Description: Yin Release techniques are based on the spiritual energy that governs the imagination, can be used to create form out of nothingness. This generally relates to abilities such as Genjutsu, Medical Ninjutsu, and just about any chakra skill that has form but not solid substance. Clans like the Yamanaka and Nara have abilities related to Yin Release and Yin chakra. All non-elemental Genjutsu and Medical Ninjutsu used in conjunction with Yin-Release gain +1 power.
Unlock Requirements: Only 1 elemental chakra can be taken. Yin Release MUST be primary element. Must have Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, or Medical Ninjutsu as primary specialty. Cannot take physical specialty until tertiary spec.
Special Training Requirements: Yin Release must be trained for each individual rank; it will not auto-rank up. It starts at C-Rank, and must be trained via secondary specialty rules. All jutsu using Yin Release require an additional 500 words to train.

Name: KarmaType: Non-Combat || Supplementary Description: Having no effect on the player's combat and damage ability, the user's iris works as a gauge of how good or bad they have been. The iris starts off being blue, because the person is innocent until bad things have been done by them. When the user does a bad action their iris becomes slightly red at the bottom. Their iris becomes more and more red from the top to the bottom with each bad deed. Their skin will also get darker with each bad deed done. Thoughts are off limits to this special characteristic. For example, when they steal someones money their iris become a dark red at the bottom. If they steal a cake after that, then the dark red at the bottom becomes bigger. Their skin also will turn a shade darker with each bad deed. If the user, however does a good deed, then it makes up for one bad deed. When they do a good deed their skin becomes more pale, and a dark blue fills up more of their iris going from the top to the bottom. At the peak of bad their skin is completely black, and their iris is a complete dark red, and at the peak of good their skin is white as snow, and their iris is a complete dark blue. - Pics to explain how this works more so:

Appearance! Height: 6ft.Weight: 75kgHair Color: CrimsonEye Color: Blueish greenGeneral Description: Delcan wears a black, full body robe from his past, and has purple triangles under each eye. He has big, spiky, crimson hair that goes back from his forehead. His hair goes all the way back to his shoulders, and is made of large red spikes that juts off his head pointing backwards. His hair falls straight down into a spike in front of ears. He also has blueish green eyes.About You! Personality: Delcan is the sweetest guy you can meet. He cares for others, and only lives to help. He gets mad at himself when he does bad things, and usually tries to keep good. He, however, does struggle with this at points and may lose his path. Delcan is the kind of person to shower people in gifts, and sometimes over protects the people he cares about. Delcan is the defination of kindness in everyway imaginable, and feels like a fatherly figure towards his "Cousin." He is not anywhere close to shy he just doesn't talk much. He is much wiser then he was when he was young, and speaks words of wisdom towards people he meets. He usually sports a small smile most of the time, and seems delighted to be near people. Delcan is not afraid to do what is right when he has to, and is not afraid to fight even his best friends if he has to. Delcan seeks peace in this world, but is wise enough to know how to accomplish it. He is usually very calm and collected, and stress free in most situations, but can blow his top if pushed that far. He is very ruthless in combat, and will fight for whats right. He is also very strategic. Delcan has a great sense of humor, and also is loved by most animals.Likes: Delcan likes everything really. He likes being good. He likes being kind to others. He likes Clyde. He likes protecting others. He loves peace. He cant get enough of cereal. He also favors popsicles over most desserts. Delcan loves choclate. Delcan likes new people. He also loves being surrounded by friends. He loves new friends. He loves when people compliment him. He likes animals. Delcan loves children in a good way. He sees them as the key to peace. He also loves partying, doing people favors (to some extent), and teaching people things. His favorite color is red, and his favorite animal is an owl.Dislikes: Delcan really doesn't hate anything. He does however have a few things he can't stand. He hates animal mistreatment. He dislikes when people are rude. Delcan doesn't like being talk down apoun. Delcan can't stand when some of the good people get it the worst. Delcan's greatest pet peeve is when people ruffle his hair, or are too stubborn to see the true path to piece. He really cant stand when people ruffle his hair though. It is the most annoying thing to him. He doesn't like hurting his friends or loved ones. He doesn't like breaking things to people. He doesn't like when people make fun of him. He really dislikes being bossed around, and hates being judged.Motivations: Delcan is motivated mostly by the people he loves, but he is also motivated by a variety of different things. He is sometimes motivated by his love for popsicles, animals, and chocolate. He can also be motivated by his friends to do some things. He can be motivated by his fight for peace in some cases as well. Delcan is very determined, and can be motivated by it. He also is sometimes motivated by anger, sadness, fear, and excitement to do certain things. He wants peace the most is motivated by that the second most, because he cares about his friends more.Fears: Delcan fears oblivion. The fear of everything ending is something he fears quite a bit, but is mostly over it. He fears he will die, and all his friends shall suffer horrid deaths. He fears the mistreatment of animals. He fears all his friends will die while he is helpless. He fears becoming too weak to help anyone. He fears a day where the sun will never come up. He fears that the children's minds will all be corrupted, and this world will fall into hell. He fears that Clyde will die when he is away. Delcan fears fear itself.History: - Before a Ninja (485):
