Personality: Xavier is an individual who is marked by modesty in his behavior, attitude, and spirit. It's shown in the way he goes about things. To him, there's no reason for him to think he is better than any other person. In general, Xavier attempts to treat most individuals he meets the same, however he isn't oblivious to the fact that some people don't deserve to be treated in such a way as some do. His view of the world is rather peculiar compared to that of others. He doesn't brag about things that he has done in the past. If he knows that he has done something, regardless of what others think, that is all that matters to him. The need that most have to prove themselves to someone else isn't evident in Xavier. Most if not everything he does, is for himself; not in the sense of being a selfish person as he is far from that, but more in the form of individuality, and being independent.
Although, he doesn't anyone who he really considers his friend Xavier has developed exceptionally well social capabilities. He has a certain way with words, his ability to comprehend, and communicate with others is predominantly proficient for him not to speak much. Anyone who is or becomes his friend are usually a person that he feels he could trust with his life. The term, 'friend' is used way too loosely in his opinion. His belief is that trust is not something that shouldn't be given out so easily, but something that people should work for, and is not something that people always deserve, no matter how kind, or friendly they may seem. Furthermore, he holds unyielding allegiance to his values, morals, and boundaries. They are never to be broken unless in the most dire circumstances. This is honorable, yet stubborn of him, but this is something that he feels strongly about which is rather ironic.
Silent and observant; two terms that define Xavier to the core, but not because he doesn't have anything to say, but rather he knows that it's possible to learn much more from others when he listens, and pay attention to people along with their surroundings. His understanding of the way the world works and the human mind is quite impressive for him to be the age he is. By essence, Xavier is phlegmatic, and aloof. His emotions do not typically run rampant with the amount of self-control he has. Rarely anything ever really disturbs him. He's able to keep a serene head most if not, all of the time. Xavier is far beyond his years in the sense of discipline, knowledge and maturity. He's a rather swift learner, being able to pick something up after being taught it just once. How he does this is a mystery to most, but it has to do with his keen perception, and his photographic memory that no one is knowledgeable of.
Despite him already being a person who keeps to himself, there are certain aspects to Xavier that he rarely, if ever, allows to be revealed and the people that do, usually don't stay around long enough to tell the tale of what they saw. There are very few. Around the time of the first death of a family member he experienced he began to grow 'cold'. Even as a child it was clear to see that he had the potential to take care of business. Not completely hollow, yet the primal instinct to survive is still there and if death is the path that he is forced to take, it matters not. The capability to take lives without remorse or any real feeling is relatively frowned upon the majority of the time. It insinuates him to be a bit of a psychopath, which is true in some respect, however, the fact that he could respect others to some extent deviates from that. It progressed and grew as he got older. The more responsibility he took on the more capable he became. It eventually became a necessity for him to feel this way. With the job that he took on, there was no being soft-hearted. There are very few that know of this side of him and those that do are, more than likely, comrades; people whom he has fought side-by-side with in the past to eliminate those that opposed them.
Likes:The one thing he favors most is his freedom. The ability to express one's self as they see fit is invigorating. Meditation is a big aspect of Xavier's life. He very much enjoys the freedom and silence you get from it. Meditating puts him in a state of peace, it's a way that helps him focus on training and thinking. Another thing that he enjoys is learning new information. He has always been fond of history, legends, and books. The types of books he enjoys reading the most are those about the history of Konohagakure. The other things he relishes in our: equality and new experiences.
Dislikes:Xavier dislikes it when people feel the need to put their two cents in on everything, and then they end up not knowing what they're talking about it. He especially dislikes it when people act like they don't have common sense and feel the need to act out because of others. People who betray other people's trust, are people that he doesn't want to have any contact with. Loyalty is something that he is very fond of. His trust is not something that he gives out easily, thus when people betray it, he gets upset. Other things that he happens to dislike our: Arrogance, disrespect, foolishness, injustice, insecurity, and oppressors.
Motivations:The multiple deaths that have occurred in his life is what motivates him to go about his day. He strives to make his family proud - the best way he feels that this could be done is doing what makes him happy which is essentially sticking up for himself and what he believes in, however, he doesn't do things solely to make them proud. Being his is own person and doing as he pleases, in a way 'motivates' him. That determination to not lot anyone control who he is and change him as a person to what they see fit.
