathe and reduces their reaction timing by 1.
B-Rank - Slicing Staff:
Name: Wind Style: Slicing Staff Jutsu Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: B Type: Offensive Element: Fuuton Range: 45 meters Specialty: Bukijutsu (Bojutsu) Duration: Up to 3 posts Cooldown: 6 posts Description: Strafe channels futon chakra into his Bo-Staff, causing it to create a blade of wind at the far end of it. Once created, these blades can be launched (30 m/s) with the swing of the bow staff. Up to 5 of these blades can be created per turn. After the initial activation cost, it takes 10 chakra per post to use this jutsu. The blades have the cutting power of a B-Rank sword, able to cut deep into the flesh. (2 inches)
Doujutsu Transplant - Stunning Eye:
Name: Stunning Eyes Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C-S Type: Supplementary Element: N/A Range: N/A Specialty: Doujutsu Duration: 2 posts Cooldown: C - 5 posts, B - 6 posts, A - 7 posts, S - 8 posts Description: The users eyes turn into a beautiful sparkling cyan color. If the opponent looks into the user's eyes while the doujutsu is active it puts the opponent in a stunned state by directly affecting their nervous system. This works when the user's eyes come into direct contact with that of their opponent. This varies according to rank:
C Rank: Those who look at the Stunning Eyes are stunned for one post. For one posts AFTER the stun wears off, their reaction timing is reduced by -1
B Rank: Those who look at the Stunning Eyes are stunned for one post. For two posts AFTER the stun wears off, their reaction timing is reduced by -1.
A Rank: Those who look at the Stunning Eyes are stunned for two posts. For three posts AFTER the stun wears off, their reaction timing is reduced by -1
S Rank: Those who look at the Stunning Eyes are stunned for three posts. For four posts AFTER the stun wears off, their reaction timing and speed are reduced by -1
