[b]Mission description:[/b] A well known criminal formerly of another village (you pick which one) has been spotted attacking and destroying the new windmills being built in the western area of your village. Apprehend him, and oversee the installation of replacement mills.

He uses mostly Fuuton (Wind) Jutsu, but he will hit you with a random Raiton jutsu if you're not careful. (All jutsu are out of the libraries, and do not exceed B-Rank.)
