Description: It's a small, mouse-looking yellow mask that has black eyes and a nose, as well as the tips of it's long ears being black as well. The mask is used to block attacks to the face as well as disguise their appearance. This mask can easily deflect lower ranked projectiles, and nullifies C rank and below strikes, as well as C rank and below jutsu, defending perfectly against B rank and below Doton, but its defenses can easily be broken with B rank or higher Fuuton jutsu.

Enhancements: There's a voice disguise device in the mask, and the user can channel Raiton chakra into the mask, the mask can be filled with up to 50 chakra, and every 25 chakra, the mask looks different. At 0 chakra, it seems to be just a regular mask, and from 1-25 chakra, it seems to be glowing the dull colors of the mask, and at 26-49 chakra, it glows a brighter color, glowing vibrantly in the dark, and at full 50 chakra, it crackles, and electric bolts run across the outer surface. The user can then use a special jutsu meant for the mask when at a full reserve, but it discharges it, returning it back to 0 chakra. Other ninjas can charge this mask, as long as it's raiton chakra.

That, as well as having the symbol for Raiton carved into each side of each blade, as well as having the Kuron clan symbol on the wrist part. 
Enhancements: The user can charge chakra into each of the blades, to a max of 15 chakra in each, and 5 chakra into the gripping piece, allowing for a total of 50 chakra to be put into the weapon. As each different part is filled with chakra, it begins to look diffrent, and do different things. Each blade, when filled with it's 15 chakra, turn the color of the user's chakra, and crackle with electricity, bolts running up and down the material, being able to discharge into a target with the force of a C rank Raiton jutsu. If the user fills up the handle, it makes a quiet 'hum' of electricity instead of a crackle. If the entire weapon is filled up, the user can use a special jutsu involving the claw. It can cut about 3 1/2 inches into flesh, and can cut partially through bone. It comes as a set of 2 claws.

Is there a reason why the mask is charged with chakra, or is it just for show?

I was planning on making a jutsu that basically shot the chakra out, much like Lightning Release: Discharge, only my own version of it. I'll expand on it in the description.
