Description: The user is able to take water and infuse it with Fuuton chakra to create what appear to be delicate bubbles. By controlling the ratio if Fuuton to Suiton chakra in the bubbles, the user can create various effects that trigger when the bubbles burst.
Unlock Requirements: Suiton and Fuuton as primary and secondary elements (in preferred order), both trained to at least B-rank. Requires some form of tool to create and channel the bubbles; usually some form of pipe or in the case of certain beasts a trunk or tube-like appendage.