Fears:There is not much that someone such as Xavier, fears. In fact, they're very few. Not being able to express himself as he sees fit is one of them. He fully embraces freedom and not having that, scares him, but more in the sense of being controlled and manipulated by others. Eternal paranoia; whenever he walks through town he is always on the look out. He tends to get paranoid around people who he doesn't know and sometimes around people who he does know. This is the essence of his trust issues. Anything odd will go through his mind a thousand times, analyzed many times before he could get over it.
History:Birth
Xavier was born in the Konoha hospital on a rainy day in Konohagakure. When he was born his mother said, 'He's a thing of beauty, our beautiful baby boy'. His father stood up as he watched over them crying for joy as he asked 'Can I hold him?' His mother, Jade then replied 'Of course dear' as she started to tear up also. Xavier was named after his great-grandfather, Xan. Xavier's father, James was a well renowned ninja in Konoha before Xavier's arrival. He was a known for his ability to Ninjutsu in a way that put fear into other ninja across the land along with being a master of the Weaponry. Jade on the other hand was a masty of Taijutsu and was also known for her Ninjutsu. His parents were both known as some of the most skilled ninjas in the village. Jade came from a clan known as the, Hyuuga; the wielders of the Byakugan whilst James came from the Senju. Xavier's Father was a Jounin and his Mother a member of Konoha's ANBU. His dad married his mother at the age of twenty-five. Jade, was twenty-six. They had Xavier one year after they got married. James and Jade came from different parts of the clan. His Father the main house and his Mother the branch house. The color of his eyes as a young man were differed from what an average Hyuuga would have, which worried his parents and made them think that
After Xavier was born, Jade had to put being a ANBU on hold because someone had to take care of their son, and thus resigned from the group. At a young age his Mother and Father started teaching him the simple things that he needed to live. When he was younger Xavier loved to read and enjoyed learning new things. Although his father was always away on missions, Xavier and him were very close. He always thought it was cool that his Father and Mother were shinobi. Because he was so young he didn't exactly know what it meant to be a ninja yet, but when he would grow up to become one he would learn that piece of information.
As Xavier got older his father and mother taught him basic fighting techniques. By this time, Xavier was a very enthusiastic and dedicated young man. His mother taught him basic Taijutsu skills. Xavier's father taught him how to control his chakra which aided with his Nin. They told him he would learn so much more when he went on to enroll in the academy. Along with that, he was also told by them that he would some day grow up to be as strong, or maybe even stronger than them. Xavier was very determined to learn more and couldn't wait until upcoming year, which was when he was going to be getting enrolled into the academy. His biggest motivation at the time was to make his parents proud of him by becoming a strong ninja. I
Academy
Xavier's parents enrolled their son into Konoha's ninja academy for him to further advance his knowledge in the ways of the ninja world. Both of them knew about the cold world they lived in and this was their way of preparing Xavier for whatever was to come. It was a new experience for Xavier to be around other kids his age. Most of his cousins were older or young than him and lived in other lands that he would sometimes visit with his parents. He felt out of place sometimes because he was one of the younger kids in his class. Xavier often kept to his self at first because of that. He was a very obedient child, always listening to his instructors to get closer to his goal of becoming a ninja. It was a mystery to whether or not their son would inherit the ability of Mokuton or the Byakugan, however, it was discovered that he possessed the Byakugan despite not having the eye color of a regular Hyuuga, thus he began to train it at a very young age.
The longer Xavier stayed in the academy, the more comfortable he got being around other people. Most of the other kids in the class were jealous of the innate talent that Xavier possessed in the shinobi arts. He excelled in all of his classes. This was because he trained very hard, his extremely accurate memory, and also taught some of things prior to him joining the academy. Xavier brought home very good grades, his Father and Mother were very proud of him. Continuing to get older, problems at school started to arise. Three of the school bullies attempted to jump him because they were jealous of him attaining good grades. They each tried to attack him but he was very intelligent for his age, and easily outsmarted them while also showing the of bit knowledge he had at the time of Ninjutsu. Their Chunnin instructor intervened in the bout before any real damage was done, and brought it to a halt. Xavier didn't get in trouble as his instructor seen that he was simply defending him self, but as for the other two they were punished for what they attempted to do.
