| Clan: Koma Location: Scattered Clan History: Long ago, this clan was little more than a band of nomadic horse tamers that roamed the grasslands and prairies of the world. For generations they pruned the wild horse herds and sold the freshly broken specimens to the cities and villages as everything from burden beats to show animals and pets. After many generations of mixing bloodlines of the wild herds with their own tamed beasts, they created a new sub-species of equine; one that was able to harness the chakra that the clan used in conjunction with their weapons and tools. Generations of exposure had given them a natural ability to us it themselves; and the clan began to refine this ability to perfection; making them the undisputed kings of the horse tamers. In recent generations, the clan has settled into compounds and ranches that stretch larger than some of the smaller countries; protecting and herding the wild stock that have been their livelihood for their entire existence. Elements: / Specialization: Ninjutsu || Bukijutsu/Weapon Tech Kekkei Genkai: Horse Tamer Kekkei Genkai Description: Members of this clan are supreme horse riders and tamers; rarely ever leaving the backs of their partner horse. Each member receives a partner at time of creation, which must share the user's elements. These elements determine the ability and jutsu that the partner horse is able to use. Members of this clan are able to choose 1 of 3 special clan items upon creation which they receive for free. User must buy the other 2 items normally. Drawbacks: Because the horses are not summons, they can be killed in battle. Members of this clan MUST have Ninjutsu as their primary, and a physical/weaponry specialty as their secondary. The horses are only able to have ONE element, which effects what jutsu and abilities they may have. Members of this clan are unable to use jutsu unless it effects their partner horse, their own body, or chakra being channeled through one of the clan's special weapons. Name: Racing Flames Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Type: Supplementary Element: Katon Range: Mid (5-15m) Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: -10 chakra per post Cooldown: Duration + 2 Description: The user focuses their fire chakra into their feet, which if done correctly will basically light said feet on fire. By focusing and forming the fire, they can create an almost jet-like effect, increasing SPD stat by +1 tier while active. Due to the nature of this jutsu, it leaves a trail of flame in the user's wake. This is useful for trapping opponents in walls of flame, or creating diversions in the form of the fire itself. Also useful as an ignition source for other jutsu. The wall of flame reaches 8 feet in height, and causes 2nd degree burns on contact.

Name: Water Release: Starch Syrup Capturing Field (Suiton: Mizuame Nabara - 水遁・水飴拿原) Canon/Custom: Canon Rank: C Type: Supplementary Element: Suiton Range: Maximum of 30 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: Maximum of 5 posts Cooldown: Duration + 4 Description: The user spits out high-viscosity, chakra infused water, aimed at a surface of wide scope. This is a stream of sticky liquid which can be used to form an adhesive trap that can inhibit a person's mobility. One can effectively reduce their enemy's area of activity with this technique, and has the effect of being able to take complete control over the battlefield. The normal scope of this technique is normally just a few metres, but if prepared, it is also possible to make an entire pond of starch syrup. Being caught in the technique can be avoided by channelling chakra to one's feet allowing one to walk upon it uninhibited, beforehand.

The chains are as durable as thick rope, and can easily be cut or destroyed by C-rank or higher weapons and jutsu.

Name: Wind Prison Jutsu Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Type: Supplementary, defensive Element: Fuuton Range: Touch Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: -10 chakra per post Cooldown: Duration + 3 Description: More akin to Ice Prsion than Water Prison, the Wind Prison jutsu is accomplished by wrapping the target in a thick sphere of typhoon force winds; rotating and counter-rotating wildly in a way that makes escape nearly impossible. Strong currents of air inside the prison keep the target suspended in the center, away from the walls that upon contact will cause moderate shreading injuries; 1/2in deep gashes and torn clothing. The user of the prison jutsu is immune to this effect as their hand is encased in chakra while maintaining the jutsu. This jutsu has excellent defensive properties; being able to deflect all small projectiles (Senbon, Shuriken, etc) and up to 5 equal or lower rank jutsu not of the Raiton variety. Piercing Raiton jutsu go right through the wind with no resitance at all.

Name: Lightning Release: Uprising (雷遁・反乱 - Raiton: Hanran) Canon/Custom: Custom Rank: C Type: Offensive Element: Raiton Range: 10 meters Specialty: Ninjutsu Duration: 1 post Cooldown: 4 posts Description: The user much place the palms of their hands on a solid surface and force Raiton chakra into the area below them. Once the appropriate amount of chakra has been channeled, it erupts up and outwards into a shockwave that will race outwards in all directions for 10 meters before dispersing. Anything caught by the shockwave will take C-rank Raiton damage; 1st and 2nd degree flash burns on unprotected flesh, severe pain, and 1 post of stun.