Delcan was born into the best family you could imagine. They weren't rich, and not exactly poor, they were average. They didn't want anything more then what they had. They had complete and total satisfaction in their lives, except for one thing. They wanted a daughter. So one day, they decided to have the child, and a few months later, Delcan came upon them. They weren't even the slightest bit disappointed. They raised Delcan up with all their morals, and truly loved the child. The child seemed awfully pale to them all the time, and they thought he was sick. The parents took him to the doctor to find out he has a rare condition named "The karma disease." The parents got a full understanding of this disease, and found out his skin was so pale from all his good deeds. His parents raised him well.
As Delcan grew older he got darker skin, and stumbled slightly in being good. His parents didn't fret they just sat down, and had a talk of the beauty of helping others through the worst. Declan's skin became very pale again, and became a target of bullies all around him.
Delcan always was sweet to the bullies even when they pushed him down and called him horrific names. Declan kept all of it inside. One of the younger kids would always be there after Delcan was shredded to pieces. The young boy's name was Clyde McDouglass. Delcan and Clyde became awfully good friends over time, and Clyde was Delcan's only true friend. The two would always run over to a tree on top of a hill after all the abuse both took. The two would eat strawberry popsicles together. Clyde always dreamed of becoming a ninja someday, and Delcan would always shy away at that thought. Hurting others were not what Delcan wanted. Clyde, however, persuaded him otherwise when talking about protecting what you love. Delcan told Clyde that he wanted to join the academy to become a ninja over ice cream one day, and Clyde was thrilled.
A few days later, good news hit the two. Clyde ran out of his house crying tears of joy, and hugged Delcan hard. Clyde explained the adoption, and the two cheered as they bought some ice cream. Delcan had been thinking of becoming Clyde's cousin for awhile. He had heard a ritual in which two people will be united as relatives. Delcan mentioned this to Clyde, and Clyde was even more over joyed. They both wanted to be with each other till the end of days. Delcan took Clyde's hand and cut the japanese symbol for yang, and then cut the symbol for yin on his hand. The two grabbed each others hand, and stared into each others eyes. They both looked down at the hands grasping each other, and smiled. They bandaged their hands, and went off to the academy.
- To Genin (180):
Delcan had grown into a young ninja, and showed exceptional talent. He was double the strength of Clyde, and the two didn't mind that one bit. After working hard, Delcan became a Genin, and Clyde was there cheering him on. Delcan invited Clyde to each some popsicles, and everything seemed beyond good for Delcan and his Cousin. Clyde had to wait up to meet a Sensei after school, so Delcan went off to eat icream by himself. Clyde spent a long time getting extra help, but Delcan didn't mind. Delcan was satisfied to be top of his class and to be a Genin. He wore his head band proud.
Delcan had hardly noticed the robed figures behind him. He was caught up in the moment waiting for his best friend. The robed figures snatched Delcan away, and Delcan was already tied up by the time he went to form a handsign. Delcan had no choice, but to be taken away. His ice cream laid on the swing melting, and tears rolled down Delcan's face. He had lost his cousin forever.
- Genin (227):
Delcan was taken to an Organization called Organization 13. He worked for them as a child, and it didn't take long for him to turn completely black with red eyes. Delcan would spend all his nights crying looking at himself. He has killed too many people. This wasn't what he had wanted. Delcan slowly molded into something unhuman. His skin was a jet black, and his eyes were rubies. He looked like a bat. The corruption of his soul came closer and closer, and soon he was a cold blood killer. He threw away everything he cared about, and lived in fear. He told the boss everyday he was going to become stronger to give him a worthy death. The boss became haunted by these words, and soon started becoming paranoid. The boss locked himself into his room, and never came out. He ordered people around him to bring in food through a mail slit in the door, and to keep Delcan away. Delcan soon began to taunt the boss every night, by doing a series of knocks and slices at the door. The door's hinges became more and more broken each day, and the boss soon grew gray hairs at 29 writing gibberish all over his walls about Delcan.
