Mission description: The interior of the Administrative Complex needs a fresh coat of paint. The old has already been stripped off, so all you have to do is slap on a decently even coat and you're well on your way to Ryo being added to your pocket.
Mission details: The hallways of the Administrative Complex needs painted; it's a good few hours worth of work, but the ryo and the fact that the old paint has already been removed is well worth it. The walls are to be painted a light color (you get to choose the color), as evenly as possible. When you've finished you'll be rewarded.
