Description: This is a personal ability exclusive to Alec Kane; a more advanced version of the Chakra Radar taught to him by the prodigy of the Holeman Clan. It retains all of the abilities of the original but adds on several extra benefits. Firstly, it allows Alec to see how much chakra a target has - a "sense of strength" in other words - and also to see if the target is a carrier of a chakra or tailed beast. It allows him to differentiate hostiles, allies, and non-participants such as villagers and pedestrians. It also allows him to focus on a target and sense approximately where they had gone, or inversely, where they would go. This is particularly helpful in tailing a target, or detecting the path someone would take, in order to set up a sneak attack or lay an ambush. With his advanced radar, Alec is also able to pick up cold trails, or locate disguised enemies. However, for the latter, he is required to concentrate harder and scrutinize people individually, rather than as a crowd.

Enhancements: The Symbiote can sense negative and violent emotions, and will react to any within it's presence. When the host is attacked, regardless of their will, the Symbiote will form armor over it's host's head to form a primitive mask, their chest, their arms, (down to the wrists) and their legs (down to the ankles). The symbiote will protect it's user from any sort of harm, being highly resistant to the elements and physical attacks. It can withstand only so much damage before it is broken, and will remain useless until the thread ends.

Description: The iconic weapon of the Assassins, the Hidden Blade was used for both stealth assassinations and regular combat. As such, the blade could be discreetly extended or retracted, making it a valuable tool for assassinations.

Post 1: Upon being introduced to the bloodstream, it immediately travels to the nervous system and causes it's victim to begin to undergo a psychotic breakdown. Symptoms include stinging blinding pain behind the eyes, nose bleeding, foaming at the mouth, severe migraine headaches, blurred vision (like snow on a television set,) nausea, dizziness and the inability to hold the bladder or bowels. The victim will be sent into a psychotic rage and will not be able to discern friend from foe. They will attack everyone within their immediate vicinity.
Post 2: The toxin will begin to destroy the nervous system before travelling to the brain and sending the victim into a coma, where death is assured.

Description: The point of this poison is simple: it completely paralyzes from the eyes down upon your opponent; while allowing your opponent to be entirely aware of the world around them and everything that is going on. It also allows them to continue to feel pain: increasing this ability so that something like a pinch or sharp stick with a needle feels like the equivalent of a knife. Even the simplest of movements will cause an aching pain.
Due to the potency of this poison it can be applied topically, while also being placed in weapons. This poison works within 2 posts of it touching or being injected into an opponent: starting with the inability to properly use one's body (first post) to complete paralysis (second post).
This poison lasts for 5 posts after paralysis sets in unless an antidote is administered.

The tethers are fairly sturdy, able to support 50 pounds of weight each. Up to four tethers can be made at once and all tethers only use 10 chakra on the first post. But from the second post onwards, each tether will use 10 chakra (so 4 tethers on the 2nd post would need 40 chakra). The jutsu is mainly designed for retrieving kunai easily, but has a variety of uses from supplying chakra to a trap for someone else to stuff like trying to disarm opponents or even higher mobility in certain situations.

Description: The jutsu user’s body is coated in blue glowing Raiton chakra, inflicting electrical damage on anyone they come into contact with. However the jutsu will inflict minor burns on the user if they try to rely on it for more than 5 posts. This makes it a great jutsu for grappling taijutsu techniques, but a bit risky to use just to keep taijutsu users away. Inflicts second degree burns on contact around the areas the enemy is being touched as well as paralyzing the enemy until they can break contact. After 3 posts of contact, the jutsu will begain to cause damage to the enemy’s nerves and negatively affect their coordination for the number of posts they spent being effected by the jutsu.

An enemy being effected by this jutsu for 5 posts will be paralyzed for 2 turns unless their armor is immune to B-rank lightning jutsu.

Description: The Buyougan is the Kekkai Genkai of the Nekonote clan, and manifests in the eyes of the clan members. This doujutsu is what makes them perfect assassins, trackers and bodyguards. The ranks of this jutsu are split up in to 3 stages. The main point of this technique is the ability to sense, find and "track" chakra signatures. This, along with the image the Buyougan takes, is what gives them the title "The Guard Cats."

(D/C-rank) Stage one; One eye is changed to the color of neon pink, while the other is changed to the color of neon orange. Both eyes gain a slit reminiscent of a cat's, vertically cutting through each of the pupils. Can only see/feel that there are chakra signatures in the area and where they are. The only means the user has of knowing what or who the target is is by how much chakra they give off. If the person tracked has the ability to suppress their chakra they can pass off as woodland animals. Clan members may "mark" a target in their brain, going in to a tracking mode where they always feel a slight pull towards the direction the target is. The range of this jutsu at this stage is 50 meters straining, 30 meters with mild concentration, and 15 meters effortlessly. Can only track one person at a time.