It was around the time for him to take his exams to become a Genin. The day before, his father taught him how to do something that would help prepare him for his exams. James taught him how to meditate. This ended up becoming something that he would regularly do. Xavier took the exams the next day, and expected that he had done well as he tried his best. About a week later Xavier learned that he had earned the rank of Genin. One of his instructors told him that he would one day become one of the best ninjas in Konohagakure. Xavier took those inspiring words to heart, and would remember that for the rest of his life. Xavier's parents were very happy that their son had graduated the academy and had become a Genin. His father was very proud of him, so on the day he graduated his father taught him personally how to further control his chakra.
Genin
Xavier's parents expected much of him as a Genin. He was very excited to go on missions and learn from the whole experience. From the time Xavier learned how to control his chakra, he had practiced everyday until it was time for him to meet his Sensei. During training Xavier was rather silent. He would mostly keep to him self, and would observe most from a distance. Although, he was young he knew the importance of listening, observing, and not always talking. Xavier soaked in the things that his Sensei taught him. His two team mates were very determined and hard-headed, but Xavier didn't mind it because he stayed to himself. With Xavier's intelligence, and both of his teammate's kekkei genkai along with their team work, his team he was on became one of the best in Konohagakure.
It was getting close to the time of the Chunnin exams. During this time, it was discovered that Xavier had more abilities then his parents would have imagined. Xavier had the rare ability that his Mother had which was sensory. Jade taught him the art of Juken and him being such a quick learner had no problem with this training, and learned how to utilize it pretty swift. She aided him developing his abilities even more, by having him do a practice that made his body tougher than average. Xavier's father helped him improve his Ninjutsu skills and gave him tips on how to use it effectively. After a couple weeks James and Jade were very impressed with their son's progress. So, they pushed him a bit harder. Xavier enjoyed being pushed harder because it made him even more determined then he already was.
Not too much time had passed by and it was finally time for the Chunnin exams. While he waited on his match Xavier meditated and kept his mind at ease. It calmed some of the nerves that he was experiencing also. He was the underdog of the Chunnin exams. His parents had full faith in their child. In their mind, there was simply no one else who could win. The written exams for Xavier was of course, no problem for him as he always excelled in written studies because of his photographic memory along with his keen observation. When he got to the first round of the Chunnin exams and beat his opponent seemingly easily. His opponent didn't get the chance to hit him because of the speed in which he attacked. The second round Xavier's opponent hit him but it was a one time thing, because once more his speed in defeating his opponent prevailed. The third, and final match caused problem for Xavier. He ended up walking out of there with a broken nose and elbow. However, he still succeeding in beating him. This was the moment that most of Konohagakure truly recognized what a special shinobi the young boy was.
Chuunin
Xavier was one of the youngest Chunnin the village had ever seen. He was put into a team due to the Mizukage's orders because he thought that would be the best for him at this time. He was considered a prodigy of sorts now and was all too familiar to most, if not all of the village. For his age Xavier seemed to be very mature and easy going about all the things going on. He also had been working on his other techniques and was a skilled shinobi for such a young age. Around this time his mother began to start a job as a Cooking-nin. She still trained with him to help keep his skills tame. Xavier was fine with this and went to help his mother cook on some days. Around this time Xavier became better with interacting with other people as he began to spend more time around people in general. He didn't have that many social skills because of his persona, and how he didn't associate with many folk unless it was necessary.
Xavier, was ready for his first mission. It was to escort a noble to the land of wind. But, before he left Xavier's Father told him that he had should meet the apart of the clan that they were from. James said that his father lived there and that Xavier should go see him. He was very interested in meeting the rest of his family so he told his father that if it was allowed he would. The mission went rather well and Xavier got to meet his Grandfather, who was a kind old man. Xavier's Grandfather's name was Cain, he was an extremely talented Ninjutsu master. Xavier and his grandfather had tea and he told him multiple stories of when he was younger and stories about his dad. Xavier also got to meet his uncle, Dorian. His uncle came in while Xavier was having tea with his uncle. He joined in the conversation and told him even more interesting stories of his father.
