[b]Mission description:[/b] News came in that General Watanabe's carriage was found broken and empty on the side of the Netsu Mountain road.  It's assumed that he is in danger.  Find him and bring him back alive at any cost.
[b]Mission details:[/b] A group of disgruntled rebels ambushed the General's carriage, killing his two man guard and taking him captive in the mountains.  Getting to the carriage will be harmless enough, and at the site there will be two dead bodies and the carriage badly burned.  The two bodies will be dressed in the General's and his aides's attire.  But, if one investigates further it will be seen that the General looks to be 20 years younger and his aide to be of similar age.  By the time of arrival to the scene, the group of rebels have dragged the General and his aide to a cave and thrown them both into a shallow pit covered by a bamboo mat.

[b]Objective: [/b] Retrieve the Lost Jade Idol from the recently uncovered temple ruins.

[b]Mission description:[/b] Recently an archaeologist uncovered the ruins to an ancient temple.  According to the inscriptions on the entrance to the temple, it is believed to hold a Jade Idol that was thought to have been lost.  Meet with the archaeologist, Lord Monty Fiske, and retrieve the statue for him so that it may be preserved in a museum.
[b]Mission details:[/b] The temple ruins are filled with traps and old, sealed chakra.  As you progress through the ruins, you will first encounter a trap where senbons are launched from the walls and ceiling in 3 waves of 100 senbon each.  The second trap you will encounter will be in the room where you find the Jade Idol.  In this room, upon getting within 10 meters of the Jade Idol awakens two 10 feet tall statues of men.  They will protect the statue with their life and won’t let you take the Jade Idol until they are defeated.  Upon taking the Jade Idol, a trap door will open, forcing you to fall into a pit of snakes.  The only way out is to climb out and back to the Jade Idol room.  If you survive that, you will be free of traps as you return to the surface and to Lord Monty Fiske.

[b]Mission description:[/b]  A party of at least five ninja were seen lurking near the village borders. At present, the village guard is not staffed enough to fend off any possible attackers. Eliminate the threat, whether by apprehending the suspicious shinobi or dispatching them on-sight.  
[b]Mission details:[/b]  These are just suspicious figures, not confirmed, large threats. That said, you don't have to fight all of them at once, as they were spotted all over the place. Given the rank of the mission, please don't put too much of a damper on their abilities. (3 C, 2 D)

[b]Objective:[/b] Take out the target in a way that frames another villager and leaves no sign of it being a ninja’s job or an assassination.
[b]Location:[/b] In the small town (pop. 450) of Engaru. (Land of Grass)

[b]Mission description:[/b] Travel to Engaru.  Locate Jubei Kibagami and kill him.  Frame someone in the town for the murder and leave no trace that a ninja was ever there.
[b]Mission details:[/b] You must travel down a road that cuts through a forest to reach the town of Engaru.  Enter the town and find out where the target, Jubei Kibagami, is.  Kill him. (Preferably at night, but it is up to you).  The framing of Jubei’s death must be planned for a specific person (up to you who gets the fall for this, but make sure to state who you are framing.  Failure to do so results in failing this mission.)

[b]Other:[/b] As of lately, the Land of Grass has been suffering from repeated raids by a group of bandits.  For a while now it has been impossible to counter this group as they are well supplied with weapons and information.  The group has been a step ahead of the Daimyo’s forces.  If you must know, it has come to the Land of Grass Daimyo’s knowledge that Jubei is the man responsible for the group’s success.  Using his wealth to fund the group in a truce that they won’t attack Engaru and in turn he gets a small portion of the profits from the bandits.[/spoiler]

[b]Mission description:[/b]  Two hikers went up Netsu mountain for a weekend long hike and haven't come back.  It's now 24 hours since they were supposed to have come back from their trip.  Go out, search the mountainside and bring those guys back.
[b]Mission details:[/b] Two hikers went up Netsu Mountain for a good, old fashioned weekend hike.  However, a rainstorm came in and caused a mudslide one night that caught them in their sleep.  Now both have broken legs and are stuck three miles up in the mountain. They'll be slightly hidden by a fallen tree, but their bright orange hiking jackets will help any wary observer find them through the foliage.

[b]Mission description:[/b] Iwagakure has lived isolated not only from the outside world but from each other as well. This mission is more of a nation wide game where any shinobi can participate but it is mostly focused on shinobis of the genin and chuunin rank. By sparring with your comrade you will make a new friend. This mission was created to bring Iwagakure closer together.
[b]Mission details:[/b] Sparring with a fellow shinobi will bring both parties closer together. Win or lose all shinobis get the reward for participating.