The boss slowly slipped into a point of insanity that even sacred Delcan to his very soul.
- Chuunin (125):
The boss completely lost the ability to form small words, and just frantically thrashed everything in sight. Delcan started becoming kinder, because he was no longer followed by a genjutsu user and killed the boss. The others did nothing to stop him, because it was something that must be done. Delcan walked away from the organization, and walked back to his village.
Delcan accidently went to the wrong village, and ended up no where near where he was. He looked all over the place for the village Clyde was, and made it his life goal to find Clyde again. He kept the cloak he was given by the organization, and was promoted to Chuunin there. He spent all his time training, and looking at maps.
- Special Jounin (242):
Delcan finally felt ready to find Clyde, and made his way back to Clyde's village. Delcan stopped by his parents to find them lying there dead. In his bedroom was a giant carving of the number thirteen. He completely forgot about Clyde and then trained up to Special Jounin to kill Organization 13. Delcan later became a Special Jounin, then set off to kill every last member of Organization 13.
He goes back to the Organization, and joins them. He offers to go with other people there on missions, and they don't mind. During each mission he murders that member, then left a little note about what they have done to him. He goes around picking them off member by member until six remained who all started questioning about the others. Delcan told them about how the weak ones always fall, and they shrugged it off. Delcan started then killing them all in their sleep until three remained all confused, and scared. Delcan made sure to enjoy killing each one during the day. He talked to all of them leading them away from each other, then picked them of from there. The last member was hung by the gate, and Delcan walked away after setting the place on fire. Delcan threw all his belongings away except for the robe, and left. Delcan walked the path to sorrow, and made it to an old man he had seen on one of his missions.
- Jounin and beyond. (132):
Delcan trained in the ways of peace, and kindness after doing everything he had to do. His skin turned a snow white color and his eyes were completely blue. He learned yin release from this man, and practiced in the righteous ways. He felt as if his parents would smile at him, and would approve of his actions. Delcan concluded his training with the wise old man, and remembered Clyde. Delcan had only one goal in his life to this day, and that was to get Clyde back. He made his way over to Organization 13 again, and taught the genin in charge of the Organization how to be peaceful in almost every situation. He leaves after planting the seeds for the next generation of the Organization that should have never been, and ends up in Sunagakure no Sato.
RP Sample: Delcan walked up to the organization, and stood there for a second. Memories were over flowing and the sense of nostalgia was strong for him. He move in for the gate, and starts preparing for the worst of it. His hand clutched around the metal handle, begun to twist around while he pushed. The door opened up, and Delcan was ready to start weaving hand signs. He looks around to see a whole lot of children run after him with assorted weapons. He tilts his head down in a smile, while he saw the little ones. He pulls out a kunai, and the kids come to a sudden halt looking at the shiny projectile."We were just joking. Please don't hurt us sir.""I was going to hurt you guys. Why would I want to kill children? I was going to throw it in front of your leader over there to show that he should back off and calm down."He puts the kunai away, and walks up to one of the kids."What might your name be?""My name is... 3." The child looked at the others before he said that number. Delcan ruffles the child hair."So who might you guys be all together?""Organization 13." Delcan glared at them."What was the name again?" Delcan said looking disappointed."Organization 13.""That is what I thought you said. You see, Organization 13 wants to kill millions to get peace. If you guys want to follow that example the past Organization 13 did, then I have no choice but to kill every last one of you."The kids started sweating, and looking at each other worried."We mean no harm. We are here just because we found this place, and saw it was a good hideout. When we saw the name of the Organization, we found it quite nice, so we adopted that name.""Do you guys wish for peace between nations?""Yes, we have wanted that our entire lives. We just are confused on how to actually do that.""I shall teach you my ways."The kids eyes lit up, and they looked at each other with excitement."That sounds wonderful!" They all said.The kids all nuzzle their faces into Delcan, and he smiles as he wraps his arms around them. This was what Delcan wanted more then anything in life.
