It is the Raikage of Kumogakure, Daiko Seidra. I would like to let you know that I will be traveling to your village, in hopes of creating an agreement of some sort. I believe it would be in our mutual agreement to create a treaty of peace between our countries, strengthening our borders and countries. You will see me there in a week or so, and I look forward to seeing your village.