(B/A-rank) Stage two; One eye is changed to the color of neon pink, while the other is changed to the color of neon orange still. There are now two cat-like slits in each eye, forming the symbol of an X through the pupils. Can now start to tell apart different chakra signatures, though having to "taste" the chakra of a person beforehand to pick them out. This can be done by battling the person or being close and witnessing one they were in. (Any time a reasonable amount of chakra is used by them, that is, even in a general setting.) The range of this jutsu is increased to 80 meters strained, 50 with mild concentration and 30 effortlessly. Can now track up to three people at a time.

(S-rank) Final; One eye is changed to the color of neon pink, while the other is changed to the color of neon orange- now dimly glows, able to be seen in the dark if the person doing so is close. There's now a horizontal line-slit through the X mark in each eye from stage 2, ending as a thin, six pointed star crossing through the pupil of the member. The user can now tell apart chakra signatures by shape. Cannot be deceived by chakra output being lowered. They identify the chakra of a person by merely being in their presence for any amount of time, even a few moments, and can latch onto that 'scent' from thereon.  The range has increased to 110 meters strained, 90 with mild concentration, and 60 effortlessly. Can track up to a small group (five-or-so) people at a time.

Description:  A special seal is created upon a chakra tag or a solid surface, from which a clone of the user is created. The clones are equal in power to elemental clones, although they show a small amount of higher functioning. They cannot act fully independent of the user, nor act in a way different then the seal they are created from dictates. The clones are essentially programed to attack in a specific way dependent on the small variation of the basic seal; the enhanced functioning of the clones is limited to directional changing ability. That is to say, the clones are able to change the direction from which they attack from, in order to maintain proper formation while attacking. The clones themselves have no access to a chakra pool; however, the seal itself is charged with chakra equal to 1/10th of the user's chakra; and upon breaking, explodes with the force of a C-rank bomb.

Description: This seal set is very simple, and has only one purpose. The user tags a target with a Kyuushu seal, which acts as a homing beacon for anything that has been tagged by the Ikakeru seal. The seals may be attached to a weapon, person, or surface; which for 1 post will allow for the homing effect. The homing is only moderately strong, and still rather easy to work around. The homing is only effective within a range of 5 meters or less. A jutsu or projectile will slowly adjust to hit the Kyuushu seal; but it cannot cause highly specialized adjustments. For example, a projectile will not move over obstacles or around walls, nor would jutsu. They would be drawn to impact the wall, blocked before they could make contact.

Description: This is a relatively simple technique that creates a sudden gust of wind, but its scale varies greatly depending on the user. If used by a superior Shinobi, it has enough destructive power to knock down a large tree. The wind from the squall can blow away opponents it's rank and lower in the user's line of sight. The Technique can also be combined with other Jutsu such as Fire (On the second turn) to raise attack power, (Fire +1) and weapons such as Shuriken and Kunai, raising their slashing and gouging potential dramatically. Devastation can be used standing still, running or while airborne. If fired at the ground, Devastation can also be used to boost it's user into the air to a height of about 15 feet. Description: The user pushes himself forward rapidly, thrusting all of their weight into a hard kick toward the chest or head area. A successful unprotected chest blow will send the target backwards and knock the wind from the lungs, stunning the target for 3 posts. An unprotected head shot will cause a brain hemorrhage, which is a type of stroke. It's caused by an artery in the brain bursting and causing localized bleeding in the surrounding tissues. This bleeding kills brain cells. Injury is the most common cause of bleeding in the brain for those younger than age 50. Death is assured if no medical attention is received after 3 posts. The Mossberg 500 Kick will destroy armor it's rank and lower.

Alec: You don't have Chakra Radar on, and as Hanako used Scattering Crows, which you wrote yourself were of chakra, you would not know which one is the clone and which one is the real Hanako. Still, you're Sesnory SC would allow you to know Hanako's position, but that SC doesn't allow you to know chakra levels or strengths like the Chakra Radar you used earlier.

However, Devastation isn't strong enough to stop Hanako so the kunai hit works.

