Objective: Kill the local drug dealers

Mission description: The locals and leadership of the village have had enough. You've been given permission to kill any and all drug dealers you are able to find. If you don't wish to kill them, then destroy their drug stores and turn them into the local police.
Mission details: Each dealer is your basic civilian, carrying at the most a switch blade or other small knife for protection. Kill or capture, either way; you must finish at least 3 to complete the mission.