[b]Mission name:[/b] Who killed Shotaro Kaneda?

[b]Objective: [/b] Find and arrest the murderer of Shotaro Kaneda.

[b]Mission description:[/b] Authorities in a town are at a crossroads when it comes to solving the murder of one Shotaro Kaneda, a 9 year old boy.  Go and take over the case for them.  Return once the case is solved.
[b]Mission details:[/b] There are three prime suspects being held in the town’s jailhouse.  Hint: The murderer is one of the three.  It is up to you to figure out which one did it.  The murder was done in a stand alone apartment complex (one long building) in apartment 304 (Shotaro’s family’s apartment).  It is up to you to add whatever details during the mission and learning from the NPC descriptions to discover the true murderer’s identity.
Note that killing is more than frowned upon in this mission, it is forbidden.  Kill and you fail this mission.

[b]Personality:[/b] He’s a part-time veterinarian and part-time taxidermist.  He likes the quiet of working on injured or dead animals.  He hates being around other people.  Hates loud noises, repeated questions, and having to talk with others.  A bit of a shut-in and lives alone.  Can get pretty angry and intense when pets are mentioned.  Feels that having animals as pets is a form of slavery and abuse.
[b]Motivations:[/b] To fix animals and pets that are hurt or abused by their human owners.  To bring back a life-like appearance to animals killed by humans.
[b]Fears:[/b] Is scared of being abused and threatened.  Fears of losing his clinic and small taxidermy lab.  Fears of being put in prison which is basically a box full of human beings - the nasty ones.
[b]Abilities:[/b] He’s trained very well medically but he’s no ninja.
[b]Other:[/b]  Reason for arrest: When Shotaro was reported missing, the boy’s dog Totaruu was missing too.  The dog’s collar was found in Vash’s apartment.  He lives in apartment 313 of the same complex as Shotaru.

[b]Personality:[/b] Arrogant young man that has a criminal record. Likes to prove that he’s better and more badass. He’s been reported to run with a small gang of delinquents in the town.  Has a record of 3 assaults, 1 count of attacking a local police officer, 4 robberies, and 1 sexual assault.   Eikichi is always wanting to prove himself a man to others.  Loves his small gang that currently holds him as their leader.  The last one killed by local authorities when attacking an officer.
[b]Motivations:[/b] To keep control of his small gang of thugs.  To get money to pay for rent and his drug addiction.
[b]Fears:[/b] Being put in prison where his father, a man that was stiffed and ratted out to the cops by his own son, is being held.  Losing his gang.
[b]Abilities:[/b] He’s a C Rank brawler in Taijutsu.  D-2 stats all around, but that shouldn’t matter too much.  He’s already handcuffed and in jail.
[b]Other:[/b] Reason for arrest: Eikichi’s butterfly knife was found in room 304 next to Shotaro’s dead body. [i]With the boy’s blood on it.[/i]  The knife has no fingerprints on it and Eikichi swears that he lost his knife three days before the murder.  Also, there have been reports from others in the apartment complex that say Eikichi had been bullying and taking Shotaro’s allowance for the past two weeks.

[b]Personality:[/b] Timid and calm.  This old lady is at a mysterious calm about the whole thing.  A former sex-offender, this lady hasn’t been convicted of a crime in 39 years (she’s 69) going on 30.  Back in the day, she was charged with the kidnapping of 16 children in the area.  A past that both her and the town wish to forget.  To this day, only 9 of the 16 missing children were found.  Their bodies dead and decaying in the woods.  Her past aside, she says she’s been clean for these past 29 years and hopes to stay clean.  “I trust you’ll figure it out soon enough,” being her common phrase when talking with the authorities.
[b]Motivations:[/b] To keep her record clean so she can see her grandchildren come to visit her on her 70th birthday.
[b]Fears:[/b] To die, weak and alone in prison.  To go back to prison after serving 16 years for her crimes (One year for each child missing).
[b]Abilities:[/b]  She’s old and frail.  If you really need to know, her stats are all at D rank, except for Endurance: E Rank.
[b]Other:[/b]  Reason for arrest: She lives in apartment 305 which is right next door to 304.  Also, the witness that first called the authorities to the crime scene said they had seen Asuka outside of her apartment around the same time as Shotaro’s reported time of death as determined by the paramedic on-site.[/spoiler]

[b]Mission description:[/b] One of the teachers at the Ninja Academy has taken the day off.  You're to be the replacement.
[b]Mission details:[/b] On the day of your teaching, all you need to do is teach them about one of your Specialties/Elements/etc.  As long as all the kids leave the Academy unharmed at the end of the day, you're set!
