Mission description: Pick pockets, smugglers, tricksters and petty thieves in general seem to have created a festive period for themselves as their activities are now rampant than usual. Do not hurt them much, just capture them any way possible and let them spend some time in a black cell to reflect on their actions.
Mission details: There are not more than five thieves at a time with E rank stats, all but speed which is D3. They have no weapons or items but beware, running is their specialty once they’ve been figured out.
