[b]Mission description:[/b] There are a few ninja in Kumogakure that vandalize structures, do mass littering, and paint all over homes. Whoever undertakes this mission must stop the vandals, and take them to jail. This mission may be done more than once, as the vandals never learn to quit.

He is one of the 'cronies' of the girl, Jackie, and does whatever she says. He is a social outcast, so his only way to make friends was to become a vandal like Jackie. He fears Jackie, and being caught.[/spoiler]

His problem is that he always misses, and he is afraid of Fire and Lightning. He fears Jackie, being caught, and being attacked with Katon or Raiton. His motivation is to have everyone know his name, in any means possible.[/spoiler]