Description: The first Holeman, fully educated on the various powers one could gain from the Uchiha eye, surgically removed his own eyes, and those that chose to follow him followed suit, rendering future generations of the Holeman clan permanently blind. But because of the Elder Holeman's extensive background in Medical abilities, he devised a Medical technique that forced only several few Holemans into a state of "Evolution". Holemans cannot see, but all other senses (touch, smell, hearing and taste) were boosted to almost super human levels after many years of blindness. A Holeman can "feel" things around them by vibrations and changes in the air pressure. Holemans can remember anything they've smelled, and can naturally track the scent within a radius of roughly 5 city blocks. A Holeman can also hear things within that same radius, and can tune into almost any conversation, even if the people talking are whispering. A Holeman can also taste things in food that others cannot, such as poisons.

The current generation of Holemans have also developed a sort of "radar." A small amount of Chakra is constantly emitted from the body and rebounded back to the Visual Cortex, a part of the Cerebral Cortex in the human brain responsible for processing visual information. (The Cerebral Cortex plays a key role in memory, attention, perceptual awareness, thought, language, and consciousness.) This allows the user to "see" the environment and other people around them in the immediate vicinity. Should they choose, a Holeman can even teach The Blind Eye to non-clan members that have the use of their normal eyes, with the drawback being that they must first close their eyes before making use of the ability. Attempting to use The Blind Eye and normal vision at the same time will result in severe migraine headaches that last as long as 3 weeks, and constant nose bleeds.

The user is able to expand upon the usage of the constant Chakra Radar and scan much more of a distance. As the range increases, so do the details of the scan. A user can use a scent to track a specific person. Once found though scanning, the user can "zoom in" and even "lock-on" to the person or scent. People underground or using Doton Techniques to cover themselves are invisible to the scan. Being interrupted or startled while expanding the Chakra Radar can over-whelm all senses and stun the user for up to 3 posts.

D-Rank: The user is able to scan a small area, roughly the size of a yard. People and animals in the scan that are outside of this radius appear as intangible blobs, and it is almost impossible to distinguish between the two.

C-Rank: The user is able to scan a larger area the size of a city block. People and animals in the scan that are father away are becoming clearer and can be seen.

B-Rank: The user is able to scan an area the radius of about 5 city blocks. Chakra appears as colors in the scan. Male, Female and animals each have their own color and can be distinguished by such.

A-Rank: The user can scan an area the size of a village. The radar is so accurate at this state that the user can see clear details such as clothing, scars, tattoos and facial features.

S-Rank: The user is able to scan an area the size of a country. The radar allows the user to see places and other people in crystal clear detail, just as any average person would.

OoC: A few things to mention.... First, I'm pretty sure you need to mention the armor activating before the hit comes otherwise it's as BS as Daiko forming a hat out of nowhere to say "the attack comes, then it hit, then I grew armor before it hit to save me!" Then, and this is just a word of advice, you REALLY need to stop making assumptions about what an OC's going to do. Because instead of ending with something to react to, you've been ending with an attack and then assuming it'll hit and going after someone else or just assuming an attack hits and takes effect which causes confusion when the attack doesn't work exactly as planned because then part of the fight is just mentioned to happen before you do ____. I hope you understand what I'm talking about....

I know it's difficult to RP this out normally with stuff happening in 2 seperate areas, but that's why it's difficult to fight 2-on-1.

Description: The user creates a tether out of Raiton chakra that can attach to any metal object, allowing them to funnel chakra through it to maintain additional jutsu or pull the object back to the user. The tethers are fairly sturdy, able to support 50 pounds of weight each. Up to four tethers can be made at once and all tethers only use 10 chakra on the first post. But from the second post onwards, each tether will use 10 chakra (so 4 tethers on the 2nd post would need 40 chakra). The jutsu is mainly designed for retrieving kunai easily, but has a variety of uses from supplying chakra to a trap for someone else to stuff like trying to disarm opponents or even higher mobility in certain situations.

Description: The user focuses Raiton chakra through a chain, thread, string, or wire to create an efficient closed circuit that costs very little energy to maintain. The user of this technique must always be touching the object in some way to maintain the jutsu. Usually used as a trap, anyone who touches the object (except for the one who is maintaining the jutsu) will become stuck to it and paralyzed for up to 3 turns, costing the user 20 chakra per-turn to keep them subdued. This causes 2nd degree burns on contact.

If the enemy touches the object the jutsu is being channeled through with a metal object, such as a kunai or sword, they will drop what they're holding as a natural impulse and only be paralyzed for 1 turn. Paralysis effects anyone who's armor doesn't completely cancel out the jutsu (immune to B rank ninjutsu or higher).