It wasn't before long that Xavier returned to the village. But, when Xavier returned to the village he was informed that his father was struck ill. He rushed through the town to the hospital. His father told him that he was going to be a great shinobi one day. He also told him that he had one last gift for him, it was an assortment of scroll's that his Father had acquired over the years that he was to receive which contained advanced techniques. Xavier grieved over his Father's death. This was very tough for him to go through, since he had never had someone so close to him die before. Even though he was going through tough times, this was the point in which Xavier stepped his game up with his abilities. After his father's death he developed a new work ethic. He endeavored to be the best he could. His mother didn't take it well, but she knew she had to be strong for her son's sake, and do the best she could to continue on to provide for them.
Jounin
A year passed and a lot of things had changed in Xavier's life. He had gotten promoted to Jounin, which was very exciting for him. It was one of his mini-goals to become the same rank as his Father. He knew that if his father was still alive he would be proud. Jade cried when she found out what her son had achieved. She was very proud of him, and was shocked at the young man her boy had become. At this time Xavier had received his own team of Genin. Now much better at socializing in general, he turned out to be a rather good teacher. He cherished the Genin he had, and taught them to the best of his abilities. The main things he instilled in them was the importance of discipline and teamwork. From experience, he knew how vital these things were to survive and made sure that they understood it also.
Xavier was always curious about the other side of his family. So, one day he decided to visit the land of Lightning, where his Grandmother on his Mother's side lived. Xavier went to ask the Hokage for permission which the he was fine with, because of how well of a shinobi Xavier was and the importance of family. However, the Hokage did send Xavier's old sensei with him just in case. Almost all of the travel there was pretty easy going, except when the two almost arrived at land of fire they got intercepted. Xavier and his Sensei easily took out the attackers. They seemed to be mere thieves looking for trouble, and got what they deserved. Soon after that, Xavier, and his Sensei found themselves in the land of fire. Xavier traveled to where his Mother told him his Grandma lived. He had met his Grandmother who was an elderly lady with a unique sense of humor. Xavier very much enjoyed meeting her, and was intrigued by the tales she told of Jade.
After various missions, he began to catch the eye of the Hokage. Xavier had been going on missions constantly and made fast work of everything that was handed to him. Xavier started to get recognized not just by the Konoha, but all over the five countries. Xavier's grandfather Xan died shortly after he began to become more known throughout the ninja world. It was again a time of sadness and grief in his life. But, by the time this happened he was able to control his emotions more so than before.
Present
Through persistence and hard work, Xavier was eventually selected to become apart of Konohagakure's ANBU. His initial answer was no, but after some more thought he eventually agreed to join. Early on he could tell that being an ANBU differed immensely from being a Jounin. Xavier became more cold-blooded than he already was. By this time he was already rather accustomed to the frigid the world could be, so the way the ANBU did things didn't really bother him all that much. No one knew much of the Hyuuga anymore unless it was absolutely necessary, hell barely anyone in the village knew him to be a Hyuuga at all. This was one thing he kept a secret more or less. In the Chunnin Exams, he didn't have to use it. Most of the time he did was in the ANBU and even then, he always wore a mask to cover his eyes, that aren't the typical color of a Hyuuga's. Xavier was most suited for assassination and tracking. This was because of his ability to sense chakra along with the versatility he had developed over the years with his offense. Doing the earlier weeks of him being an ANBU member, he gained the nickname: 'X'. This was given to him because of his quick, and swift way of disposing of his opponents.
RP Sample:It was an early morning. This morning however was different from the others. An ordinary day was something this was far from. There was war upon the village. Of course, not as serious as one would think. But, war was still war. Xavier strayed from things like this usually. War always seemed like something rather purposeless in his mind. Why go to such an extent just to prove a point? What was the reason for war? Why would people fight each other and kill just for things that could be solved through simple conversation? But, maybe it wasn't that simple. After all, they were only humans. Violence was needed every once in a while. That, or some type of release for anger. That built up tension inside a human being needed to be exerted through some form of an activity. But, that wasn't his purpose for this, 'war.' It was much more than that. The Hokage had called for him. He was needed on the front lines for war. He had a lot of respect for him. Even if he hadn't left off on the best terms with him. That wasn't needed. The only reason he needed for doing this was that he felt strongly about it, which he did. The fact that the war was against former allies, brothers nonetheless, intrigued him. Why fight your own blood? Family was supposed to be people that you could always trust. He knew there was bound to be certain conflict there however to this extent is something he wouldn't expect. But, he did imagine it wasn't that serious. He was informed not to go all out against the opposition. Sometimes, he was known to go overboard with his antics.
