Name: Passive Freeze

Description: When this particular beast has been sealed inside of someone they gain its ability to let off a “passive freeze”. This passive freeze can be controlled by the host, allowing its potency to be changed at the users will.
This passive freeze can do anything from causing a -2 reduction in speed, freezing (stunning) someone for up to 2 posts, to completely freezing someone solid, including vital organs that results in death (this takes 3 Posts).
This also effects the area surrounding the user; creating ice in all directions 10 meters per post. This ice can then be used for other jutsu that need a standing source of ice.

Description: This passive Ice Boost causes all Hyouton based attacks that the user uses to be increased in both rank and power by +1: meaning an A will hit like an S, ect.

Minimum Rank: Special Jounin
Description: This is the ability for the user to partially or fully transform into the form of a dragon. When the user transforms they gain the physical defensive that SS ranked armor would give, as well as resistance to wind, water, and ice based attacks of SS rank and lower. The user takes a +2 to Katon based attacks while in this form.
It takes 1 post to manifest wings/claws/ect, and 2 posts to do a full transformation.
