Description: Having been created within the Hidden Mist years ago as a prototype tool for allowing Shinobi that rely heavily on Suiton-style jutsu to not be weakened in the desert,  this blade was created in order to filter the air around it, creating large amounts of water out of the blade itself for the Shinobi to use in battle. This blade was soon stolen before it could be mass-produced, only allowing for a few other copies of it to be scattered across the Lands. This particular blade rests with an Azure scabbard created from polished Verawood, making it a sturdy and strong cover for the blade within. The scabbard also had a dark blue wrap wrapped around the upper portion of it in order to add decoration to it. The Tsubo(guard) of the weapon is a decorated circular guard that is efficient for protecting the hands holding the blade. The handle of the weapon itself is white with a dark blue cloth covering it. The blade itself can slice through D Rank armor with ease, which with C Rank it takes approximately 3 tries, and B Rank 6 tries. A regular cut on an unprotected area of the opponent's body itself can deal up to a maximum 3-4 inch deep gash. It can be broken by a weapon of a higher rank(A Rank and above) and it can easily break a weapon that ranks lower than C Rank.
Enhancements: The blade is able to filter the air around it and change it into water, allowing the user to always have a certain supply of water with them always for their Suiton techniques that require it. It is done so via the user of the blade focusing a small amount of their chakra into the weapon, which in turn allows the weapon to use the said chakra as a way to help filter the air. This blade enhancement is only useful to those with Suiton as one of their element specializations and it can only create enough water for B Rank Suiton techniques to be used freely. For the amount of water desired you must place that much chakra into the weapon. An example of this being that if you were to take away 5 chakra due to focusing it into your blade, the blade itself can create a 5 foot radius pool of water for you to use.

[NOTE]: I'm not yet able to afford the weapon yet if it is the price i'm expecting it to be at. I will make another post stating that i am purchasing it, though this one in itself is to merely have it be approved for purchasing.
