[b]Mission description:[/b] There is a masked murderer who has been stalking the villages civilians. He's brutal in his methods of killing and always leaves behind a bloodbath for the authorities to find. He's ruthless, and will not stop no matter what happens. You are to kill him at all costs! We believe his name to be Michael Myers, the serial killer who slaughtered his family, and who has since returned to finish the job on the remaining members.
[b]Mission details:[/b] Michael can be found, masked as always, on the old block where his sister is known to be growing up. He has done his research, and knows her exact location and plans to do everything he can to ensure that he slaughters her. He has the strength of a Special Jounin and the speed to match. While he doesn't use ninjutsu or genjutsu, he makes up for it with his brutal skills and the fact that he will allow nothing to stand in his way. It's going to take a good many hits to get this guy down and keep him there, as he's very determined, and that helps to see him through the pain. The only way you're going to successfully kill him is to land a killing blow, or slice him into pieces. Good luck.
